Video Values Update:
This month’s selection of Video Values includes a special new Beauty Bonus that is different than what you’ve seen in the past. The Beauty Bonus is $4 off your purchase of $20 or more. In order to get the Beauty Bonus, you will need to watch all of the videos in the special beauty section, which will combine for this high-value offer. There will not be individual coupon offers for each video for this section only.

$5/$25 Total Purchase Coupon Update from Rite Aid:
All legitimate $5 off $25 coupons will be honored at Rite Aid up until the expiration date as marked. Due to some internal changes, they may not scan correctly for a few days, but instructions have been given to stores that these legitimate coupons should be accepted. Please note that they are, as always, limited to one coupon per customer, so multiple versions of the same coupon cannot be accepted. Questions and concerns about coupon acceptance at Rite Aid stores should continue to be directed to our customer service team, who can be contacted by visiting our secure chat service accessible at www.riteaid.com or by calling by calling 1-800-RITEAID (1-800-748-3243).

Through 1/22, get a $20 +Up Reward when you buy $100 of select items. The list of eligible items can be found in the January 2011 Rebate Directory. Look for the starred items in this post. For the very latest Rite Aid coupon policy, please go here. I would encourage you to print a copy to take with you to the store.

Omg, the WORST shopping trip to rite aid ever. Not one of my up rewards printed. We had to return everything and group into smaller transactions, plus there were no signs for the food deal so I did not receive any up rewards for those at all. I spent almost three hours there….

    • jewel

OMG the SAME thing happened to me, it was a nightmare!!! Nothing went to my Buy & Save either. I got screwed out of tons of ups too! Were you the first transaction of the day? I was!!

    • vaylene

      same! no up rewards either!

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

my guess is you guys had too many uprs in one transaction – you can only have 24 seperate uprs (dollar amount doesn’t matter) in a transaction so you have got to watch that…..otherwise none print at all

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

same here none printed, but I was owed $69.00 in ups and the manager gave me $69.00 in CASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      • Melissa R.

Where did you learn about the 24 Ups limit?

Cash??? I get Rite Aid gift cards when Ups don’t print. Wow – good for you!

    • Holly

Same thing happened to me today! The manager gave me a giftcard after attempting the transaction again with still no rewards printing!

      • Parveen

Same thing happened to me – my UPs didn’t print, so the manager gave me store credit instead. I think they were having issues with their system this morning because when I went to Rite Aid later this afternoon, all the UPs printed on same items.

    • Dana

I’ve had a few UPs not print and I call the 800 Rite Aid number at the bottom of the reciept; they mail them to me in just a couple days!

    • Carrie Fry

I went at 6pm yesterday and as I was shopping and an employee came up to me and said that the Up Rewards weren’t printing, so she forewarned me!! She used to be the one employee I didn’t like to deal with she has now made the “nice list”. I’m glad I waited until today. I was able to do all my transactions with no problem. 🙂

    • Jess

Yeah this has been happening to me for awhile now. Not every trip, but probably 4 times now. Every time they tell me “I’ve never seen this before.” A few times they returned every single item, rescanned them all and then my UP Rewards printed. Last time, I didn’t want to deal with it so I just called the 1-800 number and they mailed me the UP Rewards. But like others said, it screws up the Resolution Rewards situation. And also if you have any Single Check Rebates to submit, it screws that up too.

LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT. Does it say “Your Rite Aid Card Savings”?? That’s what happens to me every time my UPs don’t print. For some reason the card doesn’t scan as a Wellness Card, but a Rite Aid Card instead. There’s no reason to it. They tried replacing my card and everything and it has no rhyme or reason. Different stores, different times, different purchases.

I also called and asked about the limit on UPs to print and they said that is not true. There’s only limits on certain items as listed in the weekly circulars.

      • Bobbie

I was in there yesterday and paid with $38 in ups and rec’d $38 back so I don’t believe the $24 limit would be correct either.

        • Emma

24 ups.. not $24 is what she had said : p
I thought I’d read it wrong too

  2. Tara

If you are in the silver or gold where you get 10% or 20% off your items, you will need to get more expensive clean and clear or get a trial size of something in that section. My 10% off put me below the $25 mark and I had to go back and purchase something small to get the $10 UP Reward.

    • Carrie Fry

Also another deal scenerio is that you can purchase a neutrogena cosemetic product instead of the 2 smaller sized lotions. You can use the $2 in ad coupon and a $2 manf. coupon. I needed eye liner so I used this scenerio instead and it worked great. The eye liner was $7.99 and the 2 lotions were $7.38. So if you only needed 61 cents to make it to $25, this may work. 🙂

  3. sartman

my daughter and I went at the same time, I got the extra $1.00 Chunky UPS and she did not, (may have been the combo of the Barilla and Hormel Completes I bought with the soup and she didn’t ).go figure, can’t complain ..Iove Rite Aid.. and Collin ..*****also the Oberto BBQ Pork flavor had a peelie for $1.00 off so with the extra UPS and VV it was a good deal***

  4. Tracy Flynn

You guys are scaring me, I am on my way now with my fingers crossed!

I had no problems at all. I bought
    4 Special K @ 4.79/BOGO
    1 Tylenol Precise @ 7.00
    1 Benefiber Stick @ 7.49 (16 ct pack)
    2 Foamies Craft Kits @ 2.99 each
    2 Quaker Oatmeal 5.00
    = 33.05
    used $3/20 VV
2 BOGO Special K IPs (took off 4.49)
1 $2 Tylenol Precise cpn (tearpad I found at CVS a while ago)
    2 $1/1 Quaker Oatmeal IPs
    $5/2 Foamies VV
    $4 Benefiber IP
    $1 Benefiber VV
    $3 UP

    Paid $6.02 w/tax. Got 4 $1+Ups for the Kelloggs, $2+Up Quaker, $5+Up Darice (foam kits), $3+Up Tylenol = $14 in UPs + $3 SCR for the Benefiber..

The only problem I had was yesterday I bought 2 of the .99 erasers and the $2 UP didn’t print. I did online chat and the rep said they were having problems with the school supplies +UP, so I’ll get that one in the mail.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I was wondering the same thing about the school supplies, I thought maybe it was a limit of one, I guess I’ll be calling later.

    • Dana

The manager at my store said they cancled that promo half way thru the week; I called the 800 number and they mailed them to me

    • tammy

Where do you find the foamie craft kits? Either they don’t carry them at rite aid in my area or I’m not looking in the right place and the help doesn’t know either.

      • Stephany Gonser

It’s in the school supplies aisle near the crayola type products.

    • Tracy

CS told me that the school supply deal is no longer valid. I tried to get my UPs and didn’t get all I was owed. The district manager ended up calling me blaming everything on the printing company and giving me the “poor Rite Aid”story. She said of course all of the blogger find RA’s mistakes and take advantage of them. I told her they should employ some of the bloggers to proof the ads and tags before they go to print. 🙂 I was also told the managers were informed by email to take the signs down the first day of the sale. I told her both of my stores had the signs posted; she went on and on about them being human and the only way I will know if a sale is valid is to purchase it and see if the UPR prints. Shop with Caution!

  6. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

No xtra ups for the soup

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

No the soup is NOT a deal as posted. There is no monthly deal on the soup. I was wondering as those on SD did not mention it had a monthly UP as well and when I was at the store I had not seen the Rite Buy tag that comes with monthly deals. Then I read Collins post and thought hmmmm….. So before creating a big snafu with my deals today, I tried just 1 can of soup to see if it would print the extra $1 UP for the monthly deal and it did not. So I ended up unloading all the soup from my cart and avoided a very nightmarish hassle. Do NOT buy the soup if you are not willing to be out of pocket $1 per can.

      • ej

wish i had seen this before i went. bummer.

  7. preethi

has anyone printed the BIGI or free coupon for wonderful pistachios on recyclebank?if so can u plz let me know on what size it is?the last time i printed a 2$ coupon it was for 100z…the 8oz pistachios are on sale this week at riteaid. i dont wana waste my points if the coupon is on 10oz only. thanks

    • LEIGH ANNE

They are for 10oz. I looked yesterday wanting to score some of these myself!

    • Linda

The $1 off coupon was for 8 oz or larger. I didn’t get the b1g1.

  8. Sarah

I also didn’t get extra Ups..bought four Barilla and four hunts sauce. Got the 2 Ups but not the extras. 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

hmmm….i got the barilla but not the hunts

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

you should have gotten the barilla. I have done it many times with all sorts of types and all have printed. The Hunts is not a month long deal. If you wish to know if it is included, it will have a separate tag that says Rite Buy on it. Just because it is lumped together with other items that are on the same weekly UP reward, does not mean that all items are month long up rewards which is why the special extra UPS are printing.

      • Christine

the hunts didn’t work for me either.

  9. Nikki

Just wanted to let you know I went to Rite Aid today and used 2 of the BOGO coupons for Stayfree and this is what happened:
The Stayfree items were on sale 2 for $5. Plus they all had $.50 peelies on them, and I had a $1 off coupon. Some how I was able to use all of the coupons! So it would have been $10 for the 4 items, BOGO made them $5, 4-$.50 peelies brought it down to $3, minutes $1 coupon = $2! Plus I got 2-$2 +ups!

  10. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Quick question… the new $6/2 Zyrtec, Motrin PM, Tylenol coupon from some of the 1/9 SS inserts… would that work on the 2 Tylenol Precise creams? I see Collin put a $5/2 coupon, but there is a picture on the new $6/2 coupon of the Tylenol Precise cream. Am I missing something? Or should this new coupon work and we can save another $1? 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

yes they work on the creams – i bought one so i know it def. does

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        Thank you so much! 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)
    • Kay

The new coupon should definitely work on the Tylenol Precise products on sale this week.

    • whats the deal

Yes I bought 2 creams with it. At my one RA that really looks over every single coupon, it beeped. She said it was telling her to input the amount. She was very confused by that and I said that maybe it was just wanting her to confirm since it was a $6.00 coupon. She looked again at the coupon and then my precise creams and then finally just entered the $6.00.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

yes beware the $6 coupon does beep as there is no code for it in the system. It will work just fine though if the cashier just types in the $6. I used mine on the Motrin PM today (I used $5/2 on the tylenol precise) and paid nothing oop (except tax of course) and got back 2x $2 UP. $4MM. 🙂

  11. Mel

The clean and clear surge didn’t Count towards the $25 for me.

  12. Stephanie

I don’t know whats going on with my Sunday Paper Inserts, but NONE of them match up to HIP2Save! Im in So Cal, and I had terrible coupons last week, and awesome this week. I got 3 SS and 1 RP. Im really bummed because I can’t match up my purchases anymore. It started happening in the new year. Anyone else noticing this?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

different areas get different coupons. you are on the west coast collin is in the carolina.

    • Elvira P

Same for me. What a bummer. I buy 5 newspapers.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I am in So. CA to and I got the coupons from Collins match ups. Not sure where in So. CA you are but I am in San Diego and my newspapers had the appropriate coupons.

      • Tianna

Live in so cal too, chula vista. R u getting the union tribune or LA Times? My coupons are also the same as Collins matchups? I get a mix of tribune and la times because sometimes la times coupons are better.

        • M

HI.. I live in between Chula Vista and National City! So glad to see a fellow Cq lady, so close by 😉
I also follow Collin and get both the LA & UT papers.

          • bev

hi, nice to hear from Nat’l City, CA. I graduated from Sweetwater HS but now live in Silver Spring, MD.

        • Gigi Forrest

I’m in SD – I usually get the UT but lately I’ve been getting the LA times. This week, the LA times had the great SS insert with the good coupons…and the Union Trib had not so good ones! What the heck?

Seems like when I get the LA Times lately I don’t get all the inserts. It’s kind of hit or miss!

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    • jen

      love your no worries also

    • Carrie Fry

My husband has gone with me a few times and is always shocked at what I pay. He said “they must hate you!” haha.

  14. Janelle

Anybody else’s Rite Aid not carry the Oats & Honey Special K that you need to use the B1G1 coupon? I think they had every other kind though. lol. I am super disappointed because we eat cereal like crazy!

    • whats the deal

If you read the coupon it says the oats and honey OR original. Luckily my second store had some original left.

      • Jessica

I did the transaction twice last week with the BOGO coupons and they allowed me to do any kind. You should at least be able to get one of any kind and then one of the original or Oats and Honey. The coupon reads Buy Special K and get one Original or Oats on Honey so the first one should work with any flavor.

    • sarah

no wonder my store had zero hormel compleats…and zero pastas. i wish they put limits on every item.

      • Holly

I’m sure they will eventually! I miss out on deals all of the time b/c they are all out of stock! I guess that is just how it works!

  15. Mary

Ok, anyone gotten the mop yet? How much was it?

Anyone do the motrin MM deal more than once yet? Does it roll?

The Clean and Clear, are others having issues with the morning burst not countin? Getting together my list….

    • Michelle E

I “bought” 4 motrins and did receive Up’s for all 4. Can’t help with the other stuff though.

  16. Sandra

Thanks got all you do! I got 8 boxes of Special K for free plus each one game me a $1 up!
Made $8 for buying cereal! Plus this last purchase made my day! I got my $20 up reward! Love to be paid to shop! Thank you

  18. savysaver

What are the mystery UPs this week???

  19. Kristen

I got the 4 boxes of Special K totally free. They were supposed to take $4.49 off, but took off the whole amount instead. Plus I got 5x $1 +UPs. Oh, and I did not get regular or oats & honey as specified on the BOGO coupon. I got 2 boxes of the fruit and yogurt, a box of vanilla almond and a box of red berries no questions asked. Funny thing: a woman at the store tried to get ALL the cereal before I could grab any…nearly ran me over with her cart. Luckily I seen 4 boxes on an end cap. Her cart was loaded with cereal.

For the Chunky soup, I bought 4 and only got a $1 +UP…did not get the 4 unadvertised food +UPs.

    • Nicole

LOL, you go girl! Had that happen to me before at CVS with the sobe’s. She LITERALLY pushed me out of the way with her cart! The nerve of some people! My sister and I watched her empty what was left of the cooler right in front of us. Good thing we knew there was another cooler in the back of the store…

  20. Megan

Pay close attention to your Special K coupons!! Between 8 computers at my house and work I was able to print 16 of the Special K coupons. While they do say that you buy one get one Oats & Honey or Original for free, they say buy ANY Special K! I was out earlier this morning to all 6 Rite Aids in the 2 mile radius of my house and got 32 boxes of Special K. 16 were the Original kind, as that was a requirement of the BOGO coupon but the other 16 were a mixture of the Red Berries, Chocolate, and Vanilla Almond. Blah, blah. My point being, you don’t have to get just original or Oats & Honey with the BOGO Q.

And no, no shelf clearing was done on my part this morning. At my more well stocked Rite Aids, I picked up 8 boxes and at the lesser stocked stores, only 4 boxes. I left plenty at all the stores for every one else! Promise!!

    • Megan

Oh and I noticed after I got home that several of the boxes of Special K that I purchased today, January 9th have a Best if Used By Date of January 3rd. One even a December 2010 date. Any ideas of what I can do about it. I know if I return it to Rite Aid I am not likely to get my coupon back.

      • FrugalFreebiesandDeals
      • FrugalFreebiesandDeals

Why don’t you just exchange it.

        jen

      • Sherri

Some of the boxes at my local RA also had January expiration dates. I walked around the end cap and found those boxes to have an expiration date in September of 2011. Sorry yours were that way. Maybe try to exchange them? Hope it works out.

      • Anna Bennett

Eat it! It won’t hurt you for a year or so out of date!

        • Melissa R.

Go ahead and eat the barely out-dated boxes, but call the company and tell them you just bought them and the store name/location. You’ll probably get some replacement coupons!

  21. nicole

So I went into my local Rite Aid well its not so local about 25 minutes away. I was with my daughter and we pick out our Kellogg’s Cereal that is on sale for Buy 1 Get 1 free, plus I had the coupon that was Buy 1 get 1 free, well I only had those and the Stayfree pads deal and the cashier said I couldn’t use the coupon for the cereal and she asked the girl next to her and she said no I couldn’t use it because I would be getting the cereal for free. Then she continued on to say they had a meeting about this and she could lose her job over scanning coupons wrong ????? Ok well I am not scamming anyone I am simply using a coupon but they made me feel like I was doing something wrong and of course I asked is this stated in your policy and they said “yes” so of course I didn’t have my Rite Aid coupons policy with me. I was bothered by they way they acted, I am not in their stealing, just trying to save money…!!! I never had a problem until now and she was evening giving me a hard time over the stayfree deal ???? Anyone else have a problem I am defintely going to call and email them regarding my issue today… Update- Just got off the phone with a manager there because it bothered me what they did and she said the cashiers were wrong, and she is giving me a 5 dollar gift card to pick up the next time I go into town….YAY

    • Donna

That is a shame you were treated so badly. I’m glad they are making it up somewhat, but I wonder if you lost out on more than $5 when they wouldn’t take your coupons! Sorry you had that happen to you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

They gave me a hard time about the bogo coupons too, I politely showed them my copy of their coupon policy and they did it for me, I think its a shame that we know the policy better then they do!! I never leave home without a copy of their policy and its all wrinkled up from all the times I’ve needed to use it!

      • terrellterp

        I laminated my policies.

  22. Kathryn

My mystery $1 food rewards did not print

  23. Carl

    hello,
I bought four Special K, 1 Hormel, 3 Hunts, and 1 Barilla and got back only 6 ($1) ups for the food items: Five of them said “food snacks” and one said “food item”?
Can anyone tell me for which items I received them for?

    • Donna

From my trip earlier, I believe you got 4 for each of the Special K and 1 for barilla and then I would guess 1 for Hormel.

    • butterfly421

I went to RA today and bought: 4 special K and 7 Hormel compleats.
I got back 11+UP food snacks and 7+UP food items.
I didn’t do the pasta and sauce deals but there’s a 1+UP stickers above the barilla until 22nd

    • Bobbie

I believe you got 4 for the special K and 2 for the Hormel. I have done these 2 a couple times this week and I have rec’d 1 for each special K and 2 for each Hormel. That would be my guess.

  24. Kayla

Another interesting thing I noticed at work today. My store has Revlon ColorStay Mineral Foundation for 75% off but it isn’t marked. It’s ringing up $3.64 for me. I put one behind the counter to buy tomorrow. (:

    • Bobbie

Ya my cashier actually pointed this out to me when I was telling her about the Loreal items that were not marked.

  25. Megan

Ugh. Had $117 in +Ups NOT print on my second transaction today. I asked the manager what she would like me to do and she said to contact corporate. Hopefully I get all the rewards, even the “unadvertised” ones!!

    • oconnorsavings

When you contact corporate, let them know you dindt get the MONTHLY +ups if you say “mystery you will probably not get them. These “mystery” ones are just the ones that run all month long on a bunch of items. they SHOULD be posted at your store and if you look it wil have the date at the bottom saying it goes through 1/22. Also knowing where they come from will help with dealing with the cashiers/managers 🙂 HTH

  26. Ada - Lovin Him

If you’re a big Zyrtec user, there’s an Allergy Rewards program on Riteaid.com that says:

By signing up today and entering your wellness+ card, we’ll automatically track your qualifying purchases and send you a $20 Rite Aid certificate for every $75 you spend on ZYRTEC® and BENADRYL® Allergy OTC products.*
Plus your $20 certificate will be sent electronically, meaning you’ll receive your reward faster than ever before.
So you could do Collin’s scenario twice or buy 3 Zyrtec and a Benadryl to get the total up to $75 and then get a $20 RA certificate.

    Zyrtec 24-30 ct. Get a $5 +Up Reward when you buy $25
Deal Scenario (based on online price):
    Buy 2 Zyrtec Allergy, 24 Hour 10 mg. 30 ct. $22.99 each
Use the $4/$20 coupon found here
Use 2 $4/1 coupons from the 1/9 SS
    Pay $33.98
    Get a $5 +Up Reward
    Final Cost $14.49 each!

  27. Valerie

Just got off the phone with corporate. There is NO +UPs for the Kellogg’s Cereals, just B1G1 offer. So those of you getting them, shhhh! It’s a bonus. There is also, only 1 – $1 +UPs for the purchase of 4/$5 Campbell Chunky soups. Anything else is bonus. I also mentioned that my Buy and Saves were not adding up correctly; I’m short I believe. And the representative said that it takes 24-48 hours to update accounts. If I feel that my account is still incorrect, I have to chat with the Manager at the RA; corporate can’t help out with that, only mistaken +UPs.

  28. Kara

I did not get any UPs for the Trident Gum or the Special K. But did get the extra UPs for the pasta, sauce, and diced tomatoes making them free. There is also a $1/3 Hunt’s diced tomatoes in the Dec All You mag.

  29. Laura

I can’t find the hormel coupon. What zip code should I use?

  30. Tabatha

Can anyone clarify for me the $6/2 coupon for tylenol and motrin. I know it’s been talked about but can you use it on a 20ct motrin, regular motrin, or the heat patches (heat cream is in the pic) or is it only on the 4 specific items in the pic? Thanks!

    • l morocco

I used it on the 2 bottles of 20 ct Motrin PM that are $3 each

  31. Tabatha

Can anyone clarify for me the $6/2 coupon for tylenol and motrin. Can you use it on a 20ct motrin, regular motrin, or the heat patches (heat cream is in the pic) or is it only on the 4 specific items in the pic? Thanks!

    • Bobbie

I have used them on the 20 ct motrin pm, the precise cream and the precise patches and it works fine. It says any motrin and tylenol precise product.

  32. l morocco

Great trip to RiteAid today, spent $6 OPP, got $15 in Ups and got so much stuff- stuff I can actually use too :-). Thanks so much Collin!!!!!

  33. TH

Wow, do we get the same papers/inserts? I don’t think I’ve had a single matchup on insert coupons while planning this week. It’s mostly the 1/2 and 1/9 inserts that have been horrible. I sure hope this isn’t a new trend for 2011 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I have the same issue…its horrible! I make a list of all the stuff I want to get as described on hip2save and I’ll have maybe 1 coupon that I actually need.

      • Bobbie

Im not sure if this is the issue or not but in my area these coupon inserts were not in the Sunday paper (we got a couple in there) but the ones with all the good coupons were actually mailed directly to our houses. For both weeks we got the Smartsource in the mail 1/2 and 1/9. I did real online that they are testing this in some markets (mailing instead of putting them in papers).

  34. christine

that reach toothbrush deal is even better if you have the $2/1 MFQ that was a peelie! :] I knew these would come in handy.

That makes your oop $6 and $6 in UP back so FREEEEEEEE

  35. Diane

I bought the Bumblebee tuna 4 for $5. Got only one $1 +Up. Did not get any mystery ones.

  36. mrsking05

So mad!! None of my +UP’S printed!!! So the lady figured out how many ups I would have made and gave me a gift card. But still, I don’t think I got all I was supposed to. I didn’t get any extra for the pasta or the sauce.
I had no idea it had to be done in smaller transactions. I guess I’ll know next time.

  37. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Great trip to RA. I used more B1G1 Kellogg’s coupons from my co-workers today for the B1G1 at RA. Left the store with 8 cereal boxes that cost me a total of $1.60. I got 6 – $1 UPs and my $20 New Year Resolution Certificate. I plan to donate the 8 boxes to food share. Meanwhile, how are others using their $20 Certificate. When I called corporate, they said I could use it on a gift card, but I’m not sure if that information was correct. Anyone know? Otherwise, I’ll just try it out later this week.

  38. oconnorsavings

have had many RA trips the last 2 days.. i’ve been all over creation with errands and stopped at all the RAs to see what i could find. With nearly 300 miles of driving.. i went to 6 RA’s and got 1 motrin(that was ALL of them! sorry i shelf cleared..lol) 40 hormels (NO shelf clearing I promise!) 5 tylenol creams(my parent need it for their business, they are always sore loading boxes all day and night) and 2 patches, some clearanced christmas items, 4 foam kit things and 10 packs of pilot pens ..i thats “all” oh and 4 special k 🙂 …oh and 10 beef jerkies.

I promise i left plenty. only had problems with 1 transaction and it was casue i had to many ups in one transaction(totally forgot about the limit..duh) the manager was really nice about it and knew what had happened and just returned it all and broke it up into 3 for me .. gave me the cash for the ups/coupons for the messed up one and we just went through using that for the next transactions…she said it was way easier that way KWIM?! and i left with over 40 +ups ..yay! REALLY need to fnd some motrin though, we actually need it! lol. hoping to get stayfree later in the week since i forgot so far..duh! Also talked to my fav manager about ordering me some tp and tissues for next week, he said he would 🙂 he’s so great!

    • Anonymous

Kellogg’s Smart Start Cereal also has a rebate inside their actual box, making this deal a full moneymaker. I purchased 4 of them for free and all on separate receipts. Gotta love it!

  39. Tracy

FYI– the Hormel food deal had changed. Had to call about that today. It ended last night. Only $1 Up per item not 2 – $1 UPR. The CS said, “Hormel has instructed us to do an “either or” response. They will only endorse one +up at a time as of last night.. we are very sorry for the inconvenience.”

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, I did some shopping last night and got 2 $1UP+ for each Hormel Compleats, got a few more today and only got 1 $1UP+ each.

Still a good deal if you combine the $1 off non-prescription purchase Video Value CPN and the $1/3 Hormel coupon on Hormel.com (have to register first, and seems to only allow you to print one coupon instead of the usual two per computer)

So it would be $.97 for 3 Hormel after CPN and UP+. Still a good deal.

      • Bobbie

I also found $1/2 homel complete coupons in a blinky machine at my local Kroger.

      • Jodi

Same on the Chunky soup deal and the Hunt’s spaghetti sauce. Still a good deal but not free!

  40. awesometai

There were two kinds of Blink eye drops at my Rite-Aid. The kind that didn’t receive the SCR had a $4.00 off peelie on it that worked for either kind.

  41. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

At My Rite Aid there was a $4 peelie on the Blink Tears so I paid $3.99 and will get a SCR for $7.99. So I made $4. YAY!!!!

If you give your children vitamins, here’s the Marvel deal I posted about a few weeks ago! Marvel vitamins are in the Sundown family and are BOGO free again this week with a $2 UP reward. There are a few online $1 off coupons (you can also find one under the Target coupon site but it prints as a manufacturer’s coupon. There is another one that you need to sign up for to receive.) Then pair the vitamins with the Jan. video value for $1 and a $1 off a purchase coupon!

    Buy 2 Marvel Vitamins BOGO = $7.99
minus 2/$1 coupons online = $5.99 (or use the $1 coupon I found in February All You today!)
stack with the Jan. Sundown video value coupons = $4.99
use a $1 off any purchase video value = $3.99
    Buy 2 and get a $2 UP = $1.99
This means a 2 month supply of vitamins for my children for only $2! Pretty good!

Sooo I just returned from a frustrating trip to riteaid. There were no peelies on the simply asia or beef jerky, plus they are completely out of the motrin pm and I have a boat load of coupons for that. I am somewhat new to this.. so note to self shop early in the week. I mistakingly got the motrin coupons on ebay, and they haven’t arrived yet. (regional coupon not distributed in my area) therefore i thought i would be golden in getting this great deal. Has anyone done rain checks? What’s the limit? How does it work?

Also went to CVS, was able to get the great deal on the maalox and gas-x, even buying only three and not exceeding $20, just under, but she still went in afterwards and printed me the $10….yay to that.

At walgreens they were all out of the pens, not surprised, but I got some other great deals there.

Thanks for listening! 🙂 better luck next week i guess

not sure how rain checks work at RA with ups, but you can get a raincheck for the sale price. At CVS this week, I was told that you can get a raincheck for the sales price and for the ecbs…
