When you say money will be credited to our account…is that back to the credit card or in an account on the website?
It would be credited to your shop at home acct.
I keep getting an error. I can click on the other links but not the entertainment book.
I don’t know anything about shop at home – the cash back is stuck there or can I cash it out? Are there fees?
I have used Shop at home and it’s great. You get an actual check(rebate) sent to you. The catch is you have to have a min. of 20.00 before a check is cut and they only cut checks like three times a year. This has been my experience. If anyone has more knowledge, please do tell!
BTW, I thought I remembered last year if you wait a little longer you can get the book for like 5.00, you just have less time to use the coupons.
Their schedule shows they cut checks every month of the year. It depends on when your total cash back gets to the $20.00 mark. But it does take a month or two after you get to the $20.00 goal to get your check.
Tara, ShopatHome is free to join and after you have $20.00 worth of cash back then they will send you a check in the mail for that amount. I am a ShopatHome member and I think they are great to use for something most people already do (shop through the internet). HTH!
It just keeps telling me I’ll get a 30% discount.. nothing about 45%.
Hi Krista,
You have to go through the ShopAtHome.com Valentine’s Day Extra Cash Back link here:
https://www.shopathome.com/Cash-Back/Valentines-Day-Coupons.aspx?atid=14369
Just scroll down until you see the Entertainment book and you should see that they are offering 45% cash back. Hope that helps! 🙂
I’ve made 3 different purchases through shop at home and NEVER received my cash back on my account. it shows my purchases but no cash back earned even though it was supposed to be like 20% for each purchase….needless to say I won’t be using that website anymore
If you know what dates and have proof of your purchases, such as an order confirmation, you can contact ShopAtHome and they will credit you. I have only had one instance where I didn’t get credit and all I had to do was forward them proof, by email. I was credited after they looked it over. Hope this helps! 🙂
Amanda,
Amanda C is right. S@H has a tracking system form. Go to FAQ, Cash Back Questions and then click on the Rebate inquiry form. or try this direct link. https://www.shopathome.com/RebateInquiry.aspx
The form is easy to fill out (if you have a copy of the e-mail confirmation from the purchase). As long as you linked thru S@H first and it has been at least 30 days since purchase, they will credit you.
HTH!
That is a great price, now I don’t have to get my free museum admissions from my mom’s book, they have great offerings in here!
thanks

i emailed them twice now…hoping i hear back this time…last time they said they were looking into it and never heard back…
thanks a bunch, I ordered one. We got these a couple of years ago just for the local waterpark coupons. Saved me $10 every time we went, plus there were other coupons in it we used. It’s worth the money!
I got a second book for $18. It’s worth it to me to get it now since I’ve already used most of my favorite coupons from my first book and will definately spend over $18 within a month or so of getting the book. Heck, the coupon from our favorite pizza place saves us almost that much!
I made sure I clicked though the 45% link, but I only got $5.xx credited. I used their request form with the order #, etc. to request resolution. They said I’d hear back in 1-2 days; it’s been 7 and no response. Did anyone get the full 45%? Anyone else in my situation?
