You have sign up through a referral link and not the deal free promo link that evreyone is posting here! There are 2 different links….one would give you and the referral $5 each credit once you make purchase and another will make the deal free for the referral if 3 people purchase through that link.

It seems like some people are getting $5 credit and some aren’t. In the past, I’ve seen people be able to get it even if was through the direct link to the deal – I think in the past in order to get the credit while using the direct link, you had to click on someone’s link (please please use mine below!), enter your email address, click “sign up” in the upper right & create an account, and then click on “My Account” and “Deal Bucks” to see the $5 credit. Then, you can locate and purchase the deal. Someone try it out and let me know if I’m right! – I hope this helps someone get these for $4!

sorry for the silly question. I never use fandango codes before. l looked at my local theathers listing @ fandango.com and it says “Online Ticketing Not Available for this Theater.” Does that mean I can’t use the fandangos code? Am I only allowed to use the fandangos code after 2 weeks a movie has been in the movie theater and not on new releases? Also have silver and gold tickets from amc. Do I just go to the box office and they will give me a ticket to get in? thanks
Michelle, On the silver and gold tickets, yes, you just go in and give them your ticket as payment, then they will give you your ticket to get in to see the movie.
As far as fandango goes, you will have to find a theater in your area that does take online reservations.
You can use the codes on new releases. HTH 😀

The links posted above are the ones to get their deal free( buy one for you and when 3 referral buy through your link, you get that deal free), not the link for $5 credit. There are two different referral link when you get the deal.
update: I think once you buy the deal, it only shows option for sending the referral link to get the “free deal”. But you can always call CS and tell them you didn’t get credited and they might give you the credit!

I’m not sure though…but once you buy the deal it gives you the option to share the deal and make your deal free. May be call CS and see what they say? I’m pretty sure their servers can’t handle the traffic being generated from this deal. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to access the site, and have gotten several 503 server errors.
I should have looked at the fandango website before buying. There are NO THEATERS that allow me to buy in my area. NONE! And I live it Phoenix! WTH!

for those the deal did not work I had the same problem.. the code I received on my phone did not work but I checked the original email which also had a code (a different code) and it worked. I’d suggest doing the same 🙂 good luck!
