It is backordered for at least two weeks and it also says that they don’t carry these in stores. However, I was in Borders a few days ago and they had them in store at the same price.
this hal is borders exclusive. It does not light up and is smaller I believe then the build a bear one at the build a bear store.

I actually got Hal at the store (Borders) for that price and he is very soft!!! and great size for a kid to cuddle with and no the light bulbs do not light up, they are just sewn on, but very nice and cant bet the price. I actually had Borders bucks$5 so I only had to pay .99 what a steal 🙂

So I tried to use the code on a scrapbooking paper punch. It takes the code but says my cart is ineligible. The paper punch isn’t on sale already, it’s regular price. I added some other stuff too that was regular priced…book, book light, etc. It wouldn’t take the 33% off any of it. What exactly are the restrictions? Does anyone know?
