Any suggestions? After I watched the video and then hit the pledge area, an empty white box appears then nothing else…No ecbs for me!

You have to click on the box that says get $2 extra care bucks. And another box will appear where you enter your email address and your extra care card number,
You don’t have to watch the video, if you don’t want to.
Then in a few hours you will get an email with the extra care bucks certificate, I already got mine and printed it out, so I am ready to do some shopping

I ended up calling their CVS extra care phone # (1-800-shop-cvs) and explaining the problem. They quickly verified my info, the facebook promo ino and then added the $2 ecb to my card for printing next time I go in!
Maybe try calling them too!

After you click on the “Pledge not to be a Money Trasher” banner, a pop-up form shows up for you to fill in. If you are not seeing it, then you might have to turn off your pop-up blocker in your browser. Or try a different browser if you have one.

I ended up calling Cvs ecb program (1-800-SHOP-CVS) and explaining the problem (same as yours). They had no problem adding the ecbs to my card for in store printing of the coupon next time I go in.

Try a different browser. Same thing happened to me in Safari, but firefox usually works for me, and no white box there when I checked it.

Q. I just printed my $2.00 EBR ( reads 1 coupon per Customer) and I had a $4.00 off $20.00 ( the coupon reads $4 of $20 per transaction)in my account waiting to be printed and a $5.00 EBR Beauty Club Reward also waiting to be printed. Do I have to do 3 transactions?

This is by far one of the dumbest ad campaigns ever, but hey…got $2 EB (ExtraBuck) out of it. People that don’t know much about how they work will probably think “Oh I found this in the trash that means I can use it because it’s just like real money.” and then they’ll get ticked off when the cashier tells them no because it has to match their CVS card.

I just got mine! I was somewhere in the 100,000s. The e-mail was sent to me right away and I printed out my coupon. :]
I didn’t have my extracare card with me but I was able to get my extracare card number from my CVS online account.
