I tried to use my credit earlier when things were available and kept telling me that “Sorry. Either the promotional code you entered is incorrect or you can’t use this code with this order. Please re-enter the code or check the details of the offer.” Any ideaswhy? My purchase was for exactly $25.

That happened to me with a $10 code. I just continued to check out and the next page the $10 was taken off. Maybe it will work for that?

The discount code does NOT work. I had a dress in my cart for $35 and typed in “SUMMER25″ in the promotion box. It said that promotional code was not valid or not valid on that item. Am I doing something wrong?

i had that problem with the $10 code last month. just by chance, I continued with my order and on the next page to verify everything, the $10 credit showed up.

They will when they had the 10 promo last month there was a 10 item each day. You just had to be fast and on it at two minutes till. I bet though with 25 there will be lots more items as it seems to be a more common price then 10.

I noticed with the $10 promo that there was always one item or two every day that was posted for that price – makes me think they overstate the retail price to get everyone to order that item with the credit – but the item is actually of poor quality. I guess it’s free though, so people shouldn’t complain.

What item? It’s been all sort of items at all different times? Sometimes even with a good brand there is often a reason why they release an item at a fraction of the cost – it didn’t meet their normal high quality standard, it’s no longer in style, etc…

Their customer service is great. I ordered once of the dresses using a $10 off code, so $5 shipped, but I made a mistake with the sizing. I didn’t catch until later and the item was sold out but there was a similar dress, also $5 after the code. I called. They were super apologetic, cancelled the order and simply gave me a $10 credit so that I could order when I found something. I went ahead and ordered the new item and it should arrive soon! My mother did the same thing (the sizing for the Soft line was not very clear) and they corrected hers the same way. Very pleased with this company so far! Oh, And I ordered a t-shirt last month for my son with a $10 off code. It was free and very good quality and arrived quickly. Can’t wait to use this new code!!

I FINALLY got something today. A $25 bracelet that I got for free after the credit. I have tried every day at noon since this post went live on Hip2Save. Now that I think about it…probably not worth it. At least I got something after all that trying though.
