If you do a return at Walgreens will they give you the FINAL price paid (after coupons) or the item price? I’ve returned without receipt once and got whatever the price was at the moment. This time I have my receipts saved, just not sure WHAT to expect back.

At Walgreens, they return the full price on the receipt (before coupons), and will return in the manner you paid (cash, credit card, etc).

i ever returned several times at walgreens and they gave me the full price before coupons but one time they gave me the final price after coupons.

This seems wrong since they already sent the coupon to clearinghouse for redemption. You should have gotten the coupon back if they are not going to give you full price back.

Well, last time I returned something to Walgreens (which was a couple weeks ago), the manager told a new cashier to refund full price before the manuf. coupon since they already mailed the coupon for the redemption.

Isn’t Neutrogena that company that took forever to send rebates on the FAR facial moisturizer last year & then weren’t reimbursing people correctly? Seems like it was a real mess.

Acne is not part of the rebate. The rebate notes, “Offer excludes Neutrogena Clinical, Neutrogena Men, Neutrogena Cosmetics, Neutrogena Naturals and Neutrogena Acne products.”

so i called the number and was on hold for 25 min. finally got through and they said online purchases (including neutrogena.com) are not eligible for this rebate although it says that no where on the paper. Their only explanation is “it says cashier receipt on our copy”. Mine says sales receipt. I will be speaking to the manager shortly….

also, it says no acne products, but the deep clean cleanser is clearly pictured on the rebate form! it sounds like this rebate is a gimic to get people to purchase products and then have them deny their rebate! ugh! Very disappointed in neutrogena!

ok so i called the other line, and the manager was not in, but the lady said to send in the packing slip from amazon.com and i should receive the rebate.
and deep clean cleansers are not acne products because it does not say acne…
