You “touch up” your face with them, takes the oil/sweat off without taking makeup with it. Good stuff!

If anyone else orders, it says the blotting papers are backordered for 2 weeks (I hope that is all), but if there is anything else you may have wanted to try and you want this soon, I would look for another product. I ordered mine a few hours ago and just got the email that said they were backordered. The email also said that anything else in the order would be shipped separately. I wonder if the freebies will be shipped now?
I was also able to use ebates to get 4% back.

Thanks! I ordered some. I use blotting papers often, now that I live in a humid area, and I don’t mind waiting for them to arrive. The shade consultant on their site (chat window) helped me pick the right shade for the sample foundation. If you’re nervous about that, use it! She was really helpful.
Just received another notice that the Blotting Papers are still backordered & if they do not ship within 30 days, by law the order gets cancelled unless I call or email them. Also checked on the status of my order online & ALL the FREE samples have been cancelled!
Has anyone order from them before? Do they REPLACE the free samples with something else?

I just saw that on my order too. I told them just to cancel mine. $5 for blotting papers + 5 samples good, but just for the blotting papers, not really. It’s a large company they should be prepared for large influx of orders.

My blotting papers arrived as well without any samples. I called CS and they said since the papers had been back ordered they cancelled the samples. She then looked to see if the samples I requested were still in stock and since they were she went ahead and sent them out. I am glad I will still get the samples, but I think it is a poor business practice to take them off my order when they were clearly still in stock!
I did two orders because I had two different codes to use. I got no samples in either order. I just emailed customer service. If they do not ship the samples I am going to return the items. That is just poor practice.
I too got my order today without samples . . . I sent an email, if I don’t get a reply I will call. I only placed the order for all 5 items – I wouldn’t have ordered at all for just the blotting papers. I agree . . even if they do ship the samples I most likely will not buy from them again and will return the blotting papers – it is horrible customer service to just cancel a portion of an order like that!

I just got my package as well, looked through all the tissue paper and nothing but the blotting sheets. $5 for blotting sheets isn’t that great of a deal, I wanted the samples. I will be emailing them. That’s ridiculus that they cancel samples when things are backordered. Not my fault they weren’t prepared. I will not order from them again.
They emailed me back and said that when they sent the email saying that they had an estimated date for the blotting sheets that it asks customers to contact them about the samples. I’ve read that email from head to toe and it says nothing of that sort to my knowledge. They are going to send me the samples though for free…but I will not be ordering from them again, it’s ridiculus.
l also did not receive the samples I had ordered, after a month of waiting. On their welcome email it says:

EVERY purchase. It does not say anything about not receiving samples if your item is on back-order. At Sephora, if the sample you ordered is out of stock they will replace it with a similar one. Bobbi Brown should have at least done that. They had to have known that a lot of people were trying out their products for the first time and how better to try them out by using the samples? They lost any of my future business.
I received mine today also with no samples! I dont think I will be ordering from them again. Who does that!!
Definitely upset about that! Why would they cancel samples that they offer towards a certain purchase even though it was on backorder. They will not have my business any more either.
