    Hello everyone! Hope someone sees this!! I only recieved a receipt in one of the boxes (ordered three separately)? Can I use the order confirmation from my email and send that in? I am worried because it says must have proper receipt.!

        same thing happened to me! I did not get a receipt. Emailed walmart and they are unable to track my order- say they have no receord of it! I got the package, but no email or paper receipt to mail in!

      Hi all! So I thought the same thing happened to me, but it turns out the little bonus card and coupon book is INSIDE the shower caddy with whatever you ordered. I’m hoping that I can still get a rebate…but I haven’t gotten that far. So far I can for sure get an Allure Magazine subscription.

    I bought two baskets, one in September with rebate that ended in september and one in october with rebate that ends in 2012. Got a rebate check for 1st and in todays mail got letter stating one per household, so no second rebate. I am going to call tomorrow since they were two seperate ending dates on rebates and it didn’t state anywhere one per household on the one’s I sent in. IF they won’t I am going to tell them to send me back ALL my stuff so I can put the card back in and return it (sure they will say they can’t but if they won’t give the rebate then they should). So beware of trying to get two checks back even if they were with the different ending dates of the rebates.

        Same problem! I got one rebate, and a letter saying I couldn’t get my other one. I read the rebate VERY carefully and it didn’t say anywhere that it was one per household. I’m so bummed! I plan on giving them a call tomorrow. How did your call end up?

    Hoping someone can help! I am filling out my $10 P&G rebate this morning and realized I already threw away the wrapper on my Pink/Venus Breeze gift pack. I need the upc on the back for the rebate. Would someone mind posting the upc bar code number for me? It is for the pink kit (not purple). THANKS A TON!

      At allure.com/go/holidaypromo it says you need to fill out the form and send it in along with the card inside the purchase and a copy of the receipt. I do not read where it says a UPC number is needed.

        I think Mary is referring to the $10 P&G rebate (when you spend $50). Unfortunately, I picked the purple one, so I don’t have the UPC for her.

      Sorry, I got the purple kit! Hopefully someone else will post the UPC for you, otherwise I think somebody mentioned you can find these in-store at Walmart. If that’s the case, you can just copy down the number when you next go there. HTH!! 🙂

      This is apparently a new version, as the previous one gave a rebate of $9.99 and this one only gives a $9 rebate.

      Here is the address for the original, I had copied and pasted the form into a Word Doc (although it would not print out right…grr)

    Ok everyone, here’s the scoop…since the link for the rebate form no longer works, I called Conde Nast Publishing customer service (1-800-405-8085), and I gave them my rebate codes over the phone. I had ordered two of the Olay gift sets. The guy took down my name and address and said he’s submit my info. to his supervisor, and they’d get the rebates sent out to me. We’ll see if I actually get them – hopefully so! 🙂 Good luck to everyone who tried this deal! If nothing else, I have lots of spa goodies at my house.

    Help! I cant find the refund form to forgo the subscription. Does anybody have a copy of it? When i go to the allure.com/go/holidaypromo link it keeps coming up with an error like the link is broken. Can anyone else? Please 🙂

      I just got a rejection letter from Glamour for this, saying that the refund request was received after the deadline. However I submitted the form as soon as I got the item which was a week after the offer was posted on Hip2Save. What a gyp!

        Same thing just happened to me! I bought the gift set, tried the link on the promo card, only to see it was a link that didn’t work. I called them and they gave me the “correct” link so I could print out the rebate form. That form stated something about a Pantene purchase, but I figured it would still be okay since Allure was the one who gave me that link. Nope, I was wrong! 4 weeks later I finally got my rejection letter and when I typed in the original link, it’s working and it doesn’t state anything about a Pantene purchase. This is now the correct rebate form but of course it’s past the deadline. I called Allure and the girl said that I don’t get a refund since it’s past the deadline. It’s not my fault they originally gave me the incorrect link and then waited 4 weeks to give me the rejection letter, not giving me a chance to re-submit the CORRECT info! What a scam!!!

    I received a letter today stating refund had been denied because refund request exceeded the maximum allowed Has anyone else had this to happen ? I don’t understand I just requested what I paid for them . Help if anyone has solved this problem because now I have lost rebate and subscription.

      I received the exact same letter, and I called about this. I was told that this offer was 1 per household for life. For example, if you have EVER requested a magazine rebate from P&G then they will not honor a second. I think I might have done this deal about 18 months ago (also a Walmart.com deal for the same type of products). I feel like this is completely unfair, and was not anywhere in the fine print. I intend to call back and talk with someone else, and plead my case.

      Has anyone had success with this?

      I was offered a year of Glamour magazine but I’d really prefer my $9.

    I have found this rebate offer (for Allure magazine refunds) pretty difficult to obtain. It seems like it requires at least one phone call to Conde Nast every year that they’re offering it. Plus, I never seem to have all of the copies of my receipt, rebate form, etc. to plead my case. The links to their rebate pages seem to be changed/taken down pretty frequently, so I’d suggest you PRINT the form right away if you are trying to submit a rebate: https://condenastdirect.com/corp/allure/1year/12dollar/ And I’d highly suggest you COPY your receipts, too – so that hopefully you can get a full refund. It’s a great deal, if you can get it to work.
