Head on over to the Rayovac Facebook page and click on the promotions tab to print a coupon valid for $1 off one package of Rayovac Alkaline Batteries. Supposedly the small 2 packs of Rayovac Alkaline Batteries are only $0.94 at Walmart, so possibly FREE after the coupon!  Also, if you’re planning to take your kiddos to see Cars 2 in theaters June 24th, you may want to snag this deal I posted about previously

*Buy 3 Rayovac AA 10 ct specially marked battery packages $5.97
Use 3 $1/1 coupons found here or the $2/1 coupons previously available here
Pay as low as $3.97 per pack
Then enter the 3 Cars 2 codes found on the packages here to snag a FREE movie ticket!

Or, if you have a Menards nearby, you can score the following deal this week…

*Rayovac Alkaline Batteries 20 pack $5.99
Use the $1/1 coupon found here
Get $4 mail-in rebate form (Limit 4)
Final cost $0.99 each (after rebate)

I couldn’t find the smaller packs at Walmart in electronics or by the register. Any ideas for where I should look?

  2. Deb H

I used to ba able to find this up front but for the past 6 months or so, I can’t find them anywhere in the store. I think they stopped carrying them at my walmart.

  3. Susie

Our Menards doesn’t take “printed” coupons!! 🙁

  4. zinkemomx2

I found mine up front near the books/registers. there is a whole endcap battery section

  5. marcie

I found some at our Wal-Mart, but they weren’t Alkaline-they were Zinc, I believe. The coupon states that the $1 off is only for Alkaline, which I could not find for under a dollar.

  6. Tim

The only Rayovac batteries that I ever spotted below $1 were Zinc Chloride batteries.

    • Tim

Since the coupon is only good on Alkaline batteries, I don’t think this is a genuine deal.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong if some Walmart’s do carry alkaline batteries for under $1.

      • Jennie

So far, in all my shopping trips to Walmart, the $1 batteries are only the ZINC ones,

I just got this deal at my Walmart, Kansas City MO area. There is a whole “battery center” at the front near the checkouts. They were 4 packs of AA or AAA for only $.97 so the coupon was a$.03 money maker & free batteries. The cashier told me Walmart is changing their coupon policy, so it might not work at all locations.

The Facebook link isn’t working and I can’t find a Rayovac on FB that actually seems like a company site.

    • Kristi

I searched FB for rayovac and pulled up the one that mentions service. I found the coupon there.

  8. DIANNA

    I can’t get it to print. ???

    • Kristi

I was trying to print the coupon but my cursor never changed when I scrolled over the print here button. Out of frutration, I just clicked on it and a smartsource pop up appeared for me to print the coupon. You might want to make sure your pop up blocker is off.

  9. Charlene

I use to be able to fine the $1.00 batteries, but my Walmart has stopped stocking them.

  10. Jamie

I went to Walmart today and the lowest count I found was a 6 pack for $3.47. I had a $2.00 coupon for them that I previously printed so I got them for $1.47.

  11. tammyb

I found them today finally @ my Wal-mart. 4 pack batteries for $0.99 near the register.

    • Jennie

Are they Alkaline or ZINC??????? Most walmarts are only carrying the Zinc $1 batteries, in whih case the q posted about would not work.

Heads up — **HAWTTTTTT** Facebook promo!! Bounty is giving away 5,000 $5 Coupons each Friday in June (mailed). 1 Coupon per Household.

  13. Ashleigh Lankford

My walmart has these for 97 cents. But my coupon was towards 9V not AA, so I don’t think you can do the second half of the deal?

  14. Stephanie

So glad everyone else noticed this…I just posted this on my Facebook.
for those going to Walmart for the “free” Rayovac batteries. I’ve only seen Rayovac non alkaline batteries for a $1. This coupon is NOT valid for those batteries as it says Rayovac Alkaline battery. It does not say “any” Rayovac battery.

i just went to walmart last night and the cashier made me do 27 individual purchases (18 were free + tax) so i scanned my card for anything from .06 to 1.21 each time.. she and her floor manager were armed with their new policy book and said if the coupon says “one per purchase” on it anywhere then it may not be rung up with another of the same item/coupon. I told them the day before I had also checked out 12 carefree all in the same transaction with no problem and she said that the cashier had not been aware of coupon policy… i only have two stores to shop at walmart and kmart and both are higher than any prices i have ever seen listed here. they are definately not wanting us to stock up. i think they are up in a roar over extreme coupon programs as they mention them everytime i shop.

should add that much of the duplicates i pick up are for the nursing home i work for i am not a product crazy person lol

    • Stephanie

You found Rayovac alkaline batteries? In the blue packs??? Not the batteries in the red back that say zink for a $1? :/

  16. elizabeth

UPDATE: My mother-in-law used the coupons for Zinc Rayovac batteries at Walmart & it did work. She thought she would try since they were out of the Alkaline batteries.

  17. Beth A

FYI, the original Rayovac coupons that were released (I think it was a week or two ago) were $1 and $2 off ANY Rayovac batteries, but the new coupon says it is specifically for Alkaline batteries only.

  18. RuthAnn Alston

I was able to get the deal at my walmart. I live in Louisiana.
