   I got the app and signed in on my phone but where do i go for the free case or how do i know if i get it?

   I did the same… I created an account, downloaded the app, and then signed in but the app doesn’t mention anything about the case.

   Anyone know if it is automatic? Or maybe they’ve already run out? Thoughts?

   i called the 1-800 number and they said they had to verify my account. They then said someone would be calling me back?

   Sorry for the confusion. They will need to verify the account and after doing so, they will automatically send out the iphone case to the address they have on file in your account. I hope that makes sense! 🙂

    So I downloaded the app and then went online on my computer and signed up for an account and then signed in on the app so they will automatically mail me one will they know that i did download the app since I signed in on the app. Or was I supposed to create an account for them on the iphone?
