Snapfish still charged me a dollar for the prints even though I received a confirmation email saying “zero” for the prints.
That may just be a 1.00 charge to verify your information. Does it list it as a pre auth on your bank statement.
I am one that had a problem last night and was fully charged, however I finally I was able to live chat and its fully refunded. 😉
They are still charging me shipping but the prints are free…not a great deal but I don’t know how to fix it.
I spoke with their Live Chat people and got the shipping refunded just now!

Couldnt get the free shipping but its ok. I’ve been needing to print pictures so Im glad I was able to get the 50 Free and I was also able to use the coupon code TRAVEL30PRINTS and got 30 more Free and all I had to pay was for the shipping =)
This is what an chat rep said “Sunil: Due to technical error that Code not applying, so Place the order and come to live chat with order number, we manually apply free credit and issue the refund.”
It charged me the shipping and handling fee, but I called customer service and the guy on the other line kinda got a little pushy with me. He wasn’t wanting to give me my refund. Finally after explaining it to him about what Snapfish was promoting, he refunded my money. Said it’ll take up to 8 days to get it.
I just put my order through. The code did not work, but the representative on LiveChat isued me a FULL refund to my paypal account! I just had to place the order and then go back and ask for the refund through livechat . Super Sweet!
