Jessica B says:
I read this somewhere else that whoever did this a few months back did not receive the extra minutes. May want to consider validating with AT&T?
Kristy says:
We did get ours last time with no problem.
Rebekah says:
we got ours as well!
DEBORAH says:
I NEED HELP IN TRYING BTO FIGGER OUT HOW TOO GET THE FREE MIN THANKS
Marlena says:
worked for me last time also:)
Yolanda says:
Both my husband and I received the points in February. Waiting for a confirmation message on this new offer.
Stacey says:
I got mine last time and so did several friends and family.
sarah says:
I work for At&t and this was actually a text message sent out to select customers. At&t would send the message stating “your account qualifies for the bonus minutes” (I’m not sure if all accounts qualify). When you reply “yes” to the text message acknowledging that you want them, then At&t validates that you qualify and adds them within the next few business days.
Kristy says:
yay thanks!
Kristina says:
Does anyone know if this offer is per plan or per phone?
krista says:
I would think that if all your phones share minutes, like a family plan, that it would be per plan. But if you have seperate accounts than it would be for each acct.
mackyjane says:
That’s a great thing for AT&T to do, but some of us already have WAY TOO MANY rollover minutes especially since they now have made ALL mobile to mobile FREE if you have a certain texting plan.
Anonymous says:
Consider bumping your plan down, we were paying for 2100 minutes and never using them, 1 call and I was able to keep all 6000 rollover minutes and knock our plan down to the lowest one just to save some money and us those minutes up!
Anonymous says:
We have tried calling them several times to try to bump our plan down for a bit since we have so many rollover minutes. We have been told every time though that we will lose all rollover minutes when we switch to the lower plan and have to start from scratch.
Anonymous says:
I think the lowest plan does not include rollover minutes so that might be why you were told this. I’ve been frustrated with the fact that I have so many rollover minutes and now all mobile-to-mobile calls are free as well, and I’d like to jump down to the 550 minute plan but my rollover mins will disappear because that plan does not include rollover mins.
Christine B. says:
I have the 550 plan and have rollover minutes. I have always had rollover minutes. Maybe try asking someone else? HTH
Bellesouth says:
I’ve been on a 450/mo plan for as long as I can remember. I have racked up 3900 rollover minutes so adding these 1000 minutes would be absolutely pointless for me. I wish ATT could let you trade in your rollover minutes for something like frequent flyer miles.
Anonymous says:
whattttt we switched to the 550 plan and kept all our min and we had round 2000 i told them we were considerin switchin bc its to high and he suggested lowing plan so we did and had no prob i would call again if i were u
Faith says:
Thank you so much. I called AT&T and saved me over $30 a month on my plan. I really Thank you.
Morgan says:
Just out of curiosity, does this apply to prepaid plans? Mine is not, and like others have said I have a ton of rollover minutes anyway, but I thought I’d ask for others who might have those prepaid plans?
Sarah says:
This would not work for prepaid as prepid only allows a rollover balance of unused funds. Not minutes.
gotta_homeschool says:
Awesome, thanks. I just did it and got a confirmation text from ATT. Do you think this is per phone, or per plan? Wondering if my husband and I can share the 1000 minutes.
sherita says:
OMGGGGGG i could kiss you, all ur deals r get but this is GREAT. Thank you
Ashley says:
Last time we got this offer, it applied to the whole plan. Anyone on your bill could use the rollover minutes.
Brenda says:
I have seen this on a few blogs this week, but can’t find anything official from A T & T. Do you have a source? I am skeptical about sending yes to something. I read that a few people received texts from A T & T yesterday with the information but other than that I haven’t seen anything else. Just wondering.
Thanks for all that you do!
Kim says:
I agree. LOVE What you do Collin, but skeptical to sent Yes to a # that I don’t know. Anyone know where AT&T has this documented?

omg this is so cool thanks
Turquoice says:
I’d called AT&T to verify if this was a genuine deal, and the rep told me that he hadn’t heard of it… BUT he’ll go ahead and add the 1,000 mins on for me anyway!
I also checked their Facebook and there wasn’t anything on their wall, and I posted the query twice (both times it disappeared… ). I did find that someone else had asked that question in the discussion board, and it was confirmed to be true by AT&T.
Turquoice says:
Oh, and at some point (maybe after you receive your mins), you might want to send a”STOP” message to the same number, thereby opting out of their marketing messages.
Sonya says:
I called 611 on my phone and asked if this was just for Iphone users. She said it wasn’t and told me I was appreciated too! (I don’t have an Iphone) She then credited 1000 minutes to my account and told me I could start using them right away!
Michelle says:
My sister-in-law called Att about this and they say it is all a *big hoax*
If you do not believe me call your local At&t provider and THEY will tell you.
Emily says:
So happy to see this one, Thank you so much for the heads-up!
holli says:
I work for att customer care and it is valid. I had about six calls today wondering about this text. It is vaid but can take up to four weeks to process. Also if u switch to a lower rate plan your minutes will be capped to the amout of minutes that specific plan has. Say u have 2000 rollover mins and go to the 1400 familytalk plan. U would lose 609 rollover mins. There r special cases where u may ne allowed to keep all ur rollover mins but those are far and few in between. P.s. keep calling in asking if the text is legit – it makes my handle time awesome! Haha
kara says:
I have a little over 16,000 rollover minutes (I am on the 2100 family plan) and I called today to downgrade (to the 1400 min plan) my plan and they first told me I could keep 1400 min and I kind of freaked out so she put me on hold and came back and said they would give me 4000, but I needed to call back on Saturday when my billing cycle ends. She said she notated my account. I have 2 questions 1) do u think I could get more than the 4000 min and 2) I saw other posts about m2m now not using minutes, does this mean you can talk to any carrier without using minutes? Sorry this is so long!!
bieggs12 says:
I actually got a text from att with the same number to text “yes” to. So I am guessing that it is legit.
