Frugal Family Fun (+ No Coupon Inserts on 5/29)

Alright, so before dishing about how our family had some frugal fun today, I want to quickly mention that there will be NO coupon inserts in the newspaper tomorrow, May 29th, due to Memorial Day. Take this time to stop and smell the roses! 
Put coupon clipping on the back burner and spend some time with family, friends and well, anyone that you love!

So now, what did we do for some frugal family fun? We spent the day playing outside. And when I mean playing, I do mean playing! We played hide & seek, freeze tag, and a few other games my kiddos made up! We started out at the park and then headed over to Sonic to eat and play even more on their outdoor playground. It’s days like this that I absolutely love… the simple pleasures!
Today once again made me realize that you really don’t need much to make your little ones smile and squeal with excitement! …And I really don’t need much either because once I see those precious smiles light up my kiddos faces, I can’t help but smile, too. It’s the kinda smile that you just can’t control… it can’t be removed and continues to grow bigger and bigger!
