I have been in direct contact with Plum District over the past few hours and they just assured me that all of the issues have been fixed. If you have not yet snagged the Disney Family Fun Magazine offer, here is what you need to do…
* Head over to Plum District and log in/register for an account
* Click on the pink “Make It Mine” button to add a one year subscription of Disney’s Family Fun Magazine to your account
* Enter the promo code 10TODAY to get $10 off
* Enter your shipping information (you should NOT need to enter any credit card info)
* Complete your purchase without spending anything out of pocket!
* If you placed an order this morning and your card was charged incorrectly, you should have already received an email from Plum District. The email stated that Plum District expects to refund the appropriate amount to all affected purchasers within the next 12 hours and will update you as soon as they’ve resolved the issue and corrected your purchase. If you still have concerns, you can send an email to help@plumdistrict.com.

That is what happened to me I emailed them and told them my situation so we will see if they credit me the $6 otherwise I am going to just order the reusable bags with the promo code so it doesn’t go to waste 🙂

code didn’t work for me, kept saying “we’ve already applied this to your account” but in reality, this is the first time I’ve entered. I guess the kinks still haven’t been ironed out as Plum District thought.
If this deal was showing as sold out earlier, you should now be able to order a subscription. Apparently, there was a glitch in the system earlier (causing this offer to display as sold out). It has now been fixed. 😀

I saw it but read the whole description it’s only valid in 3 locations. Please confirm if I am wrong , I also wanted to do that but after reading I did not.
hmm i see that now (but i live in Raleigh) – however, on my actual voucher, it doesn’t specify a location at all. it says “redemption location: Dairy Queen” and “redemption instructions: please print our voucher and bring to your DQ location. If you want a custom cake, please order 48 hours in advance”.
So… I don’t know?! sorry! I think it’ll work tho.

How does this vocher work? Do they send you a code and do you have to go to Family Fun to purchase it?
I read under the faq that they would immediately send you an email with your voucher and all info to redeem. I have yet to see an email with them for this. Hopefully it will come
I looked under my account information and it shows that it will be shipped shortly. I don’t think you have to do anything else with the magazine subscription.

took a few trys but finally got mine to work!
I am new to plumdistrict. I just did this deal then looked under faq on to figure out how to redeem this.
It says “Immediately after purchasing your Plum Deal, you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. This is your voucher.”
I have not received an email and it says it would be sent “immediately”. Is this normal? Does it sometimes take longer? I don’t want to miss out 🙂

Look in your account information. It says that it will mail out shortly. I don’t think you will get an e-mail telling you what do on this one. In the past I have for things that I needed to enter a code for on a different website. HTH
Okay so I did just get an email but when I click on “view voucher” it just takes me to “my deals” in my account and there it still says it will be mailed shortly. 🙂

I do not see a spot to enter the code! Am I an idiot? I’ve ordered from Plum District before and used a code, so I’m not sure what the problem is now. I have checked multiple deals to see if I would be able to add the code on any of them, and none of them have showed a spot for the code. I know what it’s supposed to look like because I saw Collin’s picture above. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem…. Thanks! 🙂

ok I got the deal but it cost a dollar billed to my credit card. I did’nt have any plum dollars except the $5.00 sign up credit. I put the 10TODAY code in but it did not work. I guess since it’s like a coupon and not a credit you have to spend $10.00 or more to use the code..
Just tried it and the promo code did not show up. It said that it had been added but it didn’t show.
