I called & waited & was told that I couldn’t receive the promotion because you had to be due within the next 90 days. Bummer =(

    • maree

Hey everybody. I have a 6month old boy, but I lied and told them that I just had the baby a few days ago. So don’t give up and call them right back, because I’m about to call them again to get another one [well they have me on hold right now]. It’s not like they are holding your doc records in their hands. LOL

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

This is why deals like this don’t last

        • Andi

Exactly. Companies get wind of people being dishonest and then dont offer freebies anymore.

        • Terri

I don’t have a baby and am not calling to request it even though I know people who could use this. I think this shouldn’t be abused as Maree above is doing. That just prevents families who are in need from getting this. I think if you get 1 than you should be thankful and stop being a greedy person.

      • linda b

Do you sleep well a night knowing that you lie to get free offers? Come on think about what you are doing. It is dishonest and down right wrong. Am not LOL!!!!!

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

          Yet they still make money.

      • Amy

You do realize this formulas is for newborns? It does not have the right vitamin, minerals and nutrients for older babies.

      • Katie

Well, I certainly don’t think there’s any reason to LOL about lying to get free things that you are not eligible for. People like you are the ones who should take a look at themselves and realize that greed has replaced all other values in your life.

      • Jim

Sad. Truly Sad. Also Sad to see those that support lying as a way of life.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

That’s so disappointing. 🙁 I have a baby due next month and have been trying all day to get through and can’t. Guess we know why……

      • Aleshia

Did anyone notice that the picture above have 4 cases? That means whoever sent the pictures also abused the system.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

those cases are only 20 bottles, we are getting a case of 24. maybe they bought them in store? Are they available in store yet? I was thinking the same thing

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Those boxes are 6- 2 fl oz bottles. (I can’t tell what the 20 is for, but on the bottom left corner it says there’s 6 per box.) That’s why you get 4. So, the picture wasn’t system abuse, at least.

        • Tomasina

It’s 20 calories a bottle, 6 to a case. Why don’t you all stop jumping to conclusions on your witch hunt!

      • Kristy

I am due next month too! I’m planning on calling on monday, hoping to be able to get it…

  2. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My question is, why did the lady who is against the formula companies even click on this offer and comment at all? I guess theres always the one debbie downer who rains on everyones parade……Thanks you for the offer it will very much help me out.

  3. Mary

Thanks for this post Collin! I got through after just 3 tries! Coming in 5-7 days.

  4. Susan

Thank you so much for all your coupon stacking advice and great deals you send us.

  5. Julie

I was just told that the phone number is not valid and to check the number and try again. Does that mean that they’re no longer giving them away??

  6. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

i just tried to call too, tried 3-4 times and it does not go through, was going to give the number to my friends daughter in law who just had her little girl last month, would be a great help to her. please tell me what to do .

    • Erika

you have to try several times before the call goes through!

  7. Erika

I just got off the phone.. was on hold for 21 minutes though! She did ask questions about the flyer, including what was written in the red ribbon. Also asked if I already get formula through WIC….lots of questions. Should be here in 4-6 days!

  8. Yolanda

This is such a great deal. I don’t have a baby, but I would love to be able to get this and donate it to my local food pantry. Seems like I would have to be untruthful to get it, so I guess I will have to pass on this one.

  9. Sunny

    Answers to their questions:

    expiration date: 1/31/11
text on red ribbon: Call Today! Limited Time offer

  10. rachel

I called and it is for NEWBORNS under 3 months and expecting moms. Make sure to tell them your baby is under 3 months.
They offered me a sample of the next one up and coupons so anything is better than nothing. But I was really excited to get these for a friend who is expecting. OH WELL.

  11. Lindsey

I called and I am recieving it in the next 5-7 days 🙂 I am going to donate it 🙂

  12. Alison McLane

I can’t get the number to work???What am I doing wrong?

  13. Krista

It took 23 mins but I got it and they were very nice!!! I didn’t have anything else to do while I was at work. 🙂

  14. kelli

My call was dropped as soon as they answered the phone!!!! AHHHH!

  15. Liz

They finally answered, waited 25 minutes. I couldn’t get the free enfamil because I am not due until July. I’d suggest bumping your due date up a few months if you want to get this. She did say they would send me coupons, but not this free sample. Oh well, I guess I will call back in a few months and see what they have.
    Thanks Collin, you rock!

    • Megan

If you couldn’t get this freebie because you’re due in July, maybe it is because these premixed bottles expire before then. I wouldn’t lie and waste a good product that somebody else would be able to use!

      • Brandie

Exactly. Why lie. They have reasons why they have restrictions. These scammers ruin it for people who can actually use it.

  16. Becky

    Apparently their hotline closes…
Even with it closed…it took me EIGHT tries to get through.

  17. Teri Su

I called and was on hold for 28 min. I called in for a friend of mine that is due Feb 9th. They asked that I have her call in. They wouldn’t send it to me to give to her. Boo Hoo. Oh well. Hope she has the time to call. GREAT OFFER for sure!!

  18. Sara

I had ZERO issues. I’m due next month. They already had my address in their system and she didn’t ask about anything from the flier. She sounded exhausted in the beginning of the call but perked up when I said how much we loved Enfamil with our first baby.

Thanks so much for posting this!

  19. Aleshia

Do ya’ll realize that Enfamil, Similac, and Gerber all offer up great deals and coupons to new and expecting mothers? All you have to do is go register with each website and they offer great freebies including free samples like this one. In fact, enfamil offered me about 10-15 different formula samples (full size samples) in the form of a coupon. You take that to a participating doctor or hospital and they will give you free sample. Not to mention you get 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester gifts. The third tri. is a bag full of goodies, and they send very high end coupons. Gerber just sent me an 11$ off one formula coupon for being registered with them. Most of the goodies won’t come until the end of your pregnancy. I did it with my first son and I did it again with my second pregnancy. It helped out a lot when my breastmilk depleted at 8 months.

  20. Megan

For those of you who are not able to get through and are in fact actually having a baby soon.. you can get these free from most hospitals upon discharge! My little one refused breastfeeding and was fed these instead in the hospital. They made sure they sent me home with some of these! I think I got 4 or 5 days worth of feedings. BTW it was a Military hospital so even the low income hospitals should have these!!

  21. sarajoy

THANKYOU! THANKYOU! due feb 23rd! yesssss! it seems colin is psychic! haha! I even needed paper today and BAM thankyou staples/officedepot coupons! haha! yay!

  22. Christina

I have called three times. The first two it disconnected me, the second I was told this was no longer a working number. Is anyone else having problems like this?

    • Brandie

Yes, it’s probably all these people who call in several times to get more than their share, jamming up the lines.

  23. Karen1985

I used the comment form on enfamils website yesterday requesting the free sample because I couldn’t get through their phonelines. I just got a call (yes, on a Saturday!) from a super nice woman at Enfamil who put my information through and is sending me my package. So if you’re still having trouble with the phones try online.

  24. Lona

After two phone calls (30 minutes wait time each, first was a hang up after all that time, 2nd time got thru), I just got off the phone with Enfamil and was able to sign up for the free case for my son. Thanks Debra for a quick and easy signup process, no questions asked except for name, address, and child’s DOB and was told that I should receive within the next 5-7 business days by FED EX. Also inquired about the Family Beginnings program that I enrolled in back in September but never received anything and was told that I should get a complete package based on quantity of products available. Thanks again to Debra for a great customer service experience.

  25. Katrina

I got mine on the way. Only had to wait on hold for 20 minutes and they had all my info already. My case should be here in 5-7 days and my son is not due until 2/21/2011. Thanks!

  26. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I just had a little baby girl so im all over this one!

  27. nicole

I am due 3-18-11 and just called. Waited on hold for 30 minutes and she asked a few questions like due date, if i am on wic and name addy and ph #.. but mine will be coming via fedex in about a week. 🙂 very excited! Thanks for posting!

  28. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Alot of comments on the lady who was talking about breastfeeding vs. formula feeding and how the company was promoting their formula to reduce her chances of being a successful bf. I think that in some cases, yes the mother cant breastfeed due to not producing milk or enough, etc. BUT there are a lot of mothers who are just lazy and dont even want to try. It is the absolute best thing for your child. There are statistics that it is the best thing for your baby. I have seen in many many cases that the formula fed children are sick more often and their skills are lacking, motor and speech. I breastfed my son for over a year and he is and was rarely sick. I can count on one hand how many times he went to the dr. If women werent supposed to feed their children, we wouldnt produce milk. Think about it…..

    • Mic

PLEASE for the absolute love, don’t turn this comment section into a breast vs. formula debate. This isn’t the place for this kind of a discussion.
      Thank you.

  29. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I don’t think people should say that someone shouldn’t state their opinion on breastfeeding being the best option for their baby. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and can say whatever they want. There are plenty of people on here saying that their baby who was formula fed was “smarter” or “less sick” …so I can say the exact same thing. I don’t think pediatricians and others would promote breastfeeding if it wasnt the best things. Its the natural and best thing for your child. If you cant for some reason medically, then of course you baby has to eat …so formula is the best option for you then. But I was just saying that there are “lazy” mothers out there that just want to take the easy way out and not take the time to make breastfeeding work.

  30. katierw80

Is this only for new mothers? My church has a pregnancy assistance program and I know that they are in need of Enfamil. I was going to send this link to the person in charge of the program, but I’m not going to if they would have to lie to get the samples.

    • amanda

You can e-mail the company its slef and tell them about your program. They may be able to send you samples and coupons for there formula. It never hurts to ask!!

  31. Amanda

For anyone who does have a newborn or is due with one you can always e-mail the company and ask for free samples. They are good to have so you can try the formula out on your child before you spend lots of money on formula. Not all babies can handle the same formula so just e-mail them and ask am sure they can send you something to try.

  32. megan

got mine in the mail today!

  33. Dina

Got mine today. Never mentioned the flier..just asked for a free sample. I got a case of 48 not 24! Very cool! Thanks~

  34. Nycra

I called & got through in 12 min. My daughter is too old (7mths) for this but one of my best girlfriends is due in 8 days & I thought this would be a great back up if she couldn’t breast feed. Unfortunately they wouldn’t let me give them her info. =-( they did however offer to send me some discount coupons from their family beginnings program. My advice: if you do not have a child under 3months or are expecting within 3 months DO NOT CALL & tie up the lines for those who actually qualify. Call them after 1/31 & ask for coupons etc… I’m sure your wait time will be much less after this promotion & everyone eligible will appreciate the shorter wait at present.

  35. Lowkey

I just got mine today. And I recieved a case of 48- 2oz nursette.

  36. Shauna

I got mine today too & it’s a case of 48! Thank you!

  37. Brooke

I got mine in the mail today, only 2 days after I called. I did wait on the phone for 25 minutes two times because the first time I didn’t have the flier information…..so they just said they would send coupons. The second time I had the info and she said they would send the bottles. I can’t believe I got them so fast! Thanks for this I am due in less than a month with baby #4 so any little bit helps!

    • Brooke

Oh, and it’s a case of 48 too!

  38. JULISSA

Thanks for posting these freebie i just got my 8 boxes!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS

  39. Casey

As everyone here mentioned, it’s a case of 48. So glad you posted this. I have a little one turning 1 in Feb. and a little girl on the way (due in March). Clearly this is for the new baby but it helps the family as a whole. Thank you!

  40. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I called & got right through! Only on hold for 3 minutes, & they signed me up for the Enfamil family beginnings program, too. (So, lots of mailings, but probably some good coupons!) Mine should arrive in 5-7 business days! Thanks for this post!!

  41. Ashley

I just called and after going through all the steps of giving them my info/address/phone number, they then tell me that I have to have a flyer from my doctor or hospital- that because it is all over the internet, they aren’t sending out any more without a flyer #. But the comment above mine (LC) is getting hers? I don’t understand. I’m due in a few weeks and really could’ve used that.

  42. shannoncantudinet

people get a grip ifu have a baby maybe u shouldnt be on here and should be more worried about taking care ofhem than fighting on here. is free u complaining notgoing to change a thing so move on. What people do once they get it shouldnt concern anyone maybe the family shes giving it to is having a hard time too.U dont know gezzz times are hard so stop complaining my god!!!!i justt called got through no problem get on wic its free and everone gets that 2 maybe u can complain about that 2 haha

  43. loni

I called for mine a week ago and received mine today! I actaully got 48 i dont know if it was by mistake or what but it sure does help.

  44. Julie S.

I missed the fact that there was an expiration date. I was waiting until my due date was closer before calling in, instead of fibbing about when it was. Baby came early. I wonder if I’m now too late at getting the bottles. Maybe I’ll call in if I find time once Baby comes home, since she was premature and is still in the hospital.
