The plum district voucher does say cannot be combined with any other offers so I doubt it. If it is possible I missed out because I just purchased boots from there today with my voucher.

Other sites said it expired on sunday but i just tried to use it and it says expired already…booooo

Wishing I didn’t attempt this as now I have to call them tomorrow and I’m not sure if they will do anything. Went through the check out process, added the code, it gave me the correct amount using the code and adding shipping/tax, 1 of the 4 items was showing as 20 seconds remaining when I clicked submit order. Order confirmation shows up and the one item with the 20 seconds is gone and I’m charged full price for the three remaining items (coupon was removed and order was now under $50). Will not be happy if they don’t let me cancel this order or correct it for me!

Be persistent. I’ve had issues with HL as well. They had a cosmetic sale recently, and I put a few items in my cart. I went to check out with 7:30 left, but as soon as I hit “checkout” my cart emptied! When I went back to fill my cart again the items were no longer available. I called them and I complained for quite a while. They refused to give me the items despite their websites errors, but they did give me a $25 credit. In short I am not a huge fan of this website. It’s poorly set up, and their customer service is lacking. I had to be persistent for them to even offer the $25 credit for the hassle they caused me over my order. Hopefully they will be nicer to you!

It actually proved to be quite easy. Called them at 9am EST this morning and spoke with a gentleman who said he couldn’t add on to my order but he could cancel it. I did receive the order cancellation emails so should be all set. Only problem is the stuff I ordered is no longer available because that store is no longer listed

I would mention if you are worried about the deal expiring you could buy the Plum District Deal – $25 for $50 to hautelook and that does not expire until 2/18/11
