Wait, we can use endlessly for 90a days??

    • Sarah

No, you can use the voucher more than once if you haven’t spent the entire amount in one visit. For example, if you only spend $10 of it, you can come back another day to spend the other $10. HTH 🙂

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You must use it all at once, which is very easy to do at Whole Foods.

        • Danielle

No, it says in the fine print “Whole Foods Market code claimed by purchaser may be used over multiple purchases; “

          • valhallaarwen

this is what it says, but I will tell you what they will do.
Limit one voucher per person • Visit http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/ to find nearest Whole Foods Market • Whole Foods Market code shall not be deemed purchased by the purchaser until claimed • Whole Foods Market codes will be available for purchasers to claim for ninety days following the offer period. If code is not claimed within 90 days following offer period, code will be deemed forfeited, and purchasers will be refunded the full paid value ($10) of the Whole Foods Market code in Deal Bucks to be used on livingsocial.com • Whole Foods Market code claimed by purchaser may be used over multiple purchases • Deal Bucks are not a valid means of purchase for this promotion • Entire value of Whole Foods Market code claimed by a customer does not expire • Entire value of the deal cannot be combined with any other Livingsocial offer or promotion • Other conditions apply • PAID VALUE EXPIRES ON September 13, 2016 • PROMOTIONAL VALUE EXPIRES ON December 13, 2011

The value of the coupon is $20.00 and I bet you any money they will want to use the whole thing at once.

I wonder if this could make for a good gift – will it be a paper certificate that you take to the store? Intrigued…thanks for posting…

    • Eric

You can print a paper certificate or display on your phone at time of purchase.

  3. Susie

    What city is this deal?

    • Collin

      Hi Susie,

If you click on one of the links in the post, it should take you directly to the deal.

      • Susie

Thanks, ladies – got it! For me the link is blocked at work, but I can get to the site manually.

    • Nancy

I found it for Cincinnati Ohio

    • Bree

For me it shows up in Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis and cincinatti.

    • Linda

      It’s in Charleston, too.

      • HEIDI R.

It’s in Ft. Lauderdale, FL too

        • Lisa

Thanks. I went through Ft. Lauderdale too!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

its a ruse. the site says they are SOLD OUT of these! ridiculous.

  4. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It’s in Winston Salem as far as I can tell you can only buy one per person.

  5. Gil

If most of us could afford to actually step foot in the store this would be a great thing!
I’m a vegetarian but will pass on this one-painfully high prices in this store.

    • Susie

I have saved as much $ at Whole Foods using store and manufacturer’s coupons as I have at any other grocer. That’s not to say their prices IN GENERAL aren’t higher, but with sales and combined coupons, I’ve gotten bags of groceries for almost nothing.

      • Natalie

Wow, I’ll have to try looking for more coupons to use there. I’ve always been shocked at their high prices too.

        • Carol_R

If you go to their store pick up their newsletters (you can take more than 1) in racks at the entrance and exit. They have lots of coupons in them that are only good at Whole Foods.

    • Courtney

Whole foods is definitely a “check the loss leaders” store. A lot of times they have coupons on their website, but I find they have better prices for the vegetable loss leaders than the other stores in my area.

Also, I love to buy their cheese. My Whole Foods has a cheese end bin where for $1-$3 (usually) I can try a new chunk of cheese, or get that little amount needed for a recipe.

    • Carol_R

They have super deals, particularly every Friday is a different one. A month or so ago the deal was Coconut Water (I forget which brand) for $1 and there was a $1/1 printable coupon on Coupons.com for it. I’ve got 6 PCs at home since I’m in the IT field so that was 12 free Coconut waters. Other days they may have special deals but they always have a big one every Friday.

      • AS

wow! How do you find out about these Friday deals? Are they posted on their webpage?

        • Carol_R

I’m not sure. They usually have a big sign outside of their store that week. I live near a store so I’ll just drive by it on the way home from work and check out the sign.

        • Eric

Sign up for Living Social and Groupon and you get these kind of deals daily!

    • Natalie

Thanks for the advice everyone. I will definitely check out all these ideas for saving money there, especially now I have the $20 voucher to stretch as far as I can.

    • Erin

I, too, have gotten some amazing deals here. My Whole Foods changed their coupon policy earlier this year (not sure if corporate policy) to allow up to FIVE like coupons to be used and STACKED with manufacturer coupons too! 🙂

  6. nichole

Thanks again for another great deal!

  7. Lynn

When I hit the BUY it just refreshes the page. I already bought one but thought I could buy one for my husband. It read one per person* visit. Not sure if that means per visit??

    • Linda

It’s only one per account. Your husband will have to have his own account to purchase one.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My husband has his own account. So does my daughter and mother who live at a different address. I bought one on their accounts for them because they were working and my mother doesn’t have a computer. I read the fine print and it just said one per person. I stupidly put them all on my credit card because I didn’t think it made any difference. They were all canceled because they were on the same card. I didn’t get the email until they were all sold out. Now the rest of my family missed out on this deal because that wasn’t in their fine print. Apparently it is in there terms page which is a mile long. I only read the fine print page. Now all the members of my family that wanted one got theirs cancelled. What a bummer. They are not happy with me.

  8. Bree26

It’s in Greenville, SC, too. It doesn’t seem to show up for Columbia, though.

  9. Cindy

This is such a great deal. I made my husband buy one too 🙂
This is the only place around us that sells Gluten Free Muffins that my husband really loves, I was so happy to see this one.

  10. SK

Whole Foods may not be as expensive as you think. Yes, their prepared foods can be astronomically expensive, but many of their regular grocery store-brand items are comparable to my traditional grocery store’s prices. They have a coupon guide (called “Whole Deal”, I think) at each store w/lots of coupons- I’ve gotten yogurt for free and tomato sauce for next to nothing.

They also have pretty good prices on fish that is often wild-caught or sustainably fished. A lot of the time they are cheaper than my regular grocery store! So if you are afraid to get this deal because of the expense, you may want to reconsider!

    • Lauren

I agree. I think their produce is comparably priced to organic produce in other grocery stores. They have good prices on the food in the bulk bins, like nuts, grains and dried fruits. They offer a lot of coupons. I just love shopping there! It smells great and I love the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go use this voucher!

      • Lisa

That’s what I plan to buy…produce. I want organic to replace those items on the dirty dozen list. Half price organics should be about the price of regular (dirty) produce. 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      thx!

  11. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Can you not use deal bucks for this?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

just read the fine print “Deal Bucks are not a valid means of purchase for this promotion.” Lame.

  12. Linda C.

I guess I am confused and i can’t seem to find it on their website, but are these vouchers good at ANY Whole Foods, or city specific?? I have two here where I live, but the city it comes up as is about 100 miles away.

    • Michelle

Yes should be for any whole foods… 🙂

  13. Miki Ingram

    The site is down.

  14. cynthia

love it! thank you! Very excited to snag this one!

  15. Tracey

I have never used this site.

Is it a paper voucher they mail to you or a code that is emailed to you and the cashier inputs the code and then the amount is deducted from your total bill at WF.

    • AS

i would like to know as well

  16. Casey

Took a few tries, but it finally worked. Site is VERY slow right now. I hope 3 friends buy through my link!!!!

  17. Amy

My store sells Toms Shoes. I wonder if you can use it on Toms!?

  18. Nicole

Can you use this on prepared foods? In the description they mention it, but the title says ‘groceries’..?

  19. hallie p

awesome! good to pair with coupons!

  20. Megan

Does anyone know if you can combine Whole Foods coupons with manufacturer coupons?

    • Tracey

Yes you can use one manufacturer and one Whole Foods coupon on a single item.

However, like many stores it often ends up with cashiers telling you you that you can’t then a back and forth discussion with whoever is in charge telling you that you are wrong and that you can’t.

Because of the ‘extra coupons’ the register often will not accept the coupon they then need a mangers key/approval that is where you often get into the –you can’t do that/we don’t accept two coupons (manufacturerer & WF coupon) on one item conversation.

I contacted corporate two years ago specifically about this issue after I was told NO by the WF store I shop in most often. I got a call back from the one of the managers at that store confirming that I was right.

      • Allison

I feel lucky because I’ve never had that issue at the Whole Foods I go to. They even brought out a bin of coupons to see if they had any I was missing for an item I was buying.

  21. rifat

They have a pizza deal, on Wednesday, in Chicago. Pretty good for the price, IMO.

  22. Diana

A great way to save @WFM is the Whole Deal. Located at the entrance of every WFM I have been in. It is a great way to save money. Coupons only good @ WFM.

  23. Annmarie

Thanks Collin! Has anyone ever tried their 2 bite cinnamon rolls ??? They are delish!

  24. Magda

Just got it! Love Whole Foods!

  25. Allison

I am thinking of having multiple family members get this because I’m trying to get most of my food there. Does anyone know if you can use more than one voucher oer visit? Or would I have to do separate transactions maybe?

    • Lisa

Site says “limit 1 voucher per PERSON”. You’d have to bring your family members along to redeem theirs.

      • Allison

I just found this in the help section:

Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Our deals are transferable and can be gifted in a number of ways! You can have the deal directly emailed to the recipient at the time of purchase or later on by going to your account and clicking on “My Deals.” You can also print it out and give it like a traditional certificate. Take note: Only the value of the deal will be displayed, not the price you paid. Unless the Little Details specifically state otherwise, feel free to give our deals as gifts – just remember to buy one for yourself too. You deserve it!

I gave this as a gift to someone but my name is still on it. What’s up with that?
Even if you’ve gifted a deal to someone else, the purchaser name will still remain as your name. Don’t worry about it though — It’s just the technical way merchants track redemption. Bottom line: Regardless of the name on the deal, it’s still transferable. Every LivingSocial deal is transferable.

So I’m thinking you can only buy one per account but someone else could buy one for you as a gift. Just thinking of the possibilities of having 3 people in my household buying it off my purchase link which would make mine free and end us up with $80 worth of food for $30.

  26. Sybil

Living Social is great! This is a very nice deal. But I feel I need to mention that with all the offers out there today, beware of Tippr. If the merchant backs out of the deal, you will find it very difficult to get your money back. No so with Living Social, Groupon, Half Off Depot, etc. But I love Whole Foods, so I am off to purchase the voucher!

  27. LIsabella

FYI Collin- This page is coming up as a direct link on the MSN homepage. Expect a huge spike in site visits :D!

  28. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

can I use the coupon in CA?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I think you can use it at any whole foods location.

  29. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Sold out!

  30. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Did you get a confirmation email yet? i purchased mine earlier this morning and i haven’t received anything yet!

    • Tracey

I did get the confirmation email.

However, the 3 people who purchased with my link did not get the confirmation email. Maybe their system was too overwhelmed today. I had to send my sign up link to my friends twice.

I also saw the yours is FREE on my account once my 3rd friend made their purchae but I no longer see- yours free on the site – just my account info and that my payment will be processed when the voucher is active.

I’ll soon find out if mine is really free.
