This is the first time I have bought from Office Max online. I entered my Max Perks number when I ordered so do I now have to fill out a rebate form to get the Sharpies and Uniballs free?

No rebate form required. The rewards will shop up in a couple of weeks into your online account. You can print them from there and use them in store or online.

I’m not sure about the restrictions, but someone suggested another time that the rewards could be used to buy giftcards. I was pleased to be able to buy a giftcard for a restaurant we like. They had a decent selection of giftcards in the store.
