BestBuy.com: Online Only Midnight Sale Starts at Midnight ET (8 Hours Only) Expired

Starting tonight at Midnight ET, BestBuy.com will be hosting another online only Midnight Sale which will run through tomorrow (August 17th) at 8AM ET (8 Hours ONLY). According to the Best Buy Facebook page, you’ll be able to snag great deals on hot products from DVD’s to rock speakers to flash drives and appliances. Keep in mind that sale pricing will not be revealed until Midnight ET.

Also I’ve heard that people with real leg/foot problems get offended when people use the term “lame” to describe a negative feeling. So I try not to use it (bad habits are hard to break, though). Is it true?

Oh, Puleeeeeze!!! No matter what you say, someone gets their nose pushed out of shape. (wonder how many I offended with that) I am wheelchair-bound and don’t get offended at things like that. Little kids stare and I just try to smile and say hi to them. It’s human nature. I am sooooooooooo tired of the politically correct crap!

I agree. The prices are nothing more than a few dollars off, besides Best Buy in our area had the WORST customer service and return policy of any stores around. It would have to be an Extreme deal before I would even step foot in or do business in their store. Many family members of mine have been burnt by defective products that they will not stand behind or fix even when under warranty. BOOO to Best Buy.

I’m with you, I bought a $500 stereo about 10 years ago and paid for the extra coverage for it. When I got it put together the cds would skip a lot so I returned it and they didn’t carry the model anymore and they wanted me to get another stereo worth $300 and if I got one that cost more then $500 I would have to pay the difference. If they knew that they would not carry that model anymore, why the heck would they sell the extra coverage on it? I stayed there about 6 hours but I got my money back. I have never set foot in that store since =]

I wont buy anything electronic from them. I would rather slam my finger in a car door than buy anything electronic they offer. Had a HORRIBLE experience, beyond awful, with best buy. Horrible customer service!! I’ll buy video games and dvds from them and that’s it!

Thanks for the heads up Collin! Though, not seeing anything worth biting at. Good ole’ Best Buy…they are so far from couponing its not even funny…lol. I love their version of a sale. I wonder what they pay for toothpaste

The last midnight sale (July) was better, I agree! The prices weren’t that great. I even had my IT husband look at it and he said nothing was worth purchasing. And on that, note as others said, Best Buy is not very friendly about returns and electronics issues, and if you have a computer that needs repair good luck. I had a friend who had a brand new computer and they held it (trying to fix it) for the first nine months she had it, which was also the first nine months of her babies’ life and she bought it to email pictures! I cant tell you how many people gave my husband their computer to fix because they were overcharged and burned by this place. DVD’s are the only thing I would buy from this store. I hope their next sale is better.

My husband repairs computers for local people in our home. I can’t even tell you how many people have taken their computer to Best Buy first and paid $50-$65 only to be told it couldn’t be fixed. They then brought it to my husband and it was maybe an $80 fix, max. Just don’t go there for repairs. Many years my daughter learned to call them “Worst Buy”.

Don’t be bummed, it really wasn’t anything special. I checked prices before midnight and thought the prices would go down after midnight; they didn’t. I was looking for a new camera and they were only like $30 off of a $200 original price. Nothing impressive for sure!
