I had trouble trying to order yesterday as well. After failing through my iPad and Firefox (Windows) I was finally able to place my order using Internet Explorer.

I had trouble yesterday as well. I tried on 2 separate computers and kept getting the message about changing some internet options to be compatible with their server. Both computers were already set to their guidelines and I’ve never had trouble ordering from them in the past.
THEN, low and behold TODAY I was able to order no problems. Frustrating to say the least!!

Tried placing an order online, no deal. Called their 800 number, waited on hold for 30 minutes. Finally hung up. I can get cute undies for my kids elsewhere

Same problems! Told me i didn’t have my settings right, went and looked they were exactly what htey asked me to have them at, i tried safari, internet explorer and firefox no luck. dont want to wait on hold for over “30 min”

I thought for sure with all the trouble with the website on Cyber Monday they would honor the prices today as well, but looks like they are not, too bad because they lost a big order from me and my boys missed out on some great priced clothes they really needed. It looks like the CyberMon code for 30% off and free shipping is still working but the base price is higher today, I am not paying 2.50 more per shirt because of their messed up website.

I was able to use the CYBERMON code for 30% off my order. The site was slow for me yesterday so I decided to give it a try this morning. The boots I wanted had actually gone down in price since yesterday and the coupon code worked. yay! Just got my confirmation email and price in the email is the price after the coupon code. So I’m hoping they honor it and don’t cancel like they did Becky.
