    Nope, you dont have to be a sprint customer, I got the alloted 2 and I am not a customer of theirs. Also, it says there are 91995 tickets still available. Funny thing, when I went in and bought mine it said 91995 were availabe. While I purchased my tickets the number went down. Now that I signed back in to look it said 91995 again….lol.     Just wondering for those of you that have bought the tickets how long did it take to get/ where did your promo code come to? I completed my purchase with paypal & it directed me back to the “purchase” site again after and I have never receieved a code!

    I have tried all day to buy tickets. All I get is server down or you don’t have access to this site! Load of crap!! Sprint sent me a reminder email last nite, now I have no access!!

    Mine said forbidden access as well but after like 20 attempts I got through-I think there’s so many people buying that their terrible website cant handle it. I’d keep trying!! I bought 2 already and now my boyfriend is trying to get through for 2 more but it keeps failing..I’m also wondering how long/where I will get my code if I paid through PayPal??

      been trying all nite srver error 404 directory not found tried on my phone and online. And I’m a sprint customer with 4 lines . I know that doesn’t matter but…

        I would call the customer service number-If you’re a Sprint customer and it’s a Sprint promotion then Sprint customers should have first dibbs in my opinion-One of my codes has yet to be sent-they took my name and number and if I don’t get a call by Wednesday I’ll be calling back. I put in a dispute with PayPal also. I don’t think it’s right to charge me when it wasn’t even sent to me! I know Sprint sent a thing to my phone this morning (I’m Sprint customer as well) maybe you’ll have better luck calling Sprint customer service??

    This is a joke. I got my “promo codes”, which are NOT TICKETS. You have to REDEEM your promo codes before midnight tonight for your movie tickets, or the promo codes EXPIRE.

    It said right on the page that these promo codes could be used for a movie later than today’s date, but when I try to load any dates after this week, no movies are available for ticket purchase. They should have just mailed everyone free tickets instead of this run around with the movie websites. I’ve requested a refund for the tickets I purchased and my husband purchased.

    One other beef I have, is that the “terms” of the promotion are unaccessable for viewing.

      The codes do not expire tonight – they actually expire Oct. 15, so you have 2 months to redeem them. My understanding is that you just have to make the purchase today before midnight (to receive the codes). I purchased tickets with two different cell phone numbers and received the first code 2 minutes after Paypal charged my account. However, I still haven’t received the code for my other purchase, even though my other Paypal account shows the charge. I hope they were just overwhelmed with traffic and that the codes will be sent soon.

    PayPal didn’t send me a code so had to go through customer service and put in through PayPal that they didn’t follow through. Will be getting my $8 back

    I called the customer service number and the rep gave me two other sites to try then rudely told me to try them then call back bc she was too busy to wait for me to enter them with her on the phone. Then, I tried them and they didn’t work so I called back. The other rep was also rude and rushing me to the point that I couldn’t even get a question out. I’m assuming I won’t be getting any movie tickets. Another reason why I’m not a sprint customer and never will be.

    So frustrated with this promo. Ordered two tickets, went to redeem yesterday. Found at that point that they only charged me for one. So I called them & was told would receive a call back. Told them I was trying to see a show that started in an hour, they promised to call back prior to them. Well here it is 16 hrs and two calls later and no resolution! Horrible customer servive!!!!!

      Same here. Called and emailed 3 x each with no contact so I just opened a paypal dispute.

        Same for me! I couldn’t get them to work on movietickets.com and I was going to a show in an hour, said they’d call back and didn’t. I called again, they put me on hold so long I hung up. I also emailed over a week ago and never have gotten any response.

    I was wondering if anybody actually got the codes? They took my money out of my account in August and I am yet to see anything. Customer service is no help and they don’t answer emails…any ideas how to handle this problem?

  29. Poor Customer Service

    1-888-430-7229 is an answering service. A person actually answers but not sure why they can’t help but always have to take a message. Very poor service. Be careful as code can’t be used in both fandango and movietickets.com. Haven’t watch out for which code you are getting it. Also, not all theaters are listed under both fandango and movietickets.com.

    I too called and emailed the number on the web site, woman answered phone was short, snooty.. I made several attemps at redeeming my movie tickets. I ended up just calling sprint.. Did you know that sprint claims to not know anything about this. I strongly suggested that they google “sprint takedown to see what the hell I was talking about.. She finally did and went OH!!!! WT? and sighed.. anywhoooo, after an hour on the phone sprint credit my bill for money lost, but not for my inconvience on this.. SAD>>
