HIE Everyone…This was posted last night and just wanted to give a heads ups so that NO one gets upset…not everyone will get this deal…very regional…some get a freeze bag. With that being said…Kerry posted this some hours ago and I hit the stores here in S FLA and it is a green light go…did this deal 5 times so far…and furiously clipping q’s! 🙂
Also, on other sites it is being reported that some Targets are pulling the cheap items…under $1. So this deal will vary and may be short lived on the cheap items…Still a great deal to be had even if the cheap items are pulled.

Just checked out other posts looks like they are letting you get two GC for 14 items in one transaction. How sweet is this deal-buy the 10 Weight Watchers (@ $1.80= $18) with both coupons (-$3 and -$5) (thank you so much Collin for linking us up!!!) and then buy 4 Tony’s (@$1=$4) with coupons (-$2) (thank you again Collin!!!) and Wala 14 items with max coupons and two GC (-$10) Total out of pocket $2!!!
Have you actually tried these items? They are not in the flyer and my store won’t accept them in the offer. I have both card and bag offers at my store to.

i have those coupons too, only 7 of 15 adults showed to t he party i hosted yesterday…so i have 8 3.00 off left…i held my party a week early to coincide with daughters birthday, it was great.

This was an amazing deal. I am new to couponing but I am learning quickly. I haven’t had any luck at Target, so I don’t like to shop there. Not to mention, the cashiers, as well as the people in line behind me, make me feel as though I am stealing something. But I gave it another chance.
I purchased 24 Smartones at $1.80 each. Target had a coupon online for $5 off 10 and I also had a manufactuerer’s coupon for $5 off 12. I used 2 of each. I received $15 in Target giftcards. They cost me 34 cents each. YAY!

woohoo I am in MO and I just looked online at our local ad because I didn’t get a paper today and it said $5 gift card!!! Now time to hunt down some good coupons. But I might not get to go to Target until friday because it is about 45 minutes away. Does anyone know if they do rainchecks on an offer like this if all of the items I want are out of stock then? I hardly ever shop at target

I’m in Memphis, bag deal for me…and I was able to buy 24 frozen items and get 4 free bags in one transaction. Maybe it’s up to the store if you can get multiple free bags at once??

Same in RI – just the bag. Definitely not worth buying 6 items for. I was really hoping for the GC promo – it usually is not attached to anything I use/need, but this would have been a different story!

I looked in my ad and it is!! (Michigan). There are also some frozen food target coupons too!!! I want to go sooo bad, but it is terrible here, they are closing highways because of accidents and it is still snowing. Can I wait till morning or do I just go!!!!!!!!
WAIT! A hospital bill and car insurance deductible will cost more than you save sweets!!!! It’s a mess here too… Kalamazoo area. I ran out early for Rite Aid and I’m itching to go out to Target and Rite Aid again but I will sit my happy butt home until morning.

Freezer bag in Seattle. Considering my Target’s under massive rearranging (I think they’re changing into a Super Target), I’m a little relieved that I don’t have to rush right over there. I do have some high value PG coupons that are going to expire soon, though, so I was considering hitting the travel section.
Here in Metro Detroit, the GC deal is on. The single serve (10.5 oz) Stouffer’s lasagna was on sale for $1.97 this morning and were included in the deal.

I live in Iowa and our ad did show the giftcard. I stopped in and our small target was pretty much cleared out. They showed the gift card deal on alot of the frozen food items inlcuding the weightwatchers meals, frozen pizzas and stouffers. I am hoping they restock soon. Any idea if you can get a raincheck on the gift card promotion?

We have both the freezer bag offer and the card offer. Neither of these products are included in either offer. Not sure where this info is coming from? The card offer is for items marked $3.39 I think and same with the bag offer.

Hey, wanted to give a heads up, the gift card promo was in the Toledo Blade in the ad, but when I went to the store to do the deal, the manager did not want to honor it. He gave me every reason he could think of that I couldn’t do it, even though the ad clearly states ANY frozen food item. Something else I found weird was that there were tags up in the frozen food area that showed the free bag wyb 6 items, so our store was doing BOTH deals. He tried telling me the sale was only on what was in the picture. My husband and I had only picked enough to do a few deals, not everything that we were looking to get, thinking that we would try one transaction, to make sure the deal would work. When we got to the register, the computer didn’t prompt for the gift card deal, which is when the manager was called over. In the end, he gave us the deal, just on what we had in the cart, but would not allow us to do any more shopping related to the gift card promo. I understand the limiting quantities, but was very upset with the hassle and the excuses that I was given as to why the deal wasn’t on ANY frozen food items.

That manager was being a jerk. It clearly states ANY frozen food item, and other managers at other stores are saying, yes really it is ANY frozen food item. I would contact corporate if only to make myself feel better.
