    I got my box of shades and it was so much fun! My daughter and I tried them all on! Well worth the price! And free shipping too!! That’s like $1.10 a pair!! They are new styles and lots of different brands, for the price they can’t be beat!!!!

          I couldn’t by telephone on a different order but sent an email, heard back that day. They apologized for two broken items in a “mystery box”. She offered an $8 credit for the 2 – I emailed back that evening and there was a credit on my visa card the next day. EMAIL them!

    I got these sunglasses the last time. It only took about 2 weeks for delivery and they’re great! Good variety and all still had tags on them over $9.99 each. Great for someone (like me) who looses and/or breaks sunglasses a lot.

    I ordered last time this deal was offered and received the shipment yesterday. I was very pleased with the quality/styles, but all I received were women’s when I was hoping for a few men’s or children’s in the mix. You can’t beat what you get for the price paid.

    I’ve had horrible experience with Graveyard. I have not received an order from September. I’ve sent three emails two of which were not answered and called once to be told they would have to get back to me. .
    Of course I haven’t heard back. I finally told them three weeks ago that I just want to cancel my order and get my money back. I still haven’t heard back or received a refund. Horrible customer service in my book and I will never order from them again.

    I just received my order this past week.. They took at least two weeks to get to me. I was quite pleased with them. After reading a number of posts from the last deal, I was a little concerned, as many readers had been so disappointed with their shipment.

    I plan on keeping at least three of them for myself and the rest will be for gifts. Of the nine pairs that I received, only one pair was for men. I probably wouldn’t say that what I received were “high” quality, but they were a very nice quality. As I usually buy my sunglasses for $3 to $5,at the dollar store, these glasses are a better quality then I ever spend on sunglasses. All of the glasses that I received were packaged individually in plastic bags and were in excellent condition.

    I would love to order these but I’m against graveyard mall right now. I finally received my Christmas mystery box and I want to return it. I’ve called several times and sent an email and I can’t get a response. I hate this because I was so excited about the mystery box too.

      Hmm, I got mine and I emailed them that I wanted to return it and they sent me a return label and all I had to do was tape the box back up and schedule a pickup with usps. They refunded all the money already.

    I’ve done this once before and am ordering again. I’m always losing my sunglasses, so I need lots! Here’s what I did: I liked about half of the styles I received and kept them. The other half I put in my daughter’s consignment sale in the Juniors’ department and charged $2/each, so after the sale took their 30% I made my $ back!

First, if you have damaged pairs (broken or severely scratched, etc) please email customer service: customerservice@graveyardmall.com. Our customer service hours are 8 am central to 3:30 central monday through Friday. We are NOT open on weekends but hope to expand our customer service hours over time. Please note, it is the busy season and the sunglasses deal has been a very popular one…but it caused greater than expected delays in getting some shipments out and we got a much higher volume of customer service inquiries than we normally would (like 10 times more!). Please know we are trying our best. Email customer service again if it’s been a few days without an answer. If you want to put in the subject header: Hip2Save Issue, I will make sure we give it attention as promptly as we can—we really appreciate our Hip2Save friends!

    Secondly, we launched a new website in the middle of November, but on November 17th we had an order issue where some of our orders (for some unknown reason) were not transferred from the new order system to the inventory system. We have done our best to track them down and get them out asap, but we are not sure we got everyone. So, please email customer service with the subject line: Hip2save Issue and we will get those orders out the next day if you are among the mis-orders. We just became aware of this issue and think the number of people effected is small….but want to fix it asap.

    I did this deal last time…they arrived last week. I have a really small face, so large sunglasses make me look like a fly! However 4/10 worked for me, so it was still a great deal! I’m using the rest as stocking stuffers for my sister-in-laws who can wear large sunglasses. Overall, a great deal!

Im hoping they do this deal for the mens sunglasses so i can order hubby some. =)

    I ordered these last time, they arrived in about 10-12 days or so.
    The glasses are fine and this is probably trivial but I was so
    excited about the advertised adorable little holiday gifts bags that
    all the glasses came with- and I was very very disappointed. All of
    the glasses were dumped in a small box, some even out of their
    packaging, with no protection at all from one pair to the next- it’s no
    wonder there are so many returns for breaks and scratches!
    And NO holiday gifts bags! I called and called, never got a live person
    And never rec’d a return call, don’t bother leaving a message!
    I did then email them, and after 3 days, got a response. I asked about
    the holiday bags they advertised, and was told “we are all sold out of those!”
    I then asked why they were advertised that wAy and got no answer?
    So at least this ad doesn’t include that part of the promotion.
    But yea, I’ll be sending it all back and I’ll spend my $10
    on some other good deal that arrives as advertised!

    I recieved my shipment from the last time. I’m VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!!! Several of the glasses were scratched!! REALLY BAD!! Makes me nervous about buying this kind of thing on line again!!! If you order, BEWARE!!!

One of the pairs was broken, and after a quick email to Graveyard, they promptly refunded me the difference (easier than sending the broken pair back). There are some glasses that aren’t my style, but definitely trendy in my opinion. 🙂

    I just got my order today in the mail. I have to say that all of the sunglasses I got are quite ugly. There is MAYBE one pair that I would ever wear. Now I have to figure out if it is worth it to pay to send them back. does anyone know if they do free returns?
