   I just watched that video. I think that woman was treated very badly. It sounded like the manager would not let her use any of the coupons she brought with her. I know that she wanted the body wash but maybe he could have done seperate transactions or at least tell her if there was a limited quantity. Did you hear the comment of the one customer who said they should limit 5 coupons in one transaction?
