so I went to the deli and got the wings but it didn’t take the amount off at the cash register. The cashier looked at me like I was crazy when I explained to him that I have an e-coupon for 12 pieces of wings for free. So he called the manager and I had to show him the web site where the e-coupon way, even though it was greyed out because the offer was no longer available. I had to convince him that I loaded it onto my card prior. Anyhow, turns out the wings were the ones that were prepackaged in the cheese area. He took me to customer service and it rang correctly once he scanned my Kroger card. I thanked him for believing me and he told me to take the hot wings from the deli counter with me! I’m definitely going back this Kroger. The way they handled this situation has made me a customer for life!

It would be great if someone could confirm this. Seems pretty accurate considering nobody has gotten the ones from the deli to work.

I just got back from Kroger and was able to find the Free Wings!!
Our Kroger has a refrigerated case with packaged cheeses, hummus, cold rotisserie chickens, sandwiches, etc right beside the Deli. I found a package of 12 Deli Hot Wings – priced at $3.89, I think. The wings are cold. I purchased them and my e-coupon applied like it was supposed to – with no problems! Hope that helps!
