I finally got a response and they wanted my home phone number and said from that they would retrieve my address. ? ? ?
They look it up somehow – that’s why you have to have a home phone number…they can’t get your address with a cell number. I’ve never gotten any calls and the last sample I texted for did arrive. HTH!
Hmmmm. I have never provided my home number and they always know my address ahead of time.
I’ve used the 467467 number for samples before – I wonder if that’s why I didn’t get a response?

There were a lot of texts involved. It replied asking for my zip, and I did. It then said it didn’t understand what I was trying to say so I sent my zip again. Then it asked for my street address but to not include city, state and zip. So I replied and about 5 minutes later it had written my city, state and zip and asked if it was correct. I replied. It then sent me an identical text. I replied again. I’m now waiting to see if there’s anything else they need. Would make more sense if it just asked for my address from the get go…
Ahhh…now it says “Sorry you’re having problems. Text DEGREE to try again.” :/
Same for me. Asked me to reply Y or N to confirm my address. Kept saying sorry you are having problems. After receiving 15 messages with this in about 5 minutes, I replied STOP!

It took probably 10 mins to get a reply so just be patient! 🙂 And for those having to do so many texts – once you’ve done it, you shouldn’t have to do it again. I’ve done samples for 467467 before and doing this one only required 2 texts. HTH!
I got 4 text… the first one said sorry this sample is out. The second said to get your free sample text back with your phone number. The third said we’re sorry we don’t understand your response. The forth one said please try again by texting DEGREE to 467467. HA! so I’ve stared all over again 🙂

Got my response text and it said it didn’t understand and then another one said sorry your having trouble text degree again to try again… So now I’m waiting… I might give up lol

just tried it for the first time, sent text to get sample, then got reply asking if it showed my correct address, i replied y, then asked me my first and last name, so i replied w that info, now got text saying Thanks! your sample is on the way. EASY 🙂 guess i got lucky! thanks for the freebie info!!!

Guys be careful with the text offers. I have everything on my possible on my phone & I was still charged $10, so please be careful with these offers.
I am not sure if this is what happened to you but you might have it set on your phone to allow premium text messages. If this is the case you can have those blocked.
I must be in an endless loop….I keep getting error text messages…one right after the other. I hope it quits soon.
