Got mine first thing morning, so glad I waited!
I love free credits! But LOT 18 offers bad service. They charged my credit card on Sept. 28., and created the shipping label on Oct. 3, but DIDN’T SEND IT OUT YET. I won’t shop Lot 18 anymore.
I read somebody posting Lot18 may not ship wine immediately due to outside temperatures (very hot, very cold) may affect taste/condition of wine. Is that a case with you?
They do take a while to ship for many reasons like the temperature needs to be just right as well if you order coffee it takes tie for them to plan it right so you receive it in days from when it was grounded. They are an awesome company!
same with me. I emailed twice and both times said my coffee was on the way, but they are having a back up at the roaster. may have to fight with the credit card to get my $5 back.
I ordered the coffee too and was wondering why they have not shipped it yet. They created a label on 10/3 and still not shipped. I emailed them but no reply as of yet. I hope this is not going to be a long drawn out process.
Same thing with me Ang. When I emailed them, they said it should ship out this upcoming week even though the shipping label was created on Oct 4th?
I just got my coffee yesterday. I was wondering too so I went to the coffee company website maybe a week or so ago & it said they only ship out on a certain day for maximum freshness. So hopefully yours will come soon! 🙂

Thanks good to know as I was wondering myself why it wasn’t shipped. It is the reason why I did not order the coffee deal yesterday night that was 2.99$ with the 20$ credit. It’s from another company but still just being careful here.
I used my $20 credit over the summer and did not order anything since then (I want to say it was June or so). Much to my surprise last week I got an email for another free $20 credit since I hadnt ordered in so long. Sign up if you havent already, wait a few months and see if you get a gift credit too!

darn…..needed to wait one more day before ordering. I bought for my parents who are coffee drinkers. I would have LOVED to get the chocolate today. But last night when I registered it said my free shipping option would end at MIDNIGHT!

Everyone’s taste in coffee is different. A more polite comment would have been just to say you personally didn’t care for the coffee….no need to be so harsh!

We got the coffee (not the one currently on the site) a week after the order. We are really enjoying it and we’re very picky about our brew. Its very bold/rich. May not be for those who prefer milder taste.
