This Hip2Save.com Deal was hand-posted on Wednesday, August 31st, 2011 at 2:39 pm.

Here are a few current deals (as of 8/31) that you may be able to snag at Walmart! Keep in mind that prices DO vary by region and from store to store, so you may not be able to get these exact prices in your location.
In late June, Walmart announced that participating Murphy USA and Walmart gas stations are offering up a 90-day price rollback on gasoline through September 30th! You will receive a $0.10 discount per gallon of gas whenever you pay with a reloadable Walmart gift card, reloadable Walmart MoneyCard or Walmart credit card. Go here for more details and to see a list of participating stores.

Thanks for the list collin you the best!!
kristi4013 says:
I can’t add the expanded list to my hip list. It only adds the short summary.
Heather says:
Awesome! Thanks Collin! I found at my local Walmart that they have several items for .94 including the Colgate toothpaste in regular size
Candice says:
Is the Visine coupon gone? I’ve tried a few zip codes and can’t find it!
Amanda S. says:
I went to Walmart today, total before taxes $95.54 total after coupons: $68.54. I only used 18 coupons and saved $27. Woohoo, and my cashier had no problem with only scanning 18 coupons thru.
Also, everyone keep your eyes open, I found some pink and red Febreeze Noticibles Warmers on clearance for $1.50 each and with the $3 coupons it made a nice little $6MM with 4 coupons. They had a ton more left, but that’s all the coupons I have.
hotmamacoupon says:
The noticeable warmers in gray, blue, burgandy colors are on clearance at my walmart for $.75 I bought 4 using the $3 coupons and use the overage to buy 2 packs of the oil to actually put in them($4.97).Needless to say, my house smells like fresh crisp linen. I paid around $1.50 for 4 warmers, 2 oil refill and 4 cascades. I love couponing!!!
Check your clearance area
kit says:
I was at Walmart last night and noticed they have several coupon booklets:
– Digiorno on the frozen food aisle endcap
– velveeta shells & cheese & kraft bbq by the shells & cheese
– various snack crackers and dips (including wholly) near the snack cracker area
COMama says:
You are awesome, thanks so much Collin!

Thanks for all the tips.. The 10 cents off a gallon of gas has sure been nice. Especially since gas went up again, I guess for Labor Day, doesn’t that just “burn you”? Also, I did find the the 4-pack of cascade for 97 cents at target yesterday, so, one more than at Wal-Mart. I never could find them at Wal-mart, so this was a good deal. Thanks again for all you do.
hotmamacoupon says:
Ok, the 3 packs and the 4 packs are different. 4 packs has dawn, 3 pack is heavy duty.
I find that the 3 packs cleans better, especially when you wash glasses, it doesn’t leave that slight layer of film on them like the regular casccade or the cascade with dawn leaves behind.
Has anyone else made that observation?
Carolina says:
Hate wal-mart I went yesterday I want to use the $1 cascade for travel size and day they said I cann’t use it the cashier said I have to buy the one is in the coupon the picture I said to her no the coupon not said travel size restriction we xall a manager and she said no you can buy this item because is not $1 I said that why the overage she said no hate the cashier and manager donn’t know about coupon at that time I was so mad I didn’t buy anything ….
Anonymous says:
Yeah, got that at Target today on Tide travel packs. After refusing th cashier refused the Q (why? “you just can’t”), went to customer service, where I was told, “Tide doesn’t want you to use this on the trial size (while apparently channeling the Tide gods). Of course not, but they aren’t prohibiting it, either! Worst. Target. Ever.
hotmamacoupon says:
LOL at channeling the Tide gods. lol
You have me rolling on the floor laughing.
I can see all the Target employees chanting and dancing around a fire and the target manager being possessed by the spirit of the Tide Gods. hahahaha, I can’t help it, my imagination is going everywhere with this.
lol
tippv2j says:
Went to Walmart had 4 packs of tide travel and 4 packs of cascade. Was told I could not use the tide on the travel because that is not what was pictured. I told the cashier it says “any”. He refused it. Then tried to tell me he could not take the cascade and I said “why it’s clearly what’s pictured?” lol!! So he had to take it.
iris Campos says:
I feel ya!! My Target is the same way!! Makes me regret all the money I spent there prior to using coupons!!! They now count all my coupons, separate them, make what should be a rather easy transaction hard due to their pickiness about coupons that others have no problems using at their Target stores!! Ahh, felt good to get that off my chest!!
Lori says:
Target tried the same thing with me but a manager said they just have to manually enter the amount the tide is and they accepted it i just lost the overage but still got the items free.
Sharon says:
I actually called proctor and gamble and they said if the coupon does not say that it excludes trial sizes, then it doesn’t. After I made this call, I then called Target corp office and they said the same thing. They gave me a reference number when which typed in the computer would pull up our phone conversation. They said if I had trouble with trying to use a coupon like that again then I could speak with a manager and ask them to call home office on a red phone and let the manager give them my reference number and the whole thing could be settled. Now, I have not had to go that far because when I’m at the register, and they give me problems, I just tell them about all this and they have just put it through. I know it’s a lot of trouble to go through but I absolutely cannot stand it when a cashier doesn’t know what she’s talking about and insist on being stubborn about it.
Michelle says:
Wow! Sorry you had problems with that coupon. I have bought the travel size cascade at walmart and the travel tidest target with zero problems. The cashier did give me ‘the crazy look’ but I know she is just jealous that she is not getting fabulous deals like I am
Erin says:

Angie says:
Can you tell me where you are finding the Febreeze Noticeables on clearance? Are they with the other Febreeze Noticeables? Thanks!
Amanda S says:
I found the pink and red ones for $1.50 on the isle with the laundry detergent, not with the other clearance stuff and not with the other air freshners. Totally weird place but they were marked like they belonged there. Lol HTH!
sandra says:
Today they had nightquil on clearance for 3 dollars. There is a 3 dollar coupon on two.
Annie1025MW says:
Think I would be happy if I could just find the ‘Trial Size Cascade Complete ActionPacs (3 pk) $0.97′ in my Wal-Mart…Can’t seem to find them anywhere!
jane says:
Keep looking they do restock them it may take several times and I find usually a couple weeks after P&G comes out they have them. Target seems to stock better.
Francoise says:
I’ve only seen them with the full size cacade and other dish soaps in the cleaning aisle. They either hang from strip clips or are in a bin-like thingee on the shelf. HTH!
By the way, the package is small, but not so small that you wouldn’t maybe confuse it for a full size product.
Annie1025MW says:
Thanks ladies…I will also check Target. Appreciate the heads up!
nickyB says:
I went to Wal-mart last night & got 15 items for $18.80. My total before coupons was $37.00. This was my best trip ever there. I did find 2 febreeze warmers w/blue covers on clearence for $3.00 so I broke even. my favorite unexpected deals were: Nutella from $3.18 to $2.25= $1.25 after a $1.00 coupon from Sunday’s paper. I got 4 of those. 2 ortego taco stuffers for $1.50 each after coupons & a Velvetta skillet dinner for $.75 after coupon.
Kate says:
Everybody be careful about the Colgate deal. The 0.94 ones at my store were the Colgate Sensitive multiaction, NOT the Pro-Relief that is covered by that printable coupon. The CHEAPEST tubes that were for that coupon were 4.47 and it wasn’t a very big tube. I have seen on several other sites people having pictures of the regular Colgate sensitive and using the 1.50 printable coupon, but it’s not the right product for that coupon.
Brandi says:
I don’t go to Walmart any more. They won’t allow overage, stating that the computer software won’t accept a coupon that is over the price of the item, and she’s right it does beep and they won’t override it. I’ve had three run ins like this, so no more couponing at Wallyworld for me. They also wouldn’t take my Tide and Cascade qs for travel sizes, the computer kept beeping them. Booooooo!!!!!
Michelle says:
Regarding overages at Walmart…I just now copied this from the Walmart website regarding coupons. Go to walmart.com in the search box type in coupon policy. Download it and the info below is in blue on the left side of the screen. I would print this out and take it to Walmart.
‘• If coupon value exceeds the
price of the item, the excess
may be given to the customer
as cash or applied toward the
basket purchase.
kim says:
Whenever you run in to a problem with the computer software (not accepting coupons), ask to speak to a manager. If that doesn’t help, contact corporate. I called corporate with a problem and received a phone call the very next day from the manager at the local Walmart store. She told me to bring my coupon in any time before the expiration date and they would be happy to accept it. Walmart does accept overage. If that’s such a problem for them, how can they guarantee price matching? My local Wally World accepted my Cascade coupons for trvl sizes with no problem at all. (I’m south of ATL) Sounds like you just had a difficult clerk. I would def call corporate.
Anne says:
I AM a cashier at Walmart and it does not do that at my store! Sorry you are having so many problems….I don’t know where you live but we are coupon friendly in Longmont,CO!!
Shannon says:
That’s so funny I grew up there! I’m in Viriginia now, but no one has even heard of Longmont!
BrandyM says:
I’ve been to Longmont CO. Stayed an entire summer there as a child.
Kristian says:
The “beeping” from the register is the register wanting the cashier to verify that the $ amount on the coupon is right. I think… At least this is what happened with me. I purchased (2) Air Wick Warmers for $1.88 ($0.94 each) – $2/2 Air Wick Product, when the cashier scanned the coupon it beeped and on the little screen that displays the price that is facing me said is the coupon $2 (or something like that). I assumed she just had to hit ok and it went through fine. I suggest you carry a copy of the Walmart coupon policy which is available on their site. It states that you are aloud overages.
Manisha says:
Thanks for the list collin you the best
Kate says:
FYI: The Viva paper towels that are $1 say in big letters “Trial Size.” The coupon that the link goes to is for 2 or more “Big” rolls, which are $1.97
A Coupon Queen says:
My Walmart shopping experience was alright. Some of the items I could not find. Ater looking for an hour, some are not sold in my store.
I saved over 50% on my trip. I posted my trip at shopping at Walmart with coupons.
