I am very excited to give these as gifts as I normally just make my own, and I still am, but since I have been sick with a lot of things lately as well as helping my in-laws moving out of the country (they retired to Ecuador), I have been unable to have the time or energy to do what I had planned, so it sucks buckets! A question for Jodi… Do you know which lotion repel insect? I don’t even know if it’s true or just an old wives tale, but I once heard that a famous Avon lotion that smells wonderful and at the same time it repels insects.
It’s supposedly Skin So Soft Original Replenishing. My grandmother SWORE by that stuff when I was a kid 🙂

It’s the Skin So Soft original bath oil that is wonderful but Avon cannot make any official claim to it’s repellant qualities. I have customers use other SSS products and claim they work pretty well too. Again, it’s word of mouth and not a company claim. (I’m a rep, too, so I sell lots of it for these reasons)

Avon shipped via my package via ups to my usps p.o. box. Tracking says delivered but don’t know if ups tooks it to the p.o. box. I contacted Avon via e-mail on Dec. 4th but they never responded to my issue. Looks like I will deal with a local Avon rep from now on or not buy Avon at all again. Geesh.
I always have my avon packages shipped to my p.o.box and it has never been a problem. The UPS tracking number should show that it was delivered to the post office.
