It won’t let me submit, because it is asking for the paygrade. Apparently I am entering it wrong??
Pay grade needs to match rank
i called them and they said if it doesnt work use E6
same problem w/ me- invalid pay grade..??
I had to change the zero to the letter “o” and then it worked.

i’m guessing you have to put either E – for enlisted and O – for officer. hope this helps!

I’m trying to sign my husband up.. But I am getting stuck on the pay grade. He is an E-5 in the Army, and I tried entering E-5. Anyone know what’s going on?

as far as paygrade I put the e in the first box (-) than the 5 in the second box….it worked.
i can’t get the paygrade thing to work either…hubby is an O-4…what do i put inthe first box?

I did this for my husband and bro in law last year. They are great packages. I tried to sign up for one again this year but it said that I have already registered for one in the last 12 months. I am pretty sure it has been more right around 12 mths, so I guess I will wait a couple of days and try again later.

I tried to send this to my brother in the Navy and it said I didn’t enter the right verification code. Even though I typed in exactly the right letters/numbers. Weird. I ended up sending him a link to the main page.

i am trying to sign up but it needs the pay scale code what is that?
It’s their pay grade. That is how they are verifying that you are actually in the military.If you don’t know it check on a paystub.
Army – Sergent, E-5 in the pay grade wouldn’t work, so I put E-6 and it worked… Weird.

Hi Collin, I know you have mentioned that your hubby is in the military as well and we’re thankful for him and everyone else that serves our country (my hubby gave 4 years of his life to the Army before we met). Do you have the worries of him having to deploy or is he relatively safe in his position that that’s not a worry? Thanks for all that you do! Tina, try to put O – for officer. Captain’s pay grade is O-3 but the block only requires one letter.

There is information to purchase/send new cards on the AT&T website, but this is a card I already have in my possession and need to know where I can send it. My son got his Scion care package today – when I first told him about it, he wasn’t too enthused but he picked it up today and was over the moon with it. He said the T shirt was really great and he was very happy to get the beanie as he said it is freezing cold at Ft. Leonardwood. Thanks Collin.
