It said the same thing for me but I removed the items and then added them back and it worked.
It works. when you add the code, if you look at the quantity, it says 1. You just have to change it back to 5 and the price will reflect $15 plus 15% off. Hope this helps.

If you’re unfamiliar with The Body Shop’s products – THEY ROCK! I worked there in highschool and still love them to this day! These scrubs would be awesome for pre-self tanner exfoliation, it’s swimsuit season! There are also two hemp products for $5 and these are GREAT too, not sure if they’ll work with B3G2 sale. You don’t have to be a hippy to enjoy hemp, it’s great for your skin! 🙂
I have a Love Your Body membership, which deducted another %10, went through ebates for 10% cash back and also received a $5 Welcome Back Bonus since I haven’t used my Ebates account for awhile. SO, total with tax for me was $14.78 – 1.47 – 5.00 = 8.31 for 5 scrubs, only $1.66 EACH!

they buy 3 get 2 free excludes final sale items, which is what the coconut body scrub is.
It specifically states on the Coconut Body Scrub Item that it qualifies for the promotion.
i understand that it works when you put it in your cart, but if you read the fine print on the home page, it says that final sale items are excluded. i don’t know… it could be an error or their part, but i personally don’t feel comfortable purchasing something just because their checkout allows you to even though the exclusion is on their promo.
I wasn’t saying that I did the deal just because it “worked” in the checkout. I was stating that in the description of the item, it specifically prompted you to do the buy 3 get 2 free deal. So, yes, even though it stated on the home page that final sale items were excluded, this one item said that it was included. You go by whichever one makes you more comfortable.
i didn’t see that anywhere on the product description. regardless, it’s sold out and i didn’t buy it because i don’t use body scrubs. it was just an fyi.
mine isnt working…even removing the stuff and adding. I did get a lemon antibacterial hand sanitizer to pop up for free, but I cant get any of the coconut scrubs or the strawberry mini sets to pop up as free and I have 6 items in my cart.

The $16 one was always there…it’s the full size. The small size was on sale.
Collin’s link showed the full size ringing up at $5 not the small size. Unfortunately for me it was sold out by the time I ordered.

Got my order all ready only to find out that the free shipping does not apply to Alaska. It was going to cost $13 in shipping alone! Sheesh.
One thing I did not like at all was that I didn’t get a receipt that I could print out. When I get home I’ll check my email and see if I got one there but I really like to have an immediate receipt that is printable (I typically make a PDF of it either with the full version of Acrobat or the free CutePDF Writer).
This offer is NOT good on Final Sale items! It states it right on the page and when it didn’t work for me (I was buying Hemp products not the $10 body scrubs) I called them and they said NONE of the Final Sale items were included in the deal 🙁 I am so bummed!
