    the code worked for me this morning. i pasted fitfido10 into the promo code box and it went through to the “it’s a go” confirmation page. i did it at about 8 am this morn. and i already got my confirmation email.

    This stinks, I really want to use this code and take advantage, but everytime I try to personalize a card the site wont load, just takes me to a blank page and stays there. I just left it up for 30 min and still nothing.

    Anyone have any tips on getting around this?? 🙁

      I had a similar problem. I was able to get to the personalize page and choose a photo to upload but my problem is it won’t get past the uploading stage. I tried this yesterday and today with no luck.

    Anyone with a Mac get this to work? I have updated both my Firefox and Safari to the latest versions and as soon as I try to customize, it tells me I need to update my browser again! VERY frustrating!

      I have Mac with OSX operation system 10.5.8 and I upgraded to Firefox & it worked for me. I closed safari & got on Hip2Save through Firefox.

        I’m using the same OS with the latest Firefox and it’s a no-go for me; just takes me to the screen where it says to upgrade my browser or download another. Humph. Weird.

    Ok, I called them. They said that it’s because I got the 10 free cards a couple days ago. Only one free promo per account. BUT, she said that if I just create another account – different email and password, then I’ll be able to use the new coupon code for 10 more free cards! Good luck everyone! =)

    I got the same error messages that the code expired yesterday 11.3.11 but I was able to use the previous code Happy10free and it worked out fine. Thanks for the post Collin! It’s my first Christmas married and my husband’s family apparently expects these types of cards, You’re a life saver, or a marriage saver… 🙂

      Nevermind. As i was doing this for mom I created a new account for her but it still didn’t work. I then created another account on a DIFFERENT computer then then one I used to get my 10 Free cards a couple of days ago and it worked. Yay! 🙂

    I ordered this a couple days ago – 100% free. It arrived today in a box. I have NEVER been so impressed in my life! Seriously – I cant believe it was free. The cards were the most BEAUTIFUL, high quality absolutely GORGEOUS things I have ever (not) purchased. I bought photo cards from snapfish before and what a waste. These are timelessly beautiful. After my order arrived, they also included a coupon for $20 off my next order. And after having a friend signup – got that, and also got a bunch of other coupon codes they gave me. I am overly impressed.

    I ordered a card for Thanksgiving cards! I like to surprise family and friends with a card on those holidays nobody “typically” mails cards for. Also, what a great *and free* way to say “I am thankful for you”. I had to search for a card in which I could delete all of the holiday text, but I found one that worked perfectly! Can’t wait to see them!

    Got an email saying that one of my orders was being processed today….however, it was weird because it was the second order and I still hadn’t received a confirmation for the first order. I emailed them and they canceled my first order without even sending a note to let me know! At this point, not so impressed with their customer service. If there was a problem and it was to be canceled, I think they should have sent an email, not leave it to me to inquire about my first order.

      Same thing happened here – I got the cards and they were poorly printed – the photo printed all over the text! I called to ask about it, and it is a hassle to return them / get new ones. AND, I asked about the second order, and she said it has been cancelled because you can only use one promo code. I too thought they could have at least sent an e-mail telling me it wasn’t coming through. Really unimpressed by this company. The quality was poor, getting new ones is a hassle, and no e-mail telling me that they weren’t going to send my second order.

        Not impressed either. I recd mine yesterday and they did not put in the picture I uploaded and applied. They used the image that was on the card. These are totally useless to me as I uploaded a picture that my son drew and in text added “made by….” I won’t bother calling based on previous comments. Oh well……

    I received my two initial orders (through separate accounts) I made with the codes I received in my e-mail directly from MyPublisher. I will have to say, I was actually very impressed with the quality. I chose the “Textured Matte” paper and they look beautiful.

    BUT I will agree with the comments on their customer service. When I attempted to place another order using the HAPPY10FREE code (assuming it would work as it was different from the previously-used codes), I was allowed to place the order and received an order confirmation. I later had a question about that order and was told on two separate occasions, “We can’t find that order, contact us again tomorrow.” Then, today, when I still had not received any further e-mail contact about my order being in progress and could not find it in my order history, I was told by a customer service representative my order was cancelled because I had already used the code – because the HAPPY10FREE was essentially the same as the one e-mailed to me.

    I, too, take issue with the fact that I was NEVER notified my order had been cancelled and just had to spend 20 minutes chatting with a customer service representative to find out what happened (and had the conversation quickly ended by them when I expressed firmly, but respectfully, my dissatisfaction with the way it was handled).

    I have never had an issue with MyPublisher’s quality, but their customer service definitely leaves much to be desired.

    I still haven’t received my orders from Mypublisher that I made on November 6th with a free code. The orders are sitting in “My Bookshelf” in my account and I received emails that the orders were processing. But I’ve never received any emails that the orders have shipped. I’ve tried emailing Mypublisher and haven’t received a response. Anyone else have this problem? HELP!

      After reading through more of the comments, I see this has happened to more of us. What horrible customer service!!!! I will never recommend this company. Yuck!

        This also happened to me! I just called customer service (they never responded to my email!!), apparently the order was canceled — he said it had something to do with having multiple accounts and using more than one promo code. But I never did that! So he gave me a new one-time use code to get 10 free cards. But I have to start all over again with the card, I can’t reorder the one I already made. Grr!!!!
