My Mailbox Freebies (+ Share Yours!)
So I thought I’d share the freebies I received today… I only received two, but one of them was definitely an interesting surprise.
I got my FREE Scotch Adhesive Dot Roller Sample from this offer (no longer available). And this was definitely not a sample, more like a full-size product + a coupon! Gotta love freebies when they are even better than expected!
I also received a surprise birthday package (arrived a little late due to issues with the merchant) from my mom. The surprise? A shirt that states “I Pooped Today” with a star. Long story… maybe I’ll explain (if you even want to listen) one of these days. And as you can see, the TODAY.com partnership doesn’t control content on this site! 😉

Awesome shirt, my husband would love it! 🙂 I’m really hoping I signed up for those Suave samples, I don’t remember if I did or not. Today we just got our FREE Newsweek magazine and junk mail. Yesterday I got my September issue of Vogue (huge!!) and Women’s Day. I LOVE all the free magazine subscriptions i’ve gotten thanks to you. Now if I could only find the time to read them all.
I got a free Braun Shaver from ExpoTV.com to try as part of the tryology program. I will jsut need to upload a video about it soon. Also, I recieved a call yesterday from the Snapple Panel group to double check my answers and make sure I can do the video survey each day. THey said I will know tomorrow and I will get a free pocket camcorder and $150 for doing it. The lady told me all I need to do is make a short video of me going to the store to buy Snapple.

Monday I revieced an email saying I was accepted to the tryology program for a free Braun shaver. I get to keep it and all I have to do is uplaod a video to expotv.com telling my review.
Also, I recieved a call yesterday double checking my answers for the Snapple Panel. I was told I will hear somethign tomorrow if I am the final group. I hope I get picked it is a free camcorder and $150 bucks. She said all I had to do was upload a video of me going to the store to buy Snapple and a few other things. She wanted to make sure I will be able to do the videos this weekend. I told her yes so I am hopeing I get picked. I just told my Fieance a few weeks back I really want a pocket camcorder.
Also, I won 152 pc tool set last week from ThatDailydeal.com but I gave it away to a lady that said her husband has had a stroke and she is doing all the house repairs and it would help out soooo much. I think the Lord is here to help us out.

Ok, I didn’t get any freebies today, but I did get the back power after being out in Maryland for 3 days. Yesterday, I did get Coke rewards minute maid free coupon and free purina cat food can coupon.

Today I got the coupons for the Bounce dryer bar from Vocalpoint. A few days ago I got a full sized 16.8 oz Jergens Nightly Repair lotion from their Facebook contest I am assuming? That was a fun surprise! 🙂 I love to hear what everyone is getting!
I got my Suave samples today (which were fun because I don’t really remember requesting them!)!! It included trial size body lotion, men’s body wash, and their suave professional dry shampoo!! Definitely excited to try the dry shampoo so I can use one of my free suave coupons from their site! 🙂

I have got several good things coming in the mail. A few weeks back I was talking to my Fieance and told her I want to get a shaver and a pocket camcorder and the Lord has delivered.

Me too! I can’t remember where i got it from though, specifically! But, it was a nice freebie! I’m at school during the week, and come home on Thursdays to a bunch of different goodies, so I’m looking forward to it! Last week I got the Duck tape sample, and it was full size, so I was very shocked! Thanks for telling us about it!

Reminds me of 30+ years ago the day after I delivered my beautiful daughter and had some visitors in my hospital room when the wonderful nurse came over my intercom and asked, “Did you have a bowel movement yet?” I still get grief about to this day from my friends. LMAO! Can’t wait to hear YOUR story 🙂

I got home from work late and I asked my roommate if we got anything good in the mail today and he goes “why don’t you look on the counter and tell me!” 🙂 I got my Ace bandage, a Bic pen from the Facebook giveaway and a Nivea sample. All came with coupons. It was a good mail day!
Would love that tee for my brother-in-law. He has just spent 6 weeks at the Mayo clinic, after complications from surgery for colon cancer. His bowels would not work (I know, TMI), and caused him to have many surgeries. Just yesterday his new colostomy bag finally got used – the bowels started to work! So that tee would mean much to him!

I got my new issue of Woman’s Day magazine, the Kashi cereal sample with a $1.50/1 coupon, and my sample of Burberry’s new fragrance! The Burberry sample was quite a surprise! It is a 0.15 fl oz sample in a beautiful bottle! It is the length of my palm! I don’t know if I should keep it for myself or put it in a gift bag for one of my sisters or sisters-in-law!
I so need that shirt. I love poop, much to the horror of my husband, it’s my favorite subject. I have a lot of poop minded friends as well. We crack ourselves up, pun intended.

Yes, it’s a real book that was sold at Urban Outfitters (maybe still is). Also available on Amazon.
They have a whole line. There is also a “poo log” where you record you poo stats. Also there is “What’s My Pee Telling Me”!
What’s great, is that they are funny, but also co-written by doctors, so the information is legit too.
lol Zack, why thank you. One day at my children’s elementary school, a normally stoic looking teacher started discussing poop with me. We laughed so hard, the kids thought we were insane. She then went on to tell me, as a first time teacher, she was so excited to enter the holy grail of the teacher lounge, only to find that they were all discussing what foods make your poop float. I think poop is necessary, scientific, interesting and just plain comical! I will look up that book for sure:)

HAVE to share what happened to me today. I think I need the shirt too! LOL
learned a valuable lesson this morning…always get dressed before you leave the house…on the way to take kids to school had to go to the bathroom BAD. Pulled in Targt parking lot, not open, went into gas station can’t find the bathroom, so jump back in the car, drop kids off at school. In my pj’s what am I gonna do? Put a hoodie on to cover my pjs, grabbed Graden in his underwear and ran into the church to go to bathroom. See principal and lots of other familiar faces so I go to the far bathroom, embarrassed hoping no one can see me like I have an invisible shield. Only ran into one person. great.
Oh, and I got my purple hoodie from the Cheer contest! YAY! ANd a sample of detergent and 2 $1 coupons. YAY!

It’s been a slow week for freebies for me. I did get my $50 check from doing the Link Panel survey. They paid quickly. I also got a sock bzzzagent kit late last week. Free socks are always good because I am a grown woman who can’t keep her pairs of socks together.
lucky for you, the new trend is miss matched socks. they even sell them that way for MORE money than regular socks now. My girls are thrilled and I have to admit, not matching the sock basket, seems rather appealing to me too.
My daughter buys those $1 pairs of socks at Wal-Mart and mixes and matches. Many of them are in the same color groups like the ones at Mismatched.
My mailbox freebies have been few lately, which I just hope means they’ll start flooding my box again. I did get the Burberry scent though! Nice surprise; it’s a 0.15oz bottle instead of one of those little one-use peel scents and I love the scent!
