  I hate it when they bait and switch!! They show you coupons that you’re looking for and then they aren’t there….. I don’t know how extreme couponers do it. I think I need one of them to come to my house and show me step by step!! LOL

   Anyone know how to fix this? Coupons.com and redplum tell me i need to install the software, but I already have it and have printed without any problems for a long time. Anyways, I tried reinstalling and it still says the same thing. I can print from couponnetwork just fine. I would appreciate all of your help.

  I had this problem last week out of the blue, too. I must have installed and uninstalled 6 times and than one day it just fixed itself. I kept coupons.com open on the “install coupon printer” page and all the sudden after like an hour it started printing. Hopefully yours will fix itself too.

    Has anyone had any recent problems with the coupons.com virus that was an issue previously? I haven’t been back to the site after it popped up on both of my computers that week.

  I haven’t had any problems with that virus. I got it when it was affecting everyone, but now it seems to have gone away

  I got another virus about 5 days ago after printing from there. ~~sigh~~ It was a doozy. My whole screen, after printing a couple coupons, was “whacked”. lol. I’ve never seen anything like it. And I’ve had numerous computers crash over the years. This time there was HUGE print all over my screen, and some “system tool” was running… I tried to remember the tips from the last time. I did Task Mgr., only to tell me that the system was locked. I tried to run my spyware, only to get the same message, then to the Control Panel to delete the cache.. All the while this big, huge Bright Print was on my screen, telling me that whoever uses this computer-wife, girlfriend, brother, sister, mother, etc….was infected. It kind of looked I had installed some of those Vinyl Graphics on my computer, instead of my wall. LOL. ~not~

  I finally shut it down using the button on my computer. The next morning, I started it up in Safe Mode, prayed, and crossed my fingers. I did a System Restore, and it worked.

  I’m so leery of coupons. com now though. I would love to print this coupon out now, as that is the bread I buy regularly! There’s been a few others I wanted to print out, but am scared to.

  Maybe I don’t have enough “protection” on my computer. I’m not sure. Would love to hear from some knowlegable computer people about this issue. Thanks!

  I too inquired this “system tools” virus but it was through a research website at my son’s school! I downloaded a document for him and it attached itself to it! I googled “system tools” on my other computer and it seems this is widespread, i.e., myspace, coupons.com, etc. I followed the directions to actually locate the darn thing and deleted it!!! And I feel like my computers are very protected. Just slipped in through the back door! Haven’t had any problems with coupons.com at all. Just a pain all the way around!!!!!

    I can’t find this coupon anywhere, I’ve used all the zipcodes you guys mentioned, including my own 75052, but nothing. 🙁
