Thanks for the highlighted red deals and all you do…. I’m from Alabama so tomorrow I’m headed out to score some hygiene items to be sent to the areas affected by all the tornadoes…. so free or cheap for me means I can donate more to those in need – thanks again for making it easy

The enire group voted to take the money that they would have spent and donate to those in Alabama…great for kids in 6th, 7th, and 8th Grades…makes my heart proud! Roll Tide…from your VOLS friends!!!

      • jennifer

So proud of how all the kids are taking time to help

Thanks! They have some great deals this week! I can’t wait to shop!!

  3. Ashley

What is the best way to use a BOGO free coupon when Walgreens is having a BOGO 50% off? Do I buy 2 – one becomes free and one is 50% off? or Do I buy 3 – 1 full price, 1 50% and 1 Free?

    HELP! 🙂

    • Danielle Scott

Buy 2. One’s free and the other is 50% off.

    • melissa

Buy 2. The trick is how the computer rings up the items. I’ve had it go both ways –

Say item is $4, sometimes the computer will ring the 2nd item at $2.00 (50% off), the cashier will then deduct $2.00 for your BOGO coupon, leaving you to pay $4 for both items.

Other times, the register will ring both items up as $4, the cashier will deduct your BOGO q (or whatever the max value is stated), then the register will take off the 50% for the 2nd item, so it works out like this
      $4 + $4 – $4(bogo q) – $2 (B1G1 50% off sale) = $2 for both items.

      • Ashley

ahhh. makes sense – thanks ladies! I’ve always wanted to know but couldn’t figure it out. I suppose I’ll have to do some trial&error at Walgreens this week 😉

        • Caitlin

I’ve wondered that myself, so thanks for asking that question! I understand now 🙂

    • Terri

I asked about this at my Walgreens last weekend. The manager explained that the full price item would be taken off for the coupon and I would pay for the 50% off item. And, that’s how it worked when I checked out. 🙂

    • Laura

At the local wags, they give you the 50% off one for free with the BOGO free coupon. So you end up buying the full price item. The manager said that he had to use the coupon on the cheaper of the two items bought.

  4. tamara

So if I have more than one coupon for the B1G1 free head & shoulders shampoo will I get back multiple $2 RR or just the 1?

    • Ashley

You will have to do multiple transactions. It would let you print off multiple RR’s, of the same product, in the same transaction.

      • Ashley

It WONT let you print of multiple RR’s, of the same product, in the same transaction.

        • tamara

Ok, thanks. Just want to make sure I know what should happen before I go! 🙂 & the right guard body wash, its B1G1 free so the one I would be buying is what I’m using the coupon on,that’s how its 2 for free? Am I figuring that the right way?

          • Ashley

Right! Your bogof coupon cancels out the “one” you would be buying on the stores “bogof” sale. Enjoy – and go early… these will go quick! And if they do go quick, Walmart NOW price matches with bogof offers! 🙂

    • Anna @ Frugal For You

you only get 1 RR per transaction, even if you buy more than 1. not like at cvs where you can buy up to the limit allowed all in 1 transaction. forgot that when i bought eggs last time to get free redbox codes.

  5. Amanda Arruda LaPore

Looks like the AirWick candle link is broken off of the AirWick page. Sad 🙁

    • Collin

Yep… I think they are having site issues. Hopefully they will get this issue fixed soon.

  6. Mo

Thanks for having these up already Collin! Got put on modified bedrest last week 🙁 so I’m trying to get my ducks in a row so I can still be functional during the little time I have up and around so this REALLY helps!!

    • Collin

Glad to be of help, Mo. 🙂 I hope you feel better soon!

  7. andye

I know Walgreens start their new ad week on Sunday, but I know that usually Sat even they are already changing the sale item stickers. DO they start honoring the sale on Sat night? I have the B1G1 Herbal Essence that expire today and they have them on their sale ad for tomorrow for $1 RR. Anyone know?

    • Lowkey

They will honor the sale price. But R.R. sales do not start working until Sunday.

    • Dawn

I was told that ours starts working at midnight, everything is switched over.

      • Lexi

I just called since mine is open 24 hours and I want to get there before all the good stuff is gone. They said they will charge the advertised sales prices around 11pm but didn’t say anything about the RR. Guess I’ll be waking up early to head over there. It’s great motiviation for an early morning walk (yay for living in NYC with no car and the only wags across town…)

  8. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So Walgreens will take 2 coupons on a BOGO? A coupon for a free item?

  9. kristen

I have a coupon for $2 off Head & Shoulders (I think it’s from Ebony Mag) as well as the B1G1 coupon. Can I use both to get it for free after register rewards?

    • Rebecca

thats a good question. does that work?

    • Heather W

Yes you can use both coupons. 🙂

    • Dash

FYI – you can also use the $2 off Head and Shoulders and purchase the trial size at Walmart for $0.97 for a $1.03 overage for your other items!! 🙂

      • Kristen

Thanks thats a great idea, I hadn’t thought of that.

  10. Amy

Collin, Thank you , thank you , thank you! My brain would go to mush if I had to figure this out on my own!!!!

    • Collin

You are so welcome, Amy! 🙂

  11. Rebecca

so do RR print out like coupons and you can use them for your next visit? is it similar to when target says, “Buy three of these items and get a $5 target gift card”? and if i wanted to take advantage of the cottonelle deal, does it matter that on the coupons it says, Do Not Double? Is that just because they do not want people to re-print the coupons or because they don’t want you to use more than one coupon in the same transaction?

    • Alicia

You can use one manufacturer coupon per item. So if you are buying two packs of TP and you have two coupons, you can use both. You cannot copy a coupon, however. HTH

      • Rebecca

oh of course you cannot copy a coupon, i know that. i was just wondering why it said do not double on the coupon. thanks for the help!

        • Heather W

The coupon says do not double for the stores that double coupons. 🙂

  12. MaddyCruise

I dont have the RP insert :(( bummer

  13. Mitch

I’m loading up on the Mucinex and Zyrtec, those are products I need way too often.
    thanks
    http://www.gaynycdad.com

  14. Holly

Does anyone know if these deals will start at midnight for the 24 hour walgreens? Everytime I go to Walgreens first thing in the morning everything is always gone (at all 4 local WG) so I’m thinking of trying the 24 hour one at midnight if the deals start then? Has anyone tried this?

    • Dawn

our is midnight. Just call and double check..

    • Angela Holland-Borens

My local walgreens said 12am sunday and they are open 24 hours. I would just call first to make sure when the sale starts.

    • Araaidan

I’ve heard the sales start but the RR won’t print until about 6ish or even later.

      • Holly

Thanks ladies! I was worried about the RR printing, but I just went at shopped at midnight and all the RR printed. I’m so happy, I finally got my deals & left plenty for those other people who always clear the shelves. 😉

  15. Jamie

Collin- I have tried the Skinny Cow Chocolate. (I won them in there last secret giveaway!) And they are delicous!! I highly recommend them!! 🙂

    • Collin

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback… can’t wait to try them! 🙂

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The $1 off any skinny cow Q product from the facebbok will work or is only for the ice cream? The coupon print says: save $1 On any one (1) Skinny Cow Product.
Thanks Collin for your hard work!!!

  16. Amber

My Walgreens doesn’t have the May book yet 🙁 I tried the link above and it won’t load. Does anyone know another link for the May book coupons? I really want some of that cheap toilet paper LOL

    • Amber

Ok..it finally loaded, but I can’t find the Cottonelle coupon. Will it not show up until tomorrow since it’s in the May book?

      • Collin

Yes, it will most likely show up tomorrow… but you should be able to spot these in-store starting tomorrow too. Check near the weekly ad or ask a manager. Sometimes they will still be in the back of the store due to them not having time to put them out right away.

        • jmbrown4681

I just printed the cottonelle ($0.50) from your link and it just keeps printing, It didn’t stop at 2 from each computer like it normally does. Just FYI.

        • Amber

Thank You! I asked the cashier, she said they didn’t come in yet. Who knows if that was true, I wanted to have back up …just in case 🙂 Your site is amazing!! Thanks again!

  17. jmartcougar

My RR expire 5/1 so perfect timing!

  18. couponlover85

Hey ladies, just wanted to let you know that Rite Aid (at least the one in my area) prices matches CVS & Walgreens if you bring in the aid. This may come in handy with the right guard body wash if they happen to run out at Walgreens 🙂

    • Collin

      Wow! That’s very cool! 🙂

  19. Amye

Quick question! If I do the proglide razor deal cause I also use a buy 1 proglide razor receive 1 proglide shave gel free MQ that is in the P&G tomorrow? Will that work?

  20. storedeals

Hi, I was just wondering if the unadvertised RR deals are regional???? Last week I bought the post cereal and instead of $3.00 RR, I only got $1.00, after purchasing 4 boxes as the post said.

  21. Ryanne Kay

I just love it when the work is done for me 🙂
    Thanks everyone!!

  22. Jana

Am I just overlooking this Q?
Right Guard Defense 5 body wash 13.5 oz Buy 1 get 1 Free
Use the buy one get one free (up to $4.49 value) coupon found in the 5/1 RP
I’m in Ft. Worth, TX, just wondering if anyone else has seen this one. Thanks Collin for all your hard work! I LOVE your site!

    • john

Nope, Not in the Washington Post in the Washington DC area either. Must be regional.

    • Amye

I think this is the buy any Right Guard or Dry Idea product and get one free, like the one Collin posted near the top of this! HTH

    • Emily

Jana – I get the Dallas Morning News and it had the BOGO Right Guard/Dry Idea Q. I can’t imagine they’d put it in Dallas’ newspaper but not Ft. Worth.

  23. shineline08

hey for those of you that have a publix i just wanted to make you aware of the bic razors 3-4ct are bogo free at a price of 5.49 so if you use the 3/1 coupon you can score them free! i loaded up on them on my last publix trip it is good till 5/4/11

  24. Amanda

    Skinny Cow Candy is delicious!

  25. Lisa

I have a q about the Neutrogena deal. I have a b1g1 coupon as well as a $1.00 off any neutrogena natural product. Can I use the $1 with the b1g1? Collin posted the deal as being $1.49 for 2. If the $1.00 can be used then I will get 2 for $.49. I love this stuff so I am very curious to know if this will work! Thanks!

    • Heather W

Yes you can use both coupons. Anytime you are buying 2 items you can use a BOGO and a $/1 coupon together. HTH 🙂

  26. crystal

can someone help me with the rr just when i think i have it figured out it doesn’t work
i bought the hydro razor bogo and used two coupons for 3 dollars off- final price 4.99 and i wanted to use my 2 dollar rr but they said no then i read the policy and it states only one coupon per item and rr count as coupon is this correct or did i read wrong? also should i have used the rr first and then maybe it would have worked? i’m confused! please help

    • Cathy

You must have the same amount of products as coupons. For the scenario you listed, you would have had to add a filler item (anything you can find really cheap – I usually check the ad beforehand to see what candy is the cheapest!) because you were buying 2 items and you had 2 manufacturer’s coupons and 1 RR – which counts as a coupon. HTH

  27. Tami W

Does anyone know if a “Large Roll” of Charmin is bigger or smaller than a double roll?

  28. Lindsay

The Renpure Organics often have TRY ME FREE hangtags on them, making them a $4 money maker if you send in the rebate!

  29. Rebecca

I had a cashier say that I can’t get 2 items for FREE. How do you explain to them that the store is giving you an item FREE with the B1G1 promotion and then the B1G1 coupon is the manufacturer giving one FREE? She said I had to pay for one item!! Help!!! Thanks for all your help, Colin. You are amazing 🙂

    • Heather W

If I ever have this issue I usually tell the cashier I am buying one item. I am buying it with the coupon. The store will be reimbursed for the coupon from the manufacturer. HTH 🙂

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I tried that at my walgreens and she said because walgreens is having their bogo i couldnt use my mq for bogo right guard, after going back and forth she called th emanager and he said as long as the register takes it then do it so the register beeped when she scanned it so she said sorry it wont scan so i can take it. urgh i was so frustrated, tried explain but she was seriously being the coupon police! i avoid her all the time when in walgreens but i had no choice to day lol.

        • Trish

My Walgreens won’t take a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale… I tried to “buy” two Right Guard body washes yesterday and they wouldn’t honor the coupon to give me two free. 🙁 I was also very frustrated and told them that their coupon policy states that they should take off UP TO the value of the item – but they refused and the line got REALLY long behind me… I couldn’t take the pressure of all the heavy sighs and eyes rollings so I left without buying it… ugh!!!!!

  30. Mary

You might be able to print an Oscar Meyer bacon 75 cent coupon on their FB page. Not sure this coupon is still live (said I already printed it). That would make it $2.25, below my stock up price of $2.50

  31. JB

Couple of questions. So I am planning to get several items tomorrow that give back RR’s. Razor’s, flossers & cottonelle toilet paper (x2). If I get all of these items under ONE transaction will I receive all the RR’s together or will I have to do separate transactions in order to receive my total of $8 RR’s? Also, if I get 2 packs of cottonelle toilet paper do I have to do separate transactions in order to receive $3 in RR or can I do both packs together? I’m just now figuring all this stuff out & love all the advice and other questions. Y’all are all so helpful!! 🙂

    • Heather W

Yes you can do more than one of the deals in one transaction. As long as you aren’t doing multiples of one deal in one transaction all of the rr’s will print. Hope that makes sense. 🙂

      • JB

        Thank you! It worked! 🙂

  32. nicole

Don’t forget about the comet deal. Walgreens in ad coupon 2/$1.. plus the .25 off coupons.com coupon previously available!

  33. zinkemomx2

I also have a $.75 off an GUM flossers from coupons.com so that is a money maker for me this week 🙂

    • k.

      what zip code?

  34. Anthony

I was’t able to do use 2 Qs for the hydro razors, cashier and manager said I could only use one Q since the other item was free. I hope I don’t have a similar problem with the BOGOF body wash!

  35. Anne

Love all the deals… but hate my area.. I did not get a ton of the coupons in SS or RP.. Bummer because I will be missing out on lots of freebies 🙁

    • Casey

Could you buy a newspaper for a bigger city in your area? Often times major cities have more coupons in their paper and you can buy them at the local gas station or barnes & nobel. In Michigan a good paper to buy is the Detroit Free Press. I’m over an hour a way from Detroit, but can buy it at the local gas station (they also sell New York Times and USA Today, etc-but these do not contain coupon inserts.) Costs $2 instead of my local $1.50 paper, but WORTH IT! I buy 2 every week. (except last week, because there were no coupons!)

      • Anne

I did look around.. I can get two bigger local papers.. But no red plum….

  36. KB

There is also a $5/1 Gillette Fusion ProGlide from I believe one of the PG savings booklets we received in the mail!!!

  37. couponqueen4489

For the BOGO deal on right guard do i need two coupons for 2 free ones? Or do I just use one coupon since the add already says one is free. Thanks for the help ladies!

    • Emily

You just need one coupon to get two body washes for free. The MQ attaches to one and the WAG store deal attaches to the other. (At least that’s how it just worked for me this morning.)

      • couponqueen4489

        Thankyou:)

  38. Emily

Keep an eye out for special BOGO packages of Noxema razors (2 of the 4 packs bundled together). I found this at my WAGs and was still able to get the moneymaker deal Collin mentioned above.

    • MamaAng

Also, the pink Noxema razors have a $2 coupon inside – you can use that coupon to roll this deal!

  39. Kelly H

There seems to be an issue with Right Guard Bodywash sale. The items is ringing up as $4.99 for two and not BOGO. The instore sale tab shows the item as 2/$4.99. You pay $4.49 for the first and the second for $.50. If you use the BOGO coupon in RP 5/1 you WILL NOT get both items free. The cashier had to do a price modificaiton so I could get the full benefit of the coupon. Since I hit my limit of 3 I went to a second Walgreens and they would not honor the BOGO price in the sales paper. Would like to know if anyone else had this issue.

    • Stephanie

I had the exact same issue – the bodywash rang up 2 for $4.99, not BOGO and the store manager said they could not honor it as BOGO so I couldn’t get the deal 🙁

    • Jan

Take it to Target or Walmart then and try it there. I got mine at Target when I showed them the walgreens ad.

  40. Brandi

On the head and shoulders deal, could you combine a $2 off q w/ the b1g1 q to make each bottle $1. or does Wags not do that?

  41. Ashlee S

Does anyone know if you can use ONE of the $2 off coke minis coupon (this coupon came in an insert a while ago)for multiples of the item like normally with Walgreens IVCs?

    • Stacey

You should be able to. The register should take off $2 per pack you are buying. HTH.

  42. renate parks

Does anyone know if the Splenda with fiber is still ringing up on sale at 2.99? I read that the Splenda with fiber was a monthly deal, but didn’t know if the price was good for the month, or just the RR. It wasn’t signed at my store, and they were out of them, so I couldn’t check the price.

  43. Vanessa

So i just went to wags and on the coupon in the 5/1 RP B1G1 Right Guard its says up to a 4.49 value and at least at mine they are 4.99 so you have to pay the difference! still a good deal for 2 full sized just letting you know. Thanks Collin you have really helped me get started 🙂 all items i have bought so far are going to a local homeless shelter!

  44. Chitra

Thanks Collin for the full list of deals for Wags.

Just had a quick question to you and all your readers…. I have a daughter in diapers and was wondering whether Walgreens diapers are a good buy? I currently use Huggies little snugglers or pampers cruisers (depending on which I am able to score at a better deal) but it is getting too costly and was thinking about store brand diapers… so any info would be greatly appreciated

    • Lindsay

Yep, I love them for babies and toddlers!

  45. Dawn

Just wanted to let you know the schick site on facebook isn’t working for coupons for me. I “liked” them and then hit the Have a blast but I only got the contest info not any mention of coupons. For the comments on their page it looks like quite a few people are having that problem.

  46. Misty

My Right Guard bodywash was $4.99 for the first and $0.00 for the second. The BOGO coupon went through OK, but the cashier typed in the maximum amount allowable on the coupon $4.49, so I ended up paying $0.50 for the two bottles (or 0.25 a bottle). Not quite what I was expecting, but still cheap!

Also, for you looking for cheap wine. THe Southern Point wine is on sale for $2.99 a bottle. Buy four and get an additional 10% discount, which makes it $2.69 a bottle. We have been getting the cabernet sauvignon (which is pretty good for cheap wine). The merlot is a little bitter.

  47. ABBY

You rock Collin~ I wish that I could take you to my Wags, I Just got back from there and I’m NEVER going back!!!!! My coupons ALWAYS beep… shelves are never stocked… and the people there are never nice!!!!! RITE AID… all the way!!!!!

  48. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I did not get the $2/1 Noxzema razor coupon in my 5/1 RP for the MM UGH 🙁

    • Tia

I only “coupon” for items we really use so I have most left over every week. If you send me a SASE, I’ll send out what I have. Just let me know what you’re looking for.
      nj07208@yahoodotcom

  49. annabelle

I found a mail in rebate on my Renpure organics for the purchase price so for me it will be a $4 moneymaker!
