Kmart Double Deals 8/21-8/27

Well, it looks like select Kmart locations are at it again with another round of doubles valid, 8/21 and running through 8/27! Select Kmart’s are doubling coupons up to $0.99 – which means you could possibly get a total of $1.98 off one product (but not likely considering I’ve never seen a $0.99 coupon).
To find out if your store is participating, I would recommend looking at at the weekly ad online here. In participating weekly ads it will state (usually in the grocery section) that they are doubling coupons up to $0.99. Please note that I would NOT recommend calling your local store and asking as most cashiers and even managers are sometimes clueless that they are in fact doubling coupons.
I’m assuming the rules will be the same as they have been during previous doubles promotions. If that’s the case, then I would assume most of the rules below are correct. Let us know if you find out anything different.
Kmart Double Coupon “Rules”:
*You can use manufacturer coupons up to and including a $0.99 value (i.e. if you have a $0.75/1 coupon, it will be doubled up to $0.75 for a total of $1.50 off the price of the item)
*You must be a member of the Shop Your Way Rewards program AND the cashier MUST swipe your reward’s card at the beginning of your transaction!!*
*Limit 4 “like” coupons per transaction (that will be doubled)
*Does not include Kmart Store Coupons or Kmart Pharmacy Store Coupons (i.e. Kmart coupons will NOT be doubled)
*If you are not currently a Kmart Shop Your Way Rewards card member, do NOT stress! There are 3 simple ways to become a member:
1. Go to the Customer Service Dept at your local Kmart or Sears store and request a card; you will be able to sign up and receive your card immediately (this is obviously the best option if you have a store close by)!
2. Call the Shop Your Way Rewards Card dept at 1.800.991.8708; they will take all your information over the phone and then a card will be mailed to you (the card typically takes 6-8 weeks to arrive). Even if you do not have the physical card in hand for the double coupon days, you can give the cashier your phone # or member # in order to pull up your reward’s account.
3. Click here to sign up on-line; then just print off a temporary card to use while you wait for the permanent card to arrive in the mail.

I was at Kmart yesterday, and there was no limit, they didn’t even limit me to 4 like coupons. I used the .75 off two M&M’s coupon, they had buy 2 get one free. .99 x 2 = 1.98 plus one free equals 3 M&M’s for .48.

I am not sure where it is advertised, I saw the deal because some other site posted it. I tried it today and the $3 came off for me and they also doubled all of my coupons.

There were signs in my store about it, and you can also see what is participating in the $3 off promo by picking up the Kmart Savings Guide insert when you walk in the store. It is going on until Sep 12th, I think, and all of the info is in there. HTH!

Yes, I did this deal yesterday. All 5 coupons doubled. I wasn’t expecting the 5th one to double, but it did. I was getting a Kraft Mac & Cheese anyway which has a store coupon for $.69 that used the overage. Total after tax for $11 of product was $.50. Whoo hoo! There are two flyers one is monthly and one is weekly. Only one of them shows the Kraft $3/$10 promotion. Five varieties were included. I picked up some of each – Nutter Butters, Ritz Bites, Oreos, Teddy Grahams and Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are also too large, in my opinion, for a single serving for young children school lunches. They claim to have four servings, but since we have three kids, we split one three ways so 10 of these will go a long way.

I tried to get the pet food items this morning and they would not allow a BOGO coupon to double. She showed me the fine print in the ad that states No bogo coupon can be used to double as you can also not use a kmart coupon with a coupon you are doubling. so no go on the pet foods for me. dang it!

Ughh.. wish I had a Super K a little closer, I haven’t been able to find a store to use my Fresh Express vocal points coupons at yet…. My Walmart is dole and Marketplace only, Meijer is Earthbound and Dole only and Kroger is Dole and Fresh Selection…. Anyone know another store in Central Indiana that carries the Fresh Express Salads?
