    trying to buy powermat…???

  • Karen says:

Approx an hour ago I had the powermat in my cart but it wouldn’t let me check out due to not accepting cookies. I checked my settings & they were fine so I gave up.The dress, scarf and shoes are not my style. I did buy 2 keychains instead of the clutch. Shipping is way overpriced IMO. One $5.00 keychain was charging me $10.00 for shipping but it’s something I wanted so I added another one to my cart & shipping was $12.50 for the 2.

  • Kathleen H. says:

I finally got my order for the powermat to go through!

  • julie says:

Shipping is $13 ground for powermat too, but still a good deal (I hope) FYI I ordered one of the purses way back in Dec from Jill’s deals and still hasn’t shipped due to weather :( Good things come to those who wait…right? :)

  • Holly says:

I’m all the way to the checkout and it’s locked up for the power mat. How frustrating. I sure hope someone is able to get it!

  • Nycra says:

The shipping on these deals is absurd. 13.00+ for the power mat. However, they are all about 50.00-70.00 on eBay at the moment so 29.00 is still a decent deal but not near as good as the original 16.00 that they advertise. The item weighs less than 2lbs which is 6.00 tops in actual shipping charges. If they want more for the products just charge more… I hate being scammed with shipping fees. ‘Beat me out of it, but don’t cheat me out of it…’ you know? On a side note, Thanks a bunch for posting the deal, I bought it but just had to vent about the shipping lol.

  • Rachel says:

I was going to buy the powermat but when I compared it to the regular priced $99 one it does not have the same items included. The regular priced powermat comes with a receiver with 8 tips and the sale one does not. Without the extra receiver, you can only charge one thing at a time (see the ‘Includes’ description on the sale page). In order to charge 3 at a time you have to purchase the extra receiver priced at $39.99. I get really annoyed with deceptive ‘sales’ when the sale item isn’t the same as the regular priced $99 item. So when you include the extra receiver the sale price is $56 not $16. It’s still a sale price but not as good of a deal as advertised.

Bought the shoes – no problem, bought the dress to wear with the shoes (fyi, the website is not secure at checkout) and spending 3 hours to get a powermat! I hope this check-out will finally go through – their website is sooo slow and keeps erroring out. Arghhhh…..

  • cynthia campbell-kiger says:

The steals and deals page are not user friendly!!! What’s the secret?

  • Vinny says:

    Let’s see. Powermat $16.00. Shipping $12.98, Total $28.98.
Additional Costs: 4 hours trying to even enter order. $50.00/hour equals $228.98.
Still waiting on my 6th process attempt, but coming back with errors each time.
Thanks Julie’s Steals and Deals. I think my time was just stolen. I guess I really wanted this bad.
    Good luck getting through.
    Up to $338.98 . . . and adding. Unbelievable!

  • Kathleen H says:

The powermat website – I had SO many issues. I tired over and over to get my order to go through. I would always get a blank screen (unable to find website) or the page with all the error messages. Finally I received a confirmation # after 2.5 hours. So I went to my email to make sure I received a confirmation email only to find I had 4 (yes four) confirmation emails all with different confirmation numbers. Agh! This was just crazy. I sent emails to cancel 3 of my orders and have yet to receive any feedback.

  • Karen says:

I had such a hard time getting an order for the powermat to go through. Later on I saw an email with the order confirmation so check your emails before you continue to process the order.

  • Tammi says:

My order for the powermat FINALLY went thru after several hours and several attempts to check out but it went thru for the full amount, even though it clearly showed the discounted amount when I hit the button to place the order!! OMG!!!!!!!! And now the daggone Customer Service number just tells you to hang up and try your call again later! Unbelievable!!!!!

  • Virginia says:

    Thx, I ordered my powermat 4 $30 :)

  • Kathleen Jennings says:

I purchased a necklace on Jan. 26th and still haven’t received it yet. I’m not sure how long it takes to receive the item after you have purchased it.

  • Vinny says:

Glad my order didn’t go through. Read the comments on this device at Amazon. Buyer beware!

  • diane says:

Back before Xmas I bought the “Jennifer Miller” watch for $25.00 plus shipping and tax and all together came to $40.00. What a waste!! The watch looks used and I am very unhappy with this purchase. Of course after I bought it, it stated “final sale”. Therefore, I am very leary about buying anything from these Today “Steals and Deals”. I wonder if they are seconds or used samples or returns?????
