Just a head up – There will be an awesome Gain coupon available in the upcoming 2/13 RP! You may spot a coupon valid for $3/1 Gain fabric softener or sheets! Now I say “you may” because this coupon could potentially only be available in select areas and coupon values do vary by region. I know some regions will be getting $2/1 coupons.

If you are lucky enough to get this $3/1 coupon, you’ll be able to easily score a sweet deal! One deal to note is at Walmart. The Gain dryer sheets are regularly priced at $3.26, so ONLY $0.26 after the $3 coupon! Great deal!

How strange…I got this coupon last week.

    • Amy

I am planning on getting lots of coupons for this one.

  2. Andrea

Does anyone know how big of a container of sheets you are getting? I am really excited for this great deal. Wish I had more $3 dollar off coupons to use to get even more.

  3. Patty Ramos

    This is the 80 count.

  4. Deb

Got 3 of the small $2.99 bottles at my RA this morning.
My Q’s came in the papers they throw in our driveways here in Acworth, GA.

  5. Geraldine

Ft Worth Texas will be getting $3!!!! I just got it in the free paper they leave me at my house!!

    • bre

what free paper are you referring to?

      • Geraldine

on saturdays, i get a ft worth paper that has a lot of adds, the coupon inserts (not always) and a paper that talks about that is in that week, usually the back page of the paper has the hobby lobby add. it comes wrapped up in a pink bag, and it is dropped on my driveway every saturday. not all my neighbors get it, and i think it is because a while ago we got an automated call that asked if we wanted it, and i said YES!!!! i hope this helps answer the question. i do not have a subscription to the paper, i buy mine at the store (the double packs on sunday)

    • Veronica

What? I live in Ft. Worth, TX and I didn’t get the $3.00 coupon. I had to order it! I get the Star Telegram, what did you get?

  6. Alisha

The 80 count sheets a $3.12 here in Nixa MO… So .12 after the coupons.. My Walmart hates me cause I always come in with atleast 20-30 coupons each time..

Remember you could always buy them from a coupon clipping service or off of ebay.

    • Kim

My WM in Monett, MO will probably PULL all the GAIN products and mysteriously be out of stock!! lol!! I’m not one of their favorite customers, either, Alisha, I walk in packing my binder! 🙂

      • CA

I am convinced my Walmart and Walgreens in MO does the same thing. Items are mysteriously out of stock when there is a really awesome coupon deal and then comes back the next week.

    • Agnes

You know its not walmart who hates you but I dare to say other couponers ecause you come and CLEAN THE SHELEVS so, for example I can NOT get the deal.

It makes me so angry! to read something like this! You Do NOT need 20-30 boxes at once!!
but I do need to buy 2!!!!!!
Don’t be greedy think about others too!
Im glad the coupon says limit 4 per transaction!

      • J

She never said she buys 20-30 of the same thing- just 20-30 coupons! Maybe she is buying 20-30 different things! Please don’t be so quick to judge. Lets all be nice!

        • Agnes

Im alwas nice but when it gets to hoarding that unabels me to get many deals because of something like that it makes me angry!

Please understand I missed on so many deals because stores were cleaned and didn’t restock for a while and coupons expired!

          • Cheryl

How would you have any idea if it is one person or multiple people unless you have seen them?

          • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

If something comes or sale and they are out, you can always get a rainchek from the store to grab that same sale at a later time when they restock:) I always so that!!!

        • Danielle

Not really any of your business how much she needs. If she bought 20 or 30, then she clearly needs 20 or 30. How about YOU determine how YOU do things. The rest of us can take care of ourselves.

      • Sylvia

I don’t think there is anything wrong with stocking up. I started stocking on certain items that I use daily, because my husband will be getting laid off in March. So don’t judge the people that stock up on 20 – 30 you don’t know their circumstances

    • Alisha

Agnes: 1st of all I do not buy 20 or 30 of the same product when I use 20 or 30 coupons at one time. My coupons are always for different things that I NEED!!! And while I do plan on stocking up on this deal because I did purchase coupons from ebay and a clipping service, its really none of your concern. As a single hard working Mom of 3 kids I only stock up on the things that I use on a daily basis. I have to do it this way because I dont have a lot of disposable income to pay full price for alot of items. And by the way Agnes it really should not matter to you what I buy unless you live near me and shop the same stores as me.

Kim, I do the same thing when I walk in… I have my big old binder full of coupons and the deals that I want to purchase. I always try and find the one cashier I know that will be happy to serve me..

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Its funny how it was said they would be pulled off the shelf lol. Just got back from my Walmart, and all the $3.26 80 counts have been pulled off the shelf. I doubt our region will get the $3.00 coupon so I’m not worried about it. Hope some of you get lucky though 🙂 I guess it would still make a good deal to use on the large $5.00+ box of sheets.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

can’t you just order them? I know that I have done that before so I don’t clear the shelves…

  7. Viki

I think you meant GAIN instead of GLADE, right? Cool deal.

    • Collin

Yep… LOL! 😉 Sorry about that!

  8. Emily

At rite aid these are regularly priced at 2.99, so free! 🙂

  9. Takako

Dollar General sale this for $3 so it’s FREE after coupon!!

    • Kim

Good Luck with getting a free item at my DG in Monett, Mo!!!! That is, until next week when they will be “re-educated” once again from their corporate office 🙂 Tried to pick up trial size (which I had many times before) of Vaseline Lotion for $1 and had $1 Q….manager said “well!, we just can’t do that, then you’d get it for FREE” I say ” that’s what couponing is all about!”

      • batches

the majority of the time you’re still paying tax. and the mfr puts out the Q’s for you to use.

  10. Susan

The $3/1 coupon for the Gain softener or sheets is in the Sunday Oregonian redplum 🙂

  11. mytwocrazyboys

I live in South Arkansas and have never gotten a RP in the Sunday news 🙁

    • katie

My in-laws live in Eastern Arkansas and never get it either. I live in Northwest Arkansas and get it every time. I’m not sure how they determine who gets it.

  12. andrea

I hate when people jack the price on ebay 11.99 for 20 coupons I know stiill saving money but ggrrr what is a good clipping service to get these from??

    • Alisha

Just google coupon clipping services… There are some really good ones out there

    • LindsayR

I completely agree!!! They all make it clear that you are paying for their effort to clip the coupon and not the actual coupon. I don’t see why a higher value coupon requires more effort.

  13. andrea

oh and does nayone know how much the softner is???

    • Sakura

The 80 count is $3.26 and the 40 count is $1.87 at Walmart. Mine had one 80 count and about 20 of the 40 count. I bought one of each and both coupons went through without a beep so I got Overage!! 🙂 I really didn’t need more, I stocked up last year with the Snuggle Q’s that came out, but I love to get free fabric softener.

  14. jeffmel

$3/1 is in Houston, TX. The Houston Chronicle has the RP insert in Saturday and Sunday papers.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I also go the RP insert in the mail on Tuesday, and the $3/1 was in there too!

  15. fran

    I got the $3.00 coupon in Mt.Laurel, N.J., too!

  16. Christine

$3.20 for the 80 count at the commissary so .20 cents with coupon, great deal!

  17. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

MY area never gets these hi value coupons..but maybe i’ll get surprised someday 🙂

  18. Karen

I bought some last night with the coupon. They were only 1.87 at wm so overage

  19. Dallas

Anyone know if the LA Times (southern california) got the $3.00 coupon? I am trying to decide how many papers to buy tomorrow. Thank you!

  20. andrea

just bought them on ebay now to just find a dal to get stocked up for washing the clothes lol

  21. kim

Don’t forget about rainchecks when the shelves are empty

  22. Jennifer C

We get the Red Plum on Wednesday’s here in Indiana where I live. It comes with the “junk mail” ads. I use Gain and I was thrilled to get the 80 ct sheets for .26!! Wooo hooo!!!

  23. Ashley M

$3.12 here too! Awesome deal! I bought 3 for $0.36!

  24. Alesha

Another thing to think about too, many stores will let you special order if you are wanting alot of one item…that way you get as many as you want, and there’s plenty on the shelf for those who just want one or two. I do think stores like Wags need to order more of RR deals …never seems to be enough to even get one or two sometimes.

  25. momwalker1966

I am alllll out of snuggle*sadness*. I plan on getting the Gain liquid at Food Lion. With the Easter Seals promo and sale they will be about $1.33. It seems like the coupon has limit 4 alike coupons per transaction on them. For those that have already gotten the coupon-hopefully mine will be in tomorrows paper, so I haven’t seen one yet- does it have that wording on them?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I know what you mean. I ran out of my snuggle too. 🙁

  26. Jacqueline

I am Happy even do I pay .26 plus tax its been about 1 year that I had not buy any sheets (so expensive lol) its wotth the wait Got 7 boxes today at Menards =-) can wait to get more inserts from friends =-)))))) !

  27. Marlys

I think it is out. I tried printing a coupon and said the limit was hit. Is this so?

    • Melissa

print what? This Gain coupon is in the Red Plum newspaper insert, I don’t think P&G has ever had a printable coupon.

  28. Sylvia

I see the sheets are $3.26.. but does anyone know how much the actual fabric softener liquid cost?

  29. Stephanie

They cost $2.97 where I live. So free or the money maker deal at Meijer.

  30. Nikki

I decided to check to see if Menards accepted the Wags RR if so I think I am going to purchase my own papers with them. I still have 6 boxes left of the snuggle left from a sale last yeat. So if I get 20 or 30 boxes of the Gain I should be set for a year or so.

@ Agnes yes you really don’t know what people needs are, just be careful to judge. I lost my full time job and work as a sub, my husband hours have been cut to 32 from 40+, we don’t even know if we are going to be able to keep our home. I shop with coupons so that I can get what we need for little or nothing, total we have 6 children. My mom lost her job, and dad lost his but got a factory job that closes 1-3 weeks when it’s slow. And my mother-in-law lost her job and could only find employment that was almost half of what she maid before, and can’t even afford to purchase basic needs things. I am bless to have the H2S, and many other site to help me succeed at getting things for 3 households.

  31. heather

Well, no red plum in the paper today, hope it comes in the mailer this week, this is 1 of the items on my store list! Thanks for the money saving help, you rock Collin!

  32. Charlene J

I bought them this morning at my local Walmart. The smaller boxes are $1.87 so I got $1.13 overage on each box. Gotta love overage!!!

  33. Cynthia

Just got back from my local Walmart and they were $3.12 for a box of 80. Was thinking of getting the smaller boxes and getting overage, but decided 80 sheets for .12 was a darn good bargain so bought several of them and won’t have to buy it for a LONG time! Thanks for the post guys 🙂

  34. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I grabbed a few at Family dollar last night, the 40 count were priced $ 2.15. The cashier adjusted the coupon down. The 80 count dryer sheets were 3.50. I have alot of these coupons, Ill be set for a long time!!! 🙂

  35. Lisa

Hi. I was wondering if anyone out there has any of the $3 ones they would like to sell. My email is thehoucks@gmaill.com if you have any extras to get rid of. We are a family of 6 and really could use a few boxes of these. My local paper only has the $2 coupon. Or does anyone know a clipping service that is selling them. I have been looking and can’t find any. Thanks so much!

  36. Shaheena
