Hmmm… that’s odd. It worked for me. I made sure I was signed out of my account, though, before going to their homepage and clicking on the “As Seen on TV” link. And then once I clicked on the link and logged back in, my 50 points were automatically added.

Hey after you click on “As seen on tv” and it shows at the top of the page with the 50 pt. value on the right, then scroll all the way down and there is a big blue box that says “Give me my 50 pts”. or something similar!! You gotta click that!

Just wondering if anyone else has had trouble redeeming prizes since the new look took place? Every time I try to cash out for a coke coupon, it tells me my address is invalid, which I know is not true because one, it’s valid; and two, I’ve gotten coupons from them before. I’ve submitted two inquiries via customer service, and heard nothing back 🙁 [The first one was oddly marked “closed” despite not getting a response, and the second one is still pending with no answer after 2 weeks…]
It am having trouble checking out too since their site redesign. When I hit checkout it takes me to the page to change my password (even after I am already logged in). I missed out on the Valentines Sweetheart deals they had a week or so ago. I got an email response that said “working to resolve this as quickly as possible” but nothing yet. And now I can’t complete checkout on the Kashi offer either. :-/

me too 🙁 When I clicked 2 on quantity it said something like “enter amount less then 1” or something like that. When I clicked 1 it went through. Do I need to go back and request another to get the second? I’m new to Recycle Bank site and last time with the coke it only let me get one too. What am I doing wrong?
I only ordered one Kashi and one Naked Juice coupon but I hit my back button and it printed each coupon one more time and then told me I had reached my limit.

Check your e-mail for the Kashi coupon. They send an e-mail confirmation with the link. I just checked mine and printed it from there. Unfortunately, the site is being bombarded right now so it is running very slow and things are timing out.
I don’t like that there are no free magazine subs any more through RecycleBank 🙁 That’s disappointing.

I’m trying to check out with my Naked Juice coupon reward but it is slow going. Anyone know if I should refresh or resend? Nervous I’ll loose the point w/o a printout. It message on the bottomw right says it’s trying to contact recycle bank.
I think I just totally lost 20points and it didnt let me print or take me to a screen to tell me how. I went to checkout, it showed my coups then said cart empty and Im negative 20pts. Darnit! Gona check my email, I hope its there.
I lost 50 points. I added the Kashi to my cart, and it added five of them. Which isn’t even allowable to start with. Then it asked me to confirm my address, which I did, and it took off the 50 points and the screen went blank. No email either. Ugh.
No sooner did I post that did it refresh and say, “there was an error processing your order. Please contact us or try again later.” AND deducted the points.

They send it to your email.
Then you have to click the link ‘print your coupon”

Sign out of Recycle Bank and then sign back in. Then, go to your account to see if you were credited the reward. Then, check your e-mail for a confirmation link. You can print coupon from e-mail

I got the 50 points and got the BOGO entree coupon (up to $10) from Ruby Tuesday for 10 points, regularly 150. I got two for 20 points.
I did the very same deal. I was happy to see that one for 10 points.
Doesn’t work for me either. I logged out of my account and went back, clicked on the tv but just sends me back to the same page. Never have seen the button to get the 50 points.
After you click the TV and get to the next screen (where tv is on top and next to it shows “50 pts”. On THAT screen scroll all the way down the page you’ll see a big blue box that you click. it says “give me my 50 pts”
I also picked up 10 points from Naked Juice, there’s a mini-version of the recycle game that was on the sidebar (sorry, I forgot what page). Wonder if the coupon deals will still be there next week- It says “Limit 1 per member per week”…

OH MY! Got my cart loaded, proceeded to checkout, verified address, clicked on complete order and keeps taking me back to verify address , complete order, verify address, complete order .. on approx 10th time of this merry-go-round and still no completion of order . SO FRUSTRATED!!!
Got booted going through Internet Explorer (hating this site more and more) so went back thru Mozilla Firefox and to my delight and amazement the purchase had been completed and was in my account. A BIG YAHOO!!!!

While you’re in My Account, click on the fourth tab that says “Account History.” You should see the reward offer that you redeemed today. On the far right side, click “Print at Home.” The window instantly opened for me, and I was able to print it twice since it is a Bricks coupon. HTH!

The exact same thing happened to me.
After going round and round….click to complete order…get thrown back to address verification page too many times to count….points deducted….no email….I GIVE UP. Thanks for the heads up on the deal Collin, it is greatly appreciated. Hopefully some people will actually be able to get in on it, but I guess I won’t be one of them this time.

I’m afraid I lost my points. I got them and then the 10 was deducted but it never would finish the order. If I get into the Recycle Bank now it quickly goes to Net Assistant. Guess I will try later. Time for American Idol. lol
What a user UNFREINDLY site this Recycle Bank is. My goodness….I think I may just skip this deal. I have 160 pts. and cannot for the life of me get things in my shopping cart and checked out. It’s like going in a big circle….sigh.

Your area doesn’t need to participate for you to earn rewards. Just by signing up you could earn enough points through survey’s and quizzes to get a free magizine subscription or something.

I finally got everything in my cart and everytime I get to the last part of check out it goes to a page that says you must verify your address, which I did a couple of pages back and this new page gives me no form to do that….BUT it did deduct the points for my order….I am quite confused and just about fed up.

For those of you that have submitted orders but haven’t been able to print the coupons, if you go to your account history then your order history there’s a list of all your orders. You can click on the order and there will be a link to print the coupon out. At least there is with the Kashi coupons. Good luck!

I’ve had 70 points deducted from my account. I’ve received no emails for the 3 orders that I somehow managed to get to go through AND it is not showing me any way to print my coupons when I go into my Account History. What am I doing wrong?

Just placed couple of orders 🙂 I had to add one by one in the shopping cart it did not let me place 5 coupons at one time. It was loading a little bit slow but worth it. Oh and one more thing for those who do not know 🙂 the game on the right side where you have place a bottle in the trash can and get 10 points for it, you can play every couple of days and you will be getting points every time 🙂
