Being one quarter Italian (thanks to my spitfire grandma, Ma!), I absolutely love pasta!! I grew up spending the summers with Ma and have great memories of my entire family sitting around the dinner table surrounded by all different kinds of homemade pasta dishes…true heaven in my opinion.
