Rite Aid: Take Survey and Earn $3/$15 Coupon

With all the high-value total purchase coupons for Rite Aid seeming to disappear (we miss you $4/$20 and $5/$25 coupons 🙁 ), here is a great (and easy) way to snag a $3/$15 coupon! If you have a recent Rite Aid receipt, look at the bottom of the receipt for an opportunity to take a Rite Aid customer service survey. If you find it (looks like the picture above), head over here, enter your unique 16 digit code that is listed on the bottom of your receipt, complete the survey and upon completion, you’ll receive a printable $3/$15 coupon that is good for 2 weeks! Note that it appears you can only earn a maximum of three $3/$15 coupons per month… but I am sure happy with that! 🙂

Thanks for the heads up! I would never have looked that close otherwise. 🙂

  2. HeatherinSC

    Yay!

  3. Jamie

I used one today and it worked great! I am very happy for this promotion as it was hard for me to find $25 worth of deals for the $5/25 old coupons. This is much more reasonable for a family of just me and my husband.

  4. Mounia

This is awesome! I really needed these coupons. For the first time in weeks I’m really low on up rewards because some of my ups didn’t print today. I was a little bummed about that but not anymore thanks to you, Collin. I already did 2 surveys and earned 2 coupons but they wouldn’t accept my receipts from the beginning of February. The receipts expire 14 days after your purchase.
    Thanks, Collin. You ROCK! 🙂

  5. rachel

Hmmm it only let me do the survey once! I want to do it three times but when I go to do it and put my receipt dated in the last two weeks it just says thanks for your interest?

    • Mounia

if the receipt is over 14 days old it won’t let you do it.

  6. Freebies

I did not have the survey on any of my old receipts that were still good- so today on a rite aid trip I took a little peek in the trash out side and there was a survey receipt right on top. score!!

  7. Peggy

I printed out but the top part where it says $3 off $15 coupon did not print! (The red part) Do you think cashiers would not scan this since it has no info about how much saving the coupon offers? I suspect it is becuase I only have black ink installed in my printer… Lately I have had the same problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Do I need color ink to prnit out the coupon that has color part? I always choose ‘orint black and white’ from my print option and have not had this problem before.

    • christina

You do not need colored ink. I only have black Toner. I did not trust the PRINT button on the webpage after reading your comment because it can only print once on that, so I went up to my toolbars and clicked my printer- print preview and it was good in that so I printed off my print preview. Try that next time. Hope that helps.

      • Racquel

if you don’t mind me asking, what type of priner do you have? I see you mentioned toner and I am looking for an efficient printer that uses toner instead of ink. I heard it’s less costly.

        • CHRISTINA

I have an Cannon Image class. Now they do retail at various prices. I got lucky and happened to get it off craigslist brand new still in the box for about $150-$200 in savings. The toner can run you about $85.00 to $99. We try to watch officemax of depot to get and extra savings. I have had it about a year and just bought a new toner cartridge. There are online stores you can get them from as well for cheaper. We print sooo much because we have a business. We probably got around 2,500 copies. Yes…big big savings compared to a regular printer. i highly reccomend it. Just make sure if a store only excepts colored like (family dollar and dollar general) you print those off the color. i have not had problems anywhere else with black and white. Hope this helps 🙂

  8. Jane

Is the $15 before every coupons or after? Thanks.

    • mouni

Before. It’s better if you hand this coupon to the cashier first then your other coupons. Rite Aid even credits you points on your card for coupons you use. That’s why I love that store. 🙂

      • Jane

That’s so cool. I am a new Rite Aid, and yes I love it so much.
        Thanks for your reply.

  9. Brittney

I usually do the surveys anyway, but the last few times I’ve been to Rite Aid, my receipts don’t print that opportunity. Is this weird or does the survey number only print out occasionally?

  10. christina

Thanks printed mine. Now at first I did a receipt that was too old, and it blocked me. Not all yours have this survey but go back in your receipts up to 14days and bet you will find one. So I went to tools-internet options-browsing history and deleted all browsing and cookies (the page does say it registers your IP and browser). I then went to my search engine and clicked the red X to delete the site. Closed the browser and then typed it in the browser and it finally worked

    • Bridget B.

Thanks! I typed in an older one first and it locked me out. I was using internet explorer so I opened up firefox instead and entered my newer code and it worked. I didn’t have to delete anything but I was going to ditch the entire thing when it didn’t work at first until I saw your comment.

  11. Kayla

It kind of sucks that they take away the high value total coupons and replace it with this… and us employees can’t get these. /: It’s kind of a bummer.

  12. Meghan

So if it is 3 per month do you think we can do 3 for February and then still be able to do 3 for march? I already used one today and got 2 more survey codes today that I am going to submit tomorrow!

  13. Jess

Thanks Collin for all you do. I was very excited when i read this post. I love shopping at Rite Aid!

  14. Krystal

    yay!!!!!! this is awesome!!!! Thank-you!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. Jennifer

I’ve done two of these this week. I wasn’t sure if you could do it more than once but apparently you can. I used one yesterday and another today!

    • Marie Elene

I usually ignore the surveys but this time, I decided why not, so I had three different receipts with surveys on them and logged in, did the survey-which wasn’t long at all, got the code and used all three in one purchase plus I had coupons I spent eight dollars and saved over 40 dollars

      • Stephanie

I’m surprised they let you use more than 1 in 1 transaction! It says valid for one in-store purchase only right on the coupon, and I got blocked from using more than 1 today. Good for you!!

  16. me

    Got mine!! Thanks

  17. Colleen

Only one of my receipts out of six today had the survey and code. What triggers a receipt with this survey?

  18. Sara

I don’t know if this has already been said, but I have several receipts from the past few weeks and the survey showed up on my receipt from a prescription, not my in store receipt.

    • Sara

I had to fill prescriptions at 2 ra’s today because they didn’t have one of my precriptions at the first one I stopped at after having already phoned them in. I just looked at my other pharmacy receipt and there is a survey on it too. I was irritated to be inconvenienced by having to stop at 2 ra’s but the extra survey made me happy! Now I have 2 3off15 coupons!!! Thanks!

  19. vanasave

Does this survey print before or after the ups? I have a bunch of receipts but the bottoms were torn off for the ups and I didn’t look to see if this might have been AFTER the ups.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

it prints before the +ups 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)
  20. Sarah

I took the survey and didn’t get a $3 code?!? Well, the $10k would MORE than make up for that;)

    • kim

      Me too!! I’m confused!

  21. NJN2Mom

I am not sure what trigger the survey, but last week I made three separate transactions in one visit and scored surveys on all three receipts. That makes about 12 in March for me, so you can get more than 3.

  22. kim

Does anyone have an extra survey they aren’t using? I would really love one!!!
    Thanks

    Kimicarver10@gmail.com

  23. Mom of M&M

I used 3 in march and then didn’t get anymore. Then I went on Friday (April 1) and didn’t get one! 🙁

  24. linda

did you buy beer or alcohol? I’m thinking if you buy these products it is not printing (maybe?)

  25. Kenneth Pitchford

I am a frequent customer at the Rite Aid store at Panama and Wible. I am very happy with the range and choice of products for medical and many home needs, and I find the range of prices on purchases to be very acceptable.

  26. Debbs Seattle

I would say that the limit three a month is not accurate. In three weeks, I have made at least 20 visits to my 3 RA’s and I would say I have had at least 10 surveys. I am guessing it is every third visit or so that you get triggered to a survey. They have helped me retain my UP’s and decrease my OOP.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Did you actually try to enter the 10 surveys, and did you get 10 $3 off $15 coupons? I was wondering because I have already redeemed 3 coupons in April and was waiting until May 1 to enter another one, so that I didn’t go over the limit of 3 for April.

  27. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I also disagree, I have gotten ten survey opportunities this month alone. Even three transactions in a row, got three survey opportunities with each receipt.

    • Debbie

Hi: Have you actually tried to enter the 10 surveys, and were you able to print 10 $3 off $15 coupons? I need to know because I have several I was waiting to enter until after May 1, because I have already redeemed 3 for April.

  28. edgar moran

thank you very much i am one of the hundred the shop at riteaid also thak 4 my $ 3 off on my next $15 purchase at rate aid

  29. mark meyers

good prices , and service. thanks mark meyers

  30. Lloyd E Miller

I love Riite Aids welness program and the nice discount whn I use my Card.

  31. Roberta

I don’t think this post is very accurate. I have been couponing for 2 months now and I have used 1-2 of these $3.00 questionnaire coupons every single week. In fact, I plan my purchases in $15.00 lots so that I can utilize this BONUS $3.00 coupon. The picture is also NOT accurate. The bottom of the receipt reads “Tell us about our service and get $3.00 off your next $15 purchase at Rite Aid…….. Good Luck Ladies!

  32. Mallery

I get one of these every single transaction and they don’t look like that photo above. I have also redeemed 6 in the past 2 weeks so I am not sure that there is really a limit on them.

  33. Janet Timco

I tried logging into the survey but I’m not sure how you use this.
    I had a code number 0409 1210 9840 5849 04/09/11

  34. Jennifer

I was wondering if a survey is suppose to print on every receipt or just randomly selected ones. I did 2 transactions today and did not get a survey code on my receipts.

  35. DDTrickster

Does anyone have a extra survey code please. I am going to buy the pool on sale this week and saving money would be great. My receipt has no code on it.
    donnadoucette@yahoo.com
    Thanks!

  36. eric

There is no limit to how many surveys can be used. Ive used three different survey coupons in the same visit with separate transactions at multiple stores with no problem. The only issue ive ran into is when my computer does not want to let me login to take more surveys. When this happens, clear the cookies in your internet browser and you can take more surveys. Also, in my experience, I usually receive survey codes on 9 out of 10 transactions.

    • Valerie

      I cleared my cookies but it still won’t let me do the survey. Says I met the maximum allowed. This is too bad as my Mother In Law and Mother who don’t have computers, wanted me to do theirs. Now I can’t. Oh well. (;

  37. karen baker

Looking for the survey for the $3.00 off coupon?????

  38. appu

have anyone recieved $3/$15 coupon this month. I haven’t recieved yet this month after so many purchases. Is this printing for anyone?

  39. Christine

I took the survey and got the $3/15 coupon….When I tried to use it in the store today, the assistant manager told me that Rite Aid just changed their policy yesterday and that you can no longer combine this coupon with UP Rewards unless you spend a certain amount? For example, I spent $17, tried to use the $3/15 plus some UP rewards, and the computer wouldn’t allow it. He didn’t know all the details yet so couldn’t fully explain the new policy.

  40. cshell93230

I went to Rite Aid today and completed the store survey as soon as I got home. No Coupon!? I just got a page that said to follow on Twitter or Facebook. Am I supposed to wait to do the survey?

    • Tatyana Mironyuk

Same here, did survey yesterday and only got a page with “follow on Twitter of Facebook”, no coupon. Should I keep trying to get my coupon?

  41. Cindy

I filled out three surveys this morning and no coupons came up at all. What’s up with that?

  42. liloldme

I was getting my $3.00 coupon with anwsering the survey, but yesterday and today neither of the surveys lead to a coupon. I haven’t seen anything that stated the promation is over. If it is than at least take down the sites and let us know it over.

  43. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

ha ve done the survey several times with the cupon and have not received anything but a not e to go to twitter,,,they should not advertise the survey when there is no reward

  44. Patty Dulin

I shop Rite-Aid at least three times a week. When I go into the website to complete the survey and enter the code on the receipt for a $2.00 or $3.00 coupon to use on my next visit, it never gives me the coupon print out to use. Is there a problem with getting the coupons?

    PD

  45. BILL BENOIT

i really cherrish all the help i get from the druggest at rite aid, i’m had
a bad cough, and i have high blood pressure, they point me to the correct medicine to take without raising my blood pressure, thanks rite aid.

  46. Betty O'Day

The young man Jeremy at the take out center. Rite Aid store on Bullard and First was so nice helping me get a new reward card. He was most helpful.
