my walgreens has all travel size stuff for 1.19 :/ still a good deal though! and i scored with pampers training pants. they were on clearance for 3.19 and i used a 2.00 off coupon and the one in the infant care book so they were free!

I have a $1 coupon! I presume it’s from a paper within the past couple of weeks… – it’s red plum!

double check, my region got a $1/1, but it was only for the premium. The other q we got was a $1/2 regular kind, not a $.75/1. So make sure your $1/1 is not for the premium variety because it will not work on the travel size ones… unless it’s premium, which I’ve not seen at Wags.

No, you need to have one coupon for each item you are purchasing. IE 4 coupons for 4 deodorants.

It’s a catalina aka register reward (cause it prints that way at Wags LOL) and is working at most stores. I’m in the test market too and this one we are good for. Go to the coupon network and type in your zipcode and see which local stores it is working for in your area. HTH.
These travel sized deodorants are great for the kids to put in their gym lockers. I hope this deal is still working tomorrow, I’m taking the kids out shopping and planning on swinging by Wags to pick these up!

chances are that if you got the $1.00 off coupon, it will be a no-go unless your cashier is willing to adjust the price of the deodorant. You could try using only 3 $1/1 Q’s instead of 4
They have to adjust the price of the deodorant OR the coupon…no-go doesn’t fly with me because their policy states I can still use the coupon. I have run into too many cashiers that refuse to make the adjustment. My local Wags is realllllly good though, they know just what to do!

My Wags has all of their Haynes underwear and undershirts clearanced for $2-$3 a pack with $2 off peelies on them. I asked manager and she said that all Wags nationwide are not going to carry Haynes products anymore.

It did work for men deos, just tried it. Besides , I used both 0.75 off of any and $1 off of antiperspirant-deodorant (there were 2 diff qpns in my RP). The planters coupon didnt print for me tho. Thanks, Collin
I tried to use 4 $1/1 coupons and they only let me use 3 because the coupons exceeded the amount of the item (by $.01). Is that correct?

Yes, I did it in the Richmond test market and it worked. My q’s were $1/2 so I used two of those and my MM was only $2.04 but still good to me.
I also used it on the mens, no women’s degree at my store.

just got back from wags and was able to score the 4 x 2pk dry erase markers, for free!!! no issues at all! i did do the toothpaste too and it beeped for the second coupon but my cashier let it thru. so i spent $3 but got back $4 in RR. yippy!!! i bought a couple other things and paid with the $5 rr from the keri lotion deal. i think i am getting the hang of this!! thank yu so much!
I just got back from 2 different Walgreens…and MAN, what a difference!! I went to the first one about 10 minutes from my house (I have to pass another walgreens to get there but that is where my medication is so I have to go to that specific one) and I saw that they had Tresemme on special 4/$15 but you get a $4 RR so it is like paying 4/$10…..well I decided to do it because I also had 4 $1 off coupons for Tresemme. Well, when I got to the register (the costmetics register because the young girl asked if I was ready) I gave her my 4 coupons, paid,and it came to $12 something but my RR didn’t print so I asked her about it. She called a manager because she said it should have printed. The manager comes over, not a very nice woman, very stern, and says it is probably because I didn’t buy the right Tresemme products, She had the cashier girl go check the isle and see if all the ones I got were labeled. The girl did and came back and said yes. Then the cashier girl goes, “Oh! I know why they didn’t print, it is because she used 4 $1 coupons!!” and the manager agreed with her and said because I used coupons I didnt get my $5 RR….I just said okay nicely and left….but it doesnt make any sense to me. Is that correct????
At the 2nd Walgreens I went to closer to my house I got 2 packages of the Huggies wipes, and the cosmetics cashier girl was soooo nice. She asked me if I was looking for the Keri lotion when she saw me in the lotion isle and I said yes, and she said they were currently out of stock but that all Walgreens should have it stocked to the brim again on Saturday because they are having some kind of “promotion” just on Saturday and Keri is included. Just wanted to let everyone know that if you didn’t get your Keri lotion yet, just wait until Saturday!!

you can use any coupons and the catalina should always print. Call catalina and they will send it to you. That way you dont’ have to deal with the store and the expiration dates on the catalina are longer.
You should have still gotten your register rewards. Using your manufacture couon doesn’t have an effect on it printing. I would take them back if i were you if you were only buying them for the register reward.
That is what I thought. People use coupons ALL THE TIME and still get their RR, and there are deals posted here every single week about using coupons and getting a RR. I think I am going to call the store tomorrow, maybe there will be a different, more friendly, manager working. Thanks for your input!!
Janine – I did this exact same deal on Monday and used 4 / $1 off coupons and my RR did not print. The manager tried to get it work on a different register and it still did not print, so he ended up putting $5.00 on a gift card for me in place of the RR. Which was fine with me!! I would either go back to your store and see if they will give a gift card to you or call Catalina and tell them that it did not print.
If your in Colorado we got the 1.00/1 degree – I went to the walgreen and they are .99Cents each – remember for some of you who asked this question – if they try and put the coupon through for 1.00 it will not work if the item is .99cents – they have to downgrade the coupon to .99cents – this is in the walgreens coupon policy! – so they will adjust your coupon so they should be free – just take the policy with you when you go and it shouldn’t be a problem – i got my degree deordants and 4 of them rang up at .34cents total if you have them downgrade the coupon to .99cents!!!!! and then I used 2 of the 4.00 coupons along with 2- 75cent cottonelle coupons to score two packs of cottonelle bath tissue (12packs) and 2 caramello candy bars for 2.00$ YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for this!!! I just got back from buying 4 mens degree deotarants @ .99 and 2 splenda no calorie boxes @ 2.99…after coupons I didn’t spend a penny and got back $4 in RR. I turned around and got the Purex, 184 pack wipes and a kids book for the $4 RR and only spent $.32 out of pocket!!!
Silly question but do Walgreens RR’s have Limits like CVS ECB do? Just curious if I could do this deal more than once and still get the $4 RR

You have two options: the first will allow you to purchase additional deo. but you won’t get another $4 RR.
FIRST OPTION: You CAN use the $4 RR to purchase 4 more deodorants, but then you WON’T receive another $4RR.
SECOND OPTION: “ROLL” THE $4RR into another deal that will generate a $4RR and then go back and forth between the two deals. Take a look at Collin’s couponing guides and videos for more information and explanations.

Ok folks, I’m a newbie and have a question about the RR. Are the RR good for only the week that the ad is going? Like for instance, my Wags is all out of the Keri lotion and the store manager is not sure if they will be getting any more in before this ad cylce is over, but she said I could get a rain check for the 5.99 price (which I did) but the deal is really only a great deal if we use it in conjunction with the RR as well, right. So, lets say they get more in a week from now and I use my rain check, will a RR still print?
No it won’t. They do NOT give the RR’s on rainchecks, unfortunately. At least they don’t anywhere I know of.
The night manager told me on Sunday (yep…this sunday…the same day the ad came out) that he called all the WAGS in the area and none had the Keri lotion….so I feel your pain. I don’t remember ever using Keri so no biggie, really….but I asked about a raincheck and the manager agreed with me that it was not such a great deal without the RR..
I believe the RR is all month long so if you ask for a raincheck and the Keri’s come in next week, then you should still get the RR.

ebay or clipping service! google coupon things by dede or the coupon clippers. you should be set! coupon clippers has them for .12 each “handling fee” but if you bought 8 @ .12 paid the .55 shipping it would still be a $6 money maker. this deal is wicked. i wonder when the RR will end????

i am not a newbie but never get the real answer for this. at walgreens, when you have a coupon $1 off 3 xx or $1 off 2, does that go against both or all three items in the coupon ratio? i have had beeps before and told ” that coupon is for two items so counts as two”. Is that right? Am I doing something wrong? It is not an overage question, just trying to confirm. For example, if I buy the degree with the $1 off 2, should i be able to use a RR for the coupon ratio 2 to 2? Thanks.
If you use a $1 off 2 items think of it as 50c off each item. You would have to purchase a 3rd items without a coupon to use a register reward with that type of coupon. The 9c folders or other cheap school supplies right now are a great way to work that in. HTH.
Yes mary you are able to..ur coupons and rr just need to be the same ratio as the items ur purchasing..example..ten items purchased than u can ten coupons or ten rr or both..but not to exceed ten altogether ;D
so why do mine beep when i use a $1 off 2 or 3 items when my ratio is correct. the manager says it is because the coupon attaches to the items / it counts towards the ratio.
Mary, the manager is right. It doesn’t matter how many slips of paper you have, what matters is whether every item in your transaction already has a discount applied. A $1/2 coupon attaches to 2 items, a $1/3 coupon attaches to 3 items, etc. You cannot have more than one manufacturer coupon attached to an item. The RR counts as a manufacturer coupon, which is why if you’re already using a manufacturer coupon on every item in your transaction you need an extra “filler” item for the RR to attach to.
The loophole is that your filler item can be much less than the value of the RR. I usually look for something on sale in their ad (the in-ad store coupons don’t count towards your manufacturer coupon ratio) that we can use, like the cheap rolls of aluminum foil or the single rolls of paper towels. A lot of people get the $0.33 caramels they have at the register or let their child pick a cheap treat. There are often items on sale for less than a quarter, like seasonal pencils or right now I think there are pocket folders that are like $0.11…
This is an awesome size to donate to your local homeless shelter. Sometimes, these poor folks don’t get to shower as often as they like. None of us want to worry or be self concious.
I went to Walgreens today and I didn’t see the Splenda on sale (besides the fact that there were none left) and I didn’t see anything about the deodorant. Do the sales vary by region? I am in NY. Or are these unadvertised deals?

The Spenda might be regional….and the Degree deodorant was not on sale, just a deal with the coupons from this week if you bought the smaller travel size.
This works at Meijer as well for anyone with a Meijer near you. Bought 4 Degree Deodorants in the travel section $1.05 at my Meijer, used 4 of the $0.75 of any Degree deodorant coupons from the Red Plum 7/31, paid $0.20 for all 4 and got a $4 catalina off my next order.
