    My voucher said use by 5-1-2015. Definitely won’t last that long.

    It said I’ll be purchasing a voucher, not sure if that is the same as a gift card. I’d rather have the gift card.

    I just got some Ruby Tuesday coupons in the mail yesterday. Does anyone know if I can use this in addition to the coupons?

      I do not see why not, it says gift card will be mailed to you. So I would imagine its a regular gift card?!

    It says gift card will be mailed within 5-7 business days. Voucher is just like your “receipt” so to speak or proof of your purchase. When you click “buy” you fill out your mailing address along with your payment info. It charges your credit card and then mails you a gift card. I checked my credit card online and it has a $5 pending charge. Hope what I said makes sense.

    They have a very good crab cake-it is close to a true, Maryland crab cake-not full of breading or crackers.
    We eat there often-when we have Q’s, of course 🙂

    ruby tuesdays was my favorite restaurant in the world. my 7 year old and I have been going there for her whole life, we had our own booth. then one day, the ladies went to work, and the signs on the door said closed. They closed all 4 washington locations without a word or even a hint to their employees. My 7 year old actually cried:(

    I still haven’t gotten mine either. I called this number 1-866-316-3001 told them I didn’t get my card & told them I bought it on 05-01-11 and that my voucher says it should have been at your house by 05-27-11. They asked for my name & address & said they are going to over night the cards. If I don’t have card in 2 days call back for refund. I guess this number is a 3rd party but they are aware of the issue & trying to resolve it.

    I emailed them a few days ago and got back the following email:

    “As the gift cards were sent USPS we can’t track them, we apologize for the delay and will issue you a full refund, when the card does arrive you do not need to return it; it is yours to keep! Again, our apologies your card did not arrive in a timely manner.”

    So I hope it comes soon!

    I called them back on 06/08 and was told they were going to overnight my card. No card still and it’s 06/14. Called them back they said the cards were mailed USPS and can take up to 6 weeks time. But they are giving me a refund and it should be in my acct in 3-5 business days. They said if card shows up just keep it. But if no refund in 3-5 days I will be calling them again.

    Has anyone had success w/ this yet? I have called twice and had to leave messages. I have sent 2 emails and have gotten no response in return. I’m beginning to think this was some sort of scam maybe???

    What email address did you email to? I still haven’t received mine either. I hate it when a nice deal turns sour like that!

        I just received a response to my email…within the same day…pretty fast I think. Now we’ll see if they follow through with the refund they’ve promised. The response email came from dealsupport@dealcurrent.com…so Ginny, maybe you could try that one.

          I received an email confirmation today of my refund. We’ll see if it actually goes through 🙂 Looks like they are trying to redeem themselves. Can’t believe this turned into the mess it did! Thanks everyone for your help!

    Friends and Family Circle removed their Facebook page too. They had tons of complaints prior to removing it. I’m going to do a charge-back to my credit card because they haven’t responded to my emails, phone call or prior Facebook posting. Please let me know if they resolve this for any of you.

      I called tonite and spoke to someone and they said they will be refunding me. I already recieved a e-mail saying they will be refunding and it should take 3-7 days. If I dont recieve the refund by then to call them again. They did say if the gift card does happen to come, that it was mine to keep. We will see.

    Never received a gift card or any response to my e-mail. Called today and they said they are issuing a refund, we will see if that happens. They are claiming a bunch of the gift cards were “lost in the mail” I will not be using this site again.
