Rite Aid Deals 11/7-11/13
Just a few reminders, the $1/$1 purchase Video Values coupons can be applied to virtually any deal scenario below AND can only be used once per Wellness card. In addition, all of the Video Values coupons now have a UPC that begins with RC49 and not RC48… this means that Video Values coupons can no longer be stacked with Rite Aid in-ad coupons and coupons from the Flu Shot Coupon booklet as they both start with RC49 as well.
Also, keep in mind that the $5/$25 total purchase PDF coupons (no longer available) may or may not be accepted at your local Rite Aid store. Because it seems that some Rite Aids across the country are not accepting these coupons, I am not going to include them in the deal scenarios below.

im having trouble printing out coupons. im on a mac using safari, i also tried firefox. it keeps telling me i need to change printer settings, but the steps they are giving me are for windows anyone could give me any help would be great

I also use a mac…it really doesn’t have anything to do with the browser that you are using ( safari or firefox). What I had to do when I first started printing coupons is to uninstall my printer and reinstall it. Then I had to go to System preferences, hardware, print & fax, double click on the printer (left side of box), select printer setup and then it will depend on the printer from their. The setting that they want you to change has to do with the mac holding the coupon in its memory for you to print later. I sure hope this helps. I know how frustrating it can be.

I just realized, every single year at this time, theres a sort of free body wash. Last year it was the nivea for women at cvs, remember, 4.88, and there was a 4 dollar coupon in the sunday paper? buy 15 dollars worth, get a 5 dollar eb? ahh, those were the good old days of cvs 🙂 Now the only cheap body wash is for men. I guess its DH turn.

they are still taking these. they are not taking the pdf coupons that you can print an unlimited amount of. you should only be allowed to print 2 of these coupons.

Ok, maybe this is an obvious question, but I’ll risk it. For the +UP rewards that have a dollar amount attached, like the Garnier spend $15 get a $5 +UP, does that have to be in one transaction, or does it keep track via your Wellness card that you have already purchased qualifying items, and once the dollar amount is reached, you get the +UP? Thanks!
Seems it has to be done in a single transaction. RA receipts don’t keep track like CVS/ECB spend X deals do.

I had a horrible experience at RA tonight the cashier basically accused me of coupon fraud bc I tried using a VV and a manu. q seriously you shoulda seen her I was so humiliated!!! Also she told me they cannot adjust coupons!!! The coupon policy is right in front of you she said I dont know what to tell you we have never adjusted coupons we are not allowed and cant use a VV and a manf. coupons needless to say after arguing bc she treated me like crap I will no longer go to that RA and I already emailed the CS at RA and on top of that she scanned my 10% coupon now out of that too unless someone higher up at RA fixes this problem!!!!!!!!!!
Please contact corporate via phone they will contact the regional manager as well as the store manager to set this cashier straight and they will contact you. I had the same problem before, but after my phone call I’ve never had an issue with Rite Aid and I still go back to that same cashier just to piss her off with my coupons because I know she knows it was me who called corporate on her. Too bad, they need to follow their policies, so long as we are not doing anything illegal.
Thats what I plan on doing monday morning!!! It sucks bc that RA was 2 mins from my house!! I did nothing illegal using a V V and a man. q it states right here you can and I tried telling her that w/ the coupon policy SHE printed up to try to prove me wrong I asked her what dont you understand she couldnt come up w/ anything accept thats what she was told!!! I dont care what you are told THE head honchos made up this policy I didnt!! I never had a problem before at this RA but I’ll go to a different RA from now on!!! I really hope they do something to fix this!! Hopefully my attitude I gave right back to her dont hurt me but you cannot not treat a customer like that!!!
The one time I had coupon issues at RA (with a regional manager no less) I emailed corporate and they were exceptional.
I got a call from the local manager that week and got a refund for the coupons they refused to accept at the time of my vist!!!
That kind of CS kept me a fan of RA.
The other time I had issues I just pulled out my copy of the coupon policy plus my reply from corporate re: the above situation. The Manager of that store copied my policy as she had never seen it. Never had an issue since :D.

I’m planning to get crest/oralB of 7 items in one transaction and 8 in the next, I would be bummed if I don’t get all UPRs for them! I’m planning to donate this all to our women’s shelter because I have enough crest LOL but only if it’s only going to cost me tax… unfortunately I can’t afford to otherwise.
I read on another post (I know it’s a sin) that someone in California (their sale starts on Friday) that the crest ups only printed once. They said they bought several and only got one.
I said “assuming” because a couple weeks ago when they made a bunch of changes a lot of blogs mentioned that RA was going to a limit of one +UP reward. Its true…Crest is only printing one Up reward last I heard. People are calling Corp. and Corp. will send them UP rewards but only if you get the right people on the phone. So I wouldn’t chance it.
Actually I think the Crest with Scope/ Oral B is only printing one and the Crest Pro Health is definitely printing multiples, because I just did it!
The reason people are calling about those not printing multiple ups is that in the ad it now usually states if there is a limit. Look at this week and see how the Pepsi says limit 1. So if the ad does NOT state a limit, you should be able to do multiples. For me, if I hear that an item isn’t printing multiples I won’t chance it because II don’t want to deal with someone on the other end of the phone.
Last week I spoke with a manager at the RA I shop at and she had just had a meeting about UPR. Unless it is stated in the ad (such as “where’s the deal” stated above on the Pepsi) that it is limited the UPR should print multiply times.
I bought 2 toothbrushes and one toothpaste in the same transaction and only one up reward printed 🙁

I haven’t read through all the comments yet, but I think it’s interesting that you mentioned SCR and where they are. since RA introduced their UP program I have thought they were going the way of Walgreens and eventually end their SCR program in favor of the UP program. they will probably lose me as a major customer. I don’t like the UP program, just like I hate RR. And now they are discontinuing all their good coupons (I.e.$5/25). I don’t think good things are coming down the pipe for the consumer.

I just wanted to let you know that you can use the $1/2 coupon for Keebler and get multiple UPs on one receipt. I was able to use the cheez it coupon and got 4 boxes and 4 UPs this morning. That said, my Rite Aid ONLY had cheez it’s so no other coupon was useful :(.

Any having issues with RA not accepting Manufacturer’s Internet coupons lately? I was told if the register doesn’t pick up the UPC they will not manually enter them.. one was for $.75 off Lady Speed Stick, right from the manufacturer’s website, the coupon had an expiration date, bar code, address to send the coupon to for reimbursement & the coupon had a picture that exactly matched the product I was trying to use it for.
Same thing with the Maybelline Mascara coupon from Red Plum’s website.
In RA’s coupon policy it says they can reject any coupons that the validity cannot be established, which I completely understand… must be “validity” is subjective depending on who the cashier is??
RA Customer Service is closed today.. but I’ll def. be calling tomorrow morning.

I had a issue with the Anti dandruff coupon after i walked out the door and was in my car the manager came out and said since it had walmart on it i wasn’t supposed to do it and she wasn’t supposed to manually enter it(which she lied to him because she didn’t manually enter it) He told me i wasn’t supposed to use a walmart coupon and fought with me over it even though i know i was right in that it was a manufactuer coupon where i could use anywhere. So i told him if you really wanna fight me over this then i will just go to a different rite aid from now on. It really made me upset but i’ll get over it and go get my things at a different rite aid!
I had several printed coupons and a new cashier. she was up to try anything and everything scanned fine except a mab mascara coupon from the the sunday coupons. That really didnt make any sense but she put it through.

UP’s are void after using, even if the transaction has been voided/refunded. My local Rite Aid just gave me cash back when I had an issue & then re-rang the transaction.
I used Rite Aid’s in-ad $15 Oral-B Power coupon to purchase an Oral-B CrossAction Power toothbrush that was $7.99. My store gave me all of the overage, and I used it to get other things I needed. That was a $7 MM!
When there is a B1G1 Free situation does the price of both or just one go towards the total for the 4/20 or 5/25 coupons?
As far as I know, it’s just the price of one. If you look at your receipt, one item will show up at the price, and the second item will show up as $0.00, so the coupon would take off the price of the item you were charged for. Hope that helps!

I did the purex deal once and thought i must have gotten over 25 since they took my coupon but when i got home i looked at my receipt i only spend 24 and change. I believe the BOGOF prices go towards your total. I would have never thought!
It depends if it’s the stores BOGO sale or you’re using a BOGO coupon. If it’s a store sale, only one counts. If you’re using a BOGO coupon, then both count towards your total. HTH.

Its funny how different the Rite Aids and the cashiers are. My cashier took my renuzit first and manually put it in. It did not beep but I think the overage was the problem. She said nothing and I did get the overage. The other cashiers wouldn’t do this. She also gave me $3.00 back because the Oral B didn’t print. I really like the two cashiers I had today.
I know! I was just surprised that it beeped! They were like ‘Oh, since they are on sale for .88 you can’t use $1/1 coupon’, and I asked them (politely) if it could be adjusted down…They rolled their eyes in annoyance, but finally let me do it. Uggghh, crazy… and that was my closest and favorite RA!
The crest with scope only printed out once but the mouthwash printed for every one I bought. I bought 6 using 3 BOGO coupons so I got a profit!
My BOGO coupon is if you buy the large (over 900ml) mouthwash you get the smaller 500ml free. Since the 500ml is the one on sale, how did you use that coupon or did you have a different one?

Only 1 +UP Reward (for toothpaste) printed for me when I purchased the crest toothpaste and oral b toothbrush. Manager was nice enough to give me $2.99 cash back for oral b toothbrush +UP Reward. Manager even tested an additional crest toothpaste on a separate transaction and no +UP Reward printed, so he refunded me my money.
