I got the last grab bag that was offered a month or so ago and was so impressed with what I got!! I got at least 5 full size items (lotion, shower gel to name a few). It was like Christmas morning opening that box up. I got lots of travel size items as well and nothing I would not use. I will be getting these for Christmas gifts!

    • GreenMama says:

I ordered last time too and was VERY dissapointed with my bag. Two of the “full” size items were lip gloss – in shades that I dont care for. It also contained many filler items such as a nail file, an empty tin, many lip balms. Not worth the $$ IMO. Glad to hear someone else had a better bag experience though.

      • Megan1980 says:

I got the grab bag last time and I too was very disappointed. The only full sized products I got were lip balms. My bag also had items like a nail file and an empty tin. I would have returned the bag if I could have. I ended up paying 20 bucks for a bag full of sample sizes. I didn’t think it was worth the money

        • Jess G says:

I ordered the last grab bag deal and my credit card was charged, but I never received anything in the mail!! It was a huge hassle to get my refund. I was pretty disappointed with their customer service.

    • Heather says:

I have to throw in my two cents as well. I ordered two grab bags last month. Everything was trial size and they packed a large, unwrapped pumice stone in each bag! The tin (empty, by the way) and little jars were scratched and completely ruined. I was hoping to divide the items and make cute teachers gift but everything was unusable. They will not refund your money, even if items are damaged.

      • Lisa says:

I too was not happy with this deal my full sized items were chapstick etc. and they added pumice stone that scratched everything up and made it look used and dirty! The other items included nail file (lame), empty tin, lip balms… I wanst impressed and feel like I could have done better and cheaper with coupons.

  • Christy says:

Awesome! Thanks so much for this heads up.

  • Suzanne says:

I too got the grab bag a month or so ago and was KICKING myself for not getting at least 2 (wasn’t sure how it would be). I got it for my uncle who is an all natural, vegan guy. But I really wished I had gotten another for my other uncle. With this order and the last grab bag, I will be able to cover both my uncles and my aunt with USEFUL products they will love. These will be AMAZING Xmas gifts for them. Collin, you just MADE MY DAY!!!! Thank you so much.

  • soldiersgirl531 says:

Hey girls-just an FYI-It does say on Burt Bees site that these goodies in the gift bag MAY have scratches on the labeling/pkg-just in case you buy tons for gifts& then they look a bit beat up.I bought one though& figured if its too damaged it’ll just be a gift for myself:-)Also bought some other stuff to get the free goodies too.GREAT deal-thanks!!

  • Debbie says:

What an awesome deal! I didn’t need a men’s gift, so I chose toothpaste (which comes with free lip balm) for $10 and that qualified for the freebies.

  • Kathy says:

I typed in beetin in the promo code box and it says the code is invalid.

  • Oh wow, I just bought 2 of the last grab bags. Was very happy with them…but do I really need to order again???….um, I think so!

  • Kim G. says:

Ok I took the plunge this time! I’ve been on the fence for the past few times that these came up, and after reading what all people got I was bummed that I didn’t get in on it! This year we are giving laundry baskets full of things that I have gotten free/cheap by couponing. So far all the baskets have candles, pasta w/ sauce, salsa, cleaning products, condiments, etc. It would be nice to throw a few of these items in as well!

    • Lisa says:

      Awesome Idea! I love it!

      • Kim G. says:

They look super cute! I got the baskets at the Dollar Tree, and they had round flexible plastic baskets in all colors! We’re putting as much of the same items as we can in them so that no one feels cheated, but I decided different flavors, different scents and they can trade if they want! Plus everyone is getting a little something personal in their baskets, be it cat treats for the members with cats, or a special kind of soap that they like! It’s very exciting and so far the baskets are half full and have each cost under $7!

        • Anna says:

I did the same thing but I bought stockings from Michaels after Xmas on clearance at 7 cents a piece. I have been filling them all year with “free” items or almost free. I even got Hailey the dog a stocking. In it is a “free” dog toy, “free” lint cleaner, “free” dog treats, and a $5 Grinch doll. Hailey is a lab and carries stuffed toys. For 2 years in a row she stole other kids Grinch dolls at Xmas so I got one at Kohl’s for $5 (only money I spent so far!) for Hailey.

  • Stacey says:

This is my first time ordering from Burt’s Bees because I have always been hesitant. All the reviews are 5 star’s, so I also took the plunge. I am always in charge of filling our parents stockings (yes, they are in their 50′s) and thought this would be perfect for them! I can’t wait to get these items. Thanks Collin!

  • Michele H says:

I’m SO excited! I couldn’t order this last time it was offered the site was running so slow I couldn’t bring anything up. This is going to make great Christmas presents!!

  • Nichole B says:

Wow! Thanks for posting this! I was racking my brain trying to figure out what I was going to get both of my niece and nephew, who are both 18, for Christmas. These are wonderful gifts!

  • The grab bag is a deal I always happily get sucked into. There are SO many products in them that you can either gift someone the entire thing, make several smaller gifts OR keep them all for yourself. Love it.

  • Tishab0407 says:

I’m SO excited to get this stuff now that I read how much people LOVED theirs! I am such a Burt’s Bees fan… it’s the only kind of chap stick I use! =) I can’t wait to get my stuff!

  • Kathy says:

After several attempts putting in the promo code and it givng me invalid messages….I closed it and went back to the site. My order was still there, so I tried again and got it! Thanks, Colin! I love Burts Bee Products!

  • Anonymous says:

it keeps saying it cant processmy credit card? can anyone help?

  • Brianne says:

  • Michelle Miller says:

This is such a great deal, I bought 1 for my daughter and 1 for my daughter in law. They both love Burts Bees but I never buy very much because of the cost

  • KellyJ says:

Thanks for Letting me know about this. IDK If I would of checked my Email in time to know about it…. I always come here though! I got 2 grab bags and the freebies. Like u said these Make great additions to baskets. I need to make quite a few this year so This Is a great deal

  • Liz says:

  • melissa b says:

  • April says:

The last time I did the Burt’s Bees deal I had to wait to order and was anxious the whole day until I got to the computer and saw other people had posted more promo codes as the day went on! Should I wait or not? Shall I tempt fate? Keep posting everyone…I’ll try to hold out for awhile ;)

  • Betsy says:

Finally got to take advantage of the grab bags! Every other time I’ve been too late. I’m undecided on whether I will use them as gifts or keep it for myself…probably a combination of both! I am trying to use more natural products for personal care, parabens are scary!!

    Thanks Collin!! :)

  • Lynn says:

I tried the code and was getting invalid code as well. Until I tried it with a lower case “b” then it worked great. So code is “beetin” not ” Beetin” my phone kept making the b capital. HTH

  • alyssa says:

I also got two, and hope I am not dissappointed. These will be seperated into teachers gifts etc. for my three boys. Maybe throw in a pair or fuzzy socks and I am done shopping for all the little gifts we will need.

  • becky27 says:

Thanks for this deal! I just ordered and will be breaking it up into Christmas gifts!

  • Suzie says:

Got mine too…..Birthday and Christmas presents! YEAH!!

  • Julie Chung says:

I ordered the grab bags for the first time. I hope I have good luck with my order! I really wanted the Hand Repair Kit but they were out!! I will be looking for cute baskets to fill these goodies with!

  • KSN says:

The shipping is coming up 12.00$ . I used the same deal as Collen. Any ideas why?

    • heidisabo says:

It should not — as long as you have $40 worth of products before the “freebies” … it should give you the option of “7-10 day ground shipping for FREE”

  • Michelle says:

Free shipping is only for FedEx Ground, and Fedex Ground does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. I called CS and tried to cancel my order but once you place an order you cannot cancel or change it. There is a 60 day refundable guarantee but the gift bags are excluded. Great deal for the Lower 48 folks, not so great for my Alaskan peeps or Hawaiian neighbors :)

  • KSN says:

Thanks but I am in Va. And it says its the only shiipping available.

  • heidisabo says:

Collin – thank you SO MUCH for posting this! I LOVE Burt’s Bees — but it’s still kind of expensive without coupons. Your postings help so very much!

  • kim says:

I ordered but am crossing my fingers. Last time I got one it had a lot of stuff I didn’t use. Like a key chain, one of those things you cover your eyes with when you sleep, and a .017oz of muscle rub.

  • katie says:

i got the bag 2 times ago and also this last time, my sister inlaws use burts bees and i was able to divide the bag into three gift and still use one of the full size as a gift for my mother in law. It is a great deal.

  • Angela says:

There are lots of girls in my family, so this is perfect for Christmas gifts. I ordered two gift bags at $25 each, got the two free lip baskets, and it came to about $50 with tax. I ordered this four times, so I spent about $200 but that is for EIGHT gift bags, and EIGHT lip baskets. I’m so excited, my Christmas shopping is suddenly finished. :-)

  • Lisa says:

I just wanted to give a heads up about this. I just placed my order and missed the slot to put in the coupon code. I never saw that it was on the Your Cart page. I’m use to seeing coupon codes where you enter in your credit card number. I called customer service and asked if it could be added. They said that once an order was completed it could not be cancelled or changed. She took my information and said that it might be able to be added in. I asked what the procedure was if I wanted to send the order back and was told that there is a section on the invoice when I receive the order. But that I would also incure shipping charges. I have to save if I can’t get the coupon code then I will not be ordering from from them again. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone before they place their order to make sure they put the code on the Your Cart page and NOT to wait for checkout, because you may be out of luck!

  • Liz says:

I ordered this grab bag last year and will pass this time. Most of the stuff you get are sample sizes and most of the stuff are lip products. With all the deals Collin posts up about chapsticks and lip moisturizers I have enough for a year. I still have some of the stuff from last year’s grab bag that I never used because it wasn’t anything I could use. Also their customer service is awful!!!! I once returned something and had to wait over a month to receive my refund from them after they already received the product. It took several phone calls and emails to customer service before I received my credit. It was awful.

  • Sarah says:

This is awesome! I just got Christmas gifts for all of my co-workers (and will probably keep a few goodies for myself) for under $45! LOVE IT.

  • [...] Bags! I have been a fan of many Burt’s Bees products for years now, so was excited to see this limited time deal on [...]

  • fuzzymitten says:

Thanks, Collin. These products make great gifts.

  • Annalea says:

Sweet! I ordered 2 Holiday grab bags and the 2 freebies with free shipping. My total came to $55.41. I can’t wait to see what’s in the grab bags. I LOVE Burt’s Bees. :)

Thank you so much for posting this deal, Collin! You’re helping me get my Christmas shopping done early. ;)

  • juanhijo says:

Just ordered it! My bro will love the men’s grab bag! I’ll have to see what comes in the other bag but I don’t mind if its mostly lip stuff! Love it all! Also, I’m in NH, so no tax, so it was an even $40 for the 2 grab bags and freebies! Yeah!

  • Debbie says:

I ordered this and just got my shipping confirmation. The total says something different than it said when I checked out- its $14.50 higher. I haven’t checked my credit card to see how much the charge is but I wondered if anyone else has this problem??

  • Michal says:

I ordered the gift set and a few other items. I am very happy with the contents; however, I didn’t receive the free shipping. I spent over $40. Anybody else have this problem?
