Can somone help me? How do I use my gift card I received in the mail? I have tried to use both the Disney Rewards Redemption Card and the Disney gift card. I enter in my card number and it does not go through, telling me I must use only numbers. But I did use only numbers!!! aghhh!
So I tried to check my balance and it says my card is not valid. It must have 16 digits. But my gift card only has a 12 digit account number (3 sets of 4), not 16 as shown in the picture. Does everyone else’s cards have 16 digits? this is so weird!

Oh, I got size 4T PJs for my grandson who is 3 yo, and they were really, really small (I think like 24M). So, I am kind of hesitant of ordering online now

It said that when the item ships the gcard would be charged and then the remaining amount would be on your other card. HTH!
