Anyone know if orders can be placed online and picked up in store?

  2. AspiringPhD

    Lisa,

You read my mind. Since the window of opportunity for this coupon is so limited I am wondering if I can place the order online and pick it up before June 18th. I just printed the coupon. I think I am going to call them and find out. If I get any information i will post it here.

If you find out anything, let me know. Although, I can’t find a link to design these online for instore pick up [[just for color ones]], so we might have to go to the store.

  3. Bridget

I just designed online and set for store pickup, says to bring any coupons with you when you pick up.

I did pick a colored card, will have to pay a few bucks ( they always get me lol).

I just spoke with a woman from a local store who said the card that would be considered black and white can be found as follows on their web site:

From the main page click on Copy & Print on the far left of the screen. Next click on Get Started under the Business Cards heading at the bottom of the screen. Next click Order Now on Business Cards Instant on the right side of the screen near the bottom and the card listed as Upload Design or Logo at the top on the left would be the free card.

I hope the information she provided is correct. Good luck everyone!

Thanks so much for this! Very helpful!

I did exactly what AspiringPhD was told and my order came up to $29.99, not $19.99 as it’s supposed to be. I’ve tried two different ways with the same result.

  6. Kristen

I did exactly as AspiringPHD said, and had the same problem of it ringing up to $29.99. I called the store and she said it just defaults to this price. She knew what coupon I was talking about and she said as long as it was in black and white, I would be okay. I go in a few hours to pick them up and will let you guys know if they try and charge me.

That is good to know, I planned to do color anyway (it is worth the $10 for me since my design has photos), but I was worried you would still have to do it in store since there is no b/w option online, and wasn’t sure how you’d do your own design in store. I am waiting to make sure someone else did this deal ok, really hope it works.

Christi, with online coupons, you can get 250 full-color cards from VistaPrint for under $10. They did a great job w/my custom job last year. Takes a couple weeks to get them in the mail, but you can’t beat the price.

Thanks Leslie, I will look into it. I’ve never ordered cards before (kept putting off designing some), so I haven’t priced around.

  8. Amy

Anyone have any creative ideas for those of us that don’t have a need for business cards but love freebies??? Thanks!

    • Mara @ Super Savings

Amy, you could use these for……
~ “mommy cards” – cards with your contact info to hand out at the park or someplace you meet up with other moms

~ kids cards – label their belongings with their name and contact info (backpacks, books, etc.)

~ “faux” business card – make up your own for a resource you tend to share a lot, like Hip2Save (or Super Savings) 😉

~ blank for organizing or labeling – just print up a basic design, but don’t fill in any words so you can write on them by hand and use them for sturdy labels around the house (for baskets, shelves, drawers, filing cabinets, photo boxes….etc)

~ new address cards – if you or a friend have recently moved, or will soon

~ gift of business cards – if a friend is starting up a business, make up some cards with their info to help get them started

Hope some of those help! =)

I am planning on using the coupon for Church – have cards with the Church info on them to hand out to friends, family, visitors, anyone!

I didn’t buy this because the store was going to charge me a $25 set up fee

Hey all. I just wanted to let you know that I ordered the Instant, plain, black and white, 10 pt. business cards (100 count) online on Staples.com yesterday. It rang up $29.99 but i went ahead with the order anyways. It doesn’t ask for credit card information. It asks to wait at least 4 hours before picking up the cards from the store. I printed out the coupon that Collin listed and brought it to the Staples location that I selected. I went to the Copy Print center, let the lady know that I was picking up an order and gave her my name. I then gave her my coupon. She gave me a receipt and the cards without asking for any money. She said that there is a lot of people taking advantage of the free offer. The $29.99 is in fact a default price online. Thanks Collin for the TOTALLY FREE BUSINESS CARDS! I didn’t even need to pay tax! 🙂
