With rebate offers of $10 or more, a prepaid card is the primary reward and you have the additional option of choosing a check or Staples Gift Card. With rebate offers of less than $10, check is the primary reward and you have the additional option of choosing a deposit to your registered PayPal account. You’ll receive your rebate 4-6 weeks after you submit it or even sooner. For additional questions, you can contact Staples customer service at 1-877-266-6483.

How ironic is it that I can’t print the coupon because I ran out of paper last night :)

  • Bridget says:

Right on time, Im just about out :)

  • peever says:

I can’t find the coupon. What zip code are you using?

  • Janelle says:

I got the free paper last time Staples had the easy rebate on it BUT I can always use FREE PAPER!!! Especially when the paper becomes canvas for my 4 year old’s art ;)

  • Janelle says:

YAY! I was even able to print 2 coupons!

  • Amber says:

I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems with their Staples Rewards. I bought stuff in November and December that earned rewards. I was surprised to get my rewards for my NOvermber purchases in December. When I used them at the store the clerk told me that the rewards run from Dec-Feb, March-May and so on. In other words, their quarters start in December. Therefore, she told me, I would get my December-earned rewards in March. So, I checked my account in March (at the beginning of this month) and there are my DEcember-earned rewards and they expire at the end of March!!!! I could have used them on purchases I had made in February, because, according to Staples they sent me my rewards in January!!! I never received them. I also received an email stating that they were changing their rewards program. I am wondering if I am getting the run around, because they messed up. Any ideas what to do? I don’t know if I can use all my rewards in a week and a half.

  • Cristy says:

Can’t seem to find the coupon when I click on the link…Could anyone help me out?

  • Cristyn says:

I just got back from Staples and they had no coupons in their flyer. They knew nothing about the coupons…are they regional? I’m in MA.

    • Tara says:

I’m in NC, and same thing, no coupons in their ad (which was only two pages).

      • Cristyn says:

I went online and looked at the flyer, and it included a page of coupons. I just printed out the page and brought it to Staples and they honored it. They just need the code. Hope that helps you!

    • Anonymous says:

I’m in MA, too. Printed the coupon, but the cashier could not process it. The cash register coupon would not allow him to manually adjust the price either. I left empty-handed. :(

      • Cheryl A. says:

My coupon would not scan either but luckily it was the General Manager who was cashing me out and she just overrode the system but it did take her several minutes. Hopefully everyone else has better luck.

  • Krystal says:

Store price was $7.19, NOT $5.99. Not on sale, and no information on shelf tag about a rebate. I’m in Washington State. Anyone else having problems?

    • Pamela says:

Just went to Staples today (in Roanoke, VA ) and did not see the sign say $5.99 for HP copy papers so I ask the associate, she grab one from the package box and scan to check which come up the price $5.99 and she was surprise so I grab another one to use 2 of $1 off coupons to submit my rebate online. I will go back tomorrow afternoon to buy some Sharpie Markers and Sharpie Highlighters on sale for $4.99 (60% off), they have the $2 off coupons on the shelf display in my store and just want to share this with you all. :-)

  • sarah says:

I would call and talk to someone in customer service. I have lost rewards before and just called and explained to a customer service rep and they mailed me new ones the same week. I think their customer service is really good (or it has been for me!) Can’t hurt to ask!!

  • Melissa says:

Just thought I would share that dollar tree (at least the one near me) carries 100 ct printer paper for $1. Good to know when your out and waiting for a sale! (-:

  • Christa K. says:

I’ve never used the Staples Easy Rebates before but since I’m almost out of paper, I’m going to give it a shot with the free paper deal. I’m curious – how do they handle a deal when they run out of an item? Rain check? Do you still get the rebate?

  • AMBER BAILEY says:

Im going to pick up a pack of the paper! :D I have never done the Easy Rebates before, but its worth it for FREE printer paper!

  • jane says:

Hey, this may be a dumb question but does all HP printer paper have ColorLok Technology? Just wondering since that’s what the coupon is good for. Don’t want to get to Staples and find out it’s the wrong paper for the coupon. Thanks:)

    • Bret Bottger says:

      Hi Jane,
In the US, there are many different HP Paper SKUs that have ColorLok Technology. Just look for the ColorLok logo on the front of the package. Full list below. I work at HP.

I love Staples. The easy rebates for definately easy and now when you use your staples rewards card you even get a reminder email to make sure you enter the information online. I have gotten such great deals and then use my rewards to pay for more free stuff. In fact I got a notice recently that I got bumped up to a Premium level so I get my rewards faster and now I don’t have to pay shipping online at all even when I don’t make it to the $50 for free shipping. Staples is great and very service oriented and friendly with coupons that is at least at the two stores by me.

  • Pamela says:

I printed out the $1.00 off coupon for the ream of paper at Staples which was $5.99 – $1.00 coupon bringing it to FREE. When I went to purchase it the clerk told me that it wasn’t a Staples promotion and would not honor it. Why is it listed as such?

  • ashleigh says:

I have never done an Easy Rebates, so could someone clarify them for me please? Does the rebate have to be used at Staples (like a gift card) when you receive it? This is a great deal that I’d like to get, but not if I have to use the rebate at Staples whenever I receive it. T.I.A.
