My Burt's Bees Freebie Arrived (& Pepper, Anyone?)

Alright, so I have a couple of things to dish about…
First, let’s go with the good news – I received my FREE Burt’s Bees Acne Solutions trial kit! …And WOW! I am definitely impressed. In my opinion, the 3 products included in the kit are a lot larger than the samples I usually receive in the mail. Plus, this little kit was packaged up oh so nicely in the box that it arrived in. …And the bottles are just so darn cute! I am lovin’ Burt’s Bees! 
Now on a not so positive note, I just wanted a few grinds of pepper on my pesto crusted salmon… Oops!

Burt’s Bees is my absolute favorite store bought all natural cleanser. I don’t use chemical based products as they are just to harsh. That being said I would highly recommend all of you to look into the oil cleansing method. It is completely all natural and oh so very cheap. Nearly all of the products you purchase at stores strip all oil out of your skin, even natural/organic but not as bad, then telling your body to over produce more oil to make up from what has been taken away. On a side note I was at Target yesterday and Burt’s toothpaste was on clearence for $4.24 and included in it was one of their full size chap sticks. Plus there are $1/1 tooth paste coupons out there. If only they took whole food coupons too, they have a $1/1 burt’s tooth paste coupon on their site right now.

Colin, I had an experience similar to your pepper incident last night! I was doing the dishes and the top came off of the Gain dish soap and almost 1/3 of the bottle dumped into the pot I was cleaning….but I had to laugh because at least it was a bottle I had scored for free at Rite Aid!!!

I received the same kit today via FedEx. I’ve never tried their products but hopefully it helps my acne problem. I have combo skin and sensitive skin at same time. Some of OTC stuff didn’t work. Will see…
